The return is a single disaster. You get the goods quite cheap, but that's about it. You never reach someone via the service number, no one answers via email and there is no return slip. All at once DPD was at the door and wanted to pick up the tires again but there was no one at home, knew no one. On hold on the phone is announced how long it takes to talk to an employee, but this never works.
