Ik had in Augustus 2020 nieuwe Pirelli banden gekocht. Bij ophalen van de auto toch snel even de DOT code bekeken (productie week en jaar). Eentje was van 2016 en de ander van begin 2018. Dat is verboden, men mag geen NIEUWE banden verkopen en dan oud rubber dumpen bij klanten. Ik had er speciaal op gelet bij het bestellen.

3x eerder besteld, ging vroeger goed maar na deze keer doe ik het niet meer.

The tires, however, caused some problems during assembly, because they are manufactured hard on the edge of the standards. Hence a star deduction. I can't say anything about the tire quality after a few hundred km in good weather, except: yes, they are quiet, as promised.

They sent me two links to track the delivery, the first is in German and you don't understand anything, it seems maybe it was delivered to Fiano Romano, the second is from Bartolini who should take the parcel to Rome Casilino where the package is still 10 days .
The emails don't respond, on the site I can't find directions to get the money back, how can I do?

I have almost always bought on a tire, except once on web tires. On rubber, the price is higher but serious and recent product (manufactured within the current year) made them the best choice, but this time in November 2019 I bought winter tires a year before (46/18). I turn to them for quality, but if I buy products I can find from other retailers at a lower price do not understand why I have to stay true to GOMMADIRETTO.

I have been ordering my tires from Reifenendirekt for years. There are other shops that are somehow assigned to Deltcom AG. The prices are strangely different. Somehow lacks trust and lack of transparency. The order processing was always quick and uncomplicated. Depending on the tire, it may take longer.

What annoyed me a lot is this broad promise of 30 days return. This is good in itself but cannot be done on the website in your own account. The hotline is chronically overloaded. You have to expect at least 20, usually 30 minutes of waiting time. Then the most negative. The supposed return slip is simply an address slip. You have to take care of the return shipment yourself. "So you are much more flexible" statement support. "Great", tires directly can send tires in foil by DPD, but not a private person. It takes a while until you have found your way to a third-party provider and everything has happened.

In summary, if you order everything correctly and want common goods, everything is no problem and is super fast. If you deviate from the plan it becomes complicated.

Reifen Direkt sells tires that are permitted under your system, in fact that is not true in individual cases, which leads to the expiry of the operating permit. The company simply disregards proven facts. So be careful with these machinations! One can only strongly advise against buying it, it almost borders on fraud.
