Tires ordered on 9/8/20 delivery should have been 9/11/20. Multiple inquiries without success. Nobody can tell you when the tire will be delivered or, better said, when it leaves the warehouse !! Each call is only passed on to some clerk as info, but nothing happens !!!!! In the meantime I don't even come to work Now the question arises who pays my loss of earnings !!!!!!

I usually always order our tires online, never had any problems until now. For me it was the last time. Delivery date not met. Damn unfriendly employees in the call center who just hang up while talking .....

Today I got the supposedly inspected and faultless tires back ...
I am already wondering how the manufacturer could check the tires without removing all packaging material ?! Half of my packaging including my shipping slip was still stuck to the tire! One single change is that !!!

@customerservice: The child has already fallen ... It has been falling for about 9 months ... After 8 months, I got a notification that the manufacturer says the tires are perfectly fine ...

My tire dealer was so super accommodating, the tires were changed back and forth for free, balanced in a controlled manner ... They still made noises. Get spare tires. Drawn up. Noises away.

Now that the manufacturer says they're fine, I am kindly allowed to pay for the replacement ... at a price higher than today ...

Amazingly, my transfer (checked 100 times to ensure that all the details correspond to those on the invoice) has allegedly still not arrived at Delticom for 12 days ...

You wait at least 2 days for every reply email.

Oh yesterday I received a letter from Delticom ... According to the cover letter, the invoice should be attached ... But there was nothing there!

I've really seen a lot, but this beats everything by length!

Very bad tire storage they were completely crushed ... the lips were less than 30 mm for 205 tires ... big hassle to mount them

Tire order from April 29th, 2020 to today (May 14th, 2020) not completed no one reports or reacts from Delticom AG not even the complaint E mail is not answered simply bad the shop. Above all, they have my money and I don't get the rest of the delivery.
