Also in Corona times, delivered quickly, DOT 2020 - so really new (my biggest concern when ordering tires online is DOT).
Last year I had another car. new tires ordered and they were absolutely new, also regarding DOT - always the current year and 2-4 weeks old.

Good price, fast shipping and product just as agreed. Delivery was somwhat odd, PostNorden brought two rims on monday and two on thursday, allthough both baggages arrived to local PostNorden terminal on same date. Monday's baggage was left behind door without my concent and permission, lucky it wasn't stolen. These delivery issues are not Delticom's fault, allthough change of delivery company might be something to consider.

Never again, no goods but the money will not be paid back. I feel cheated on the part of delticom. Unfortunately, you have to rate at least one star, otherwise I don't give a star for this failure. So what at a time when you have to look at every euro as a middle class worker, I was relieved by 258!

Always fast and uncomplicated delivery.
But when I bought it last week the tire was older than a year, so not 5 stars.

On April 20th Tires ordered in Hanover, which according to the information were in stock and ready for dispatch immediately. On April 27th these were then shipped to Riga (Latvia) and last scanned in Poland. After that, the show disappeared.
Unfortunately, nothing can be achieved with Delticom, 123 tires or Idealo. The queue on the phone switches after 1 hour !!! automatically. That sounds like fraud to me.
No reaction to emails either

I have been ordering tires here for years and everything always fits perfectly! Very good and easy ordering process and always great goods.

A set of complete aluminum wheels in the dimensions 8x17 ET34 was ordered, along with a matching Hancook winter tire.

Per:
- The shop is simple and easy to understand
- Delivery time

Cons:
- A balancing weight was not attached correctly, which is why I still have to go to a workshop to have a single wheel rebalanced. This suggests that either the staff is insufficiently trained or that no quality control is carried out before delivery.

Fast and serious order processing, good goods at reasonable prices.

Unfortunately, there has been no response to a customer complaint for months. The promised was not delivered. No answer received to date.

My garage of choice can only be chosen at the beginning of the order. If you only search for these at the end of the ordering process, you will no longer find any information. This has been claimed several times but has not been changed so far. Otherwise fast service. Everything great.

I ordered 4 tires, 2 arrived last week, the other 2 are still to come. Bartolini says Delticom divides shipments into 2. They assured me that they would arrive yesterday but they have yet to arrive, and they don't warn me! Knowing how Delticom works, the problem is Bartolini. But Delticom must know that there is inefficiency in delivery!

Due to the miserable delivery time of 11 days so far AND IT HAS NEVER ARRIVED, I would prefer not to give a star to tires in stock, the only thing that worked was the payment !! Sorry, you already pay with PayPal and it still takes forever !!! That was probably the first and last time at the shop!
