Correct purchase as the other times, small lack in advising of the delivery to the assembly center by BRT and the assembly center does not warn anyone to be able to book. I had to look for the tire where it was ... Moral of the story the tire dealer is unable to install for the rims of 21 ...

Very fast and uncomplicated delivery of my rims at a good and fair price.

Had to drive to the workshop in question to find out if the tires had been delivered.
Next, the recommended workshop has apparently not been able to change tires without damaging without being able to repair it myself, so I have to get past a proper workshop to get it done.

Very very bad company. Wrongly transferred money and no reaction from Delticom. Customer hotline over 45 minutes in waiting loop. On emails is not responding. Finger away rip-off !!! I'll wait another week then I'm at. Lawyer and police and report.

Ok tires, good price but bad alternatives for delivery to the tire company. Tried two different Bds Lilla Edet (was not reachable at 2V so I had to buy 2 other tires) and oil magazine in Lilla Edet (which was no staff and sent the tires to record the north instead.)

Always a wide range with competitive prices,
Have been ordering my tires since 2005 and only once had a problem with a non-deliverable tire. This is also super solved by offering to another (more expensive) tire.
The only point of criticism is the lack of clarity about when the tires will be delivered (but this is more due to the transporter (GLS) than to Delticom.

FINGER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It doesn't deserve a single star. FRAUD ON ALL LEVELS! Tried to return tires for 2 months now - without success! Nobody can be reached by phone and all my emails remain unanswered. I then sent the tires back to Delticom at my own expense. There the acceptance was obviously refused - because they came back to me. Even after I wrote to Customer Service - nothing! I don't understand how such a large company can afford something like this. My next step is the lawyer! Such behavior should not and should not be ignored and I STRONGLY advise against buying tires from Delticom.

Unfortunately, the tires were delivered to my home by GLS, while I had indicated a fitting company. This caused a lot of trouble with regard to the disposal fee.

I sent an email to get information on a product, I never received an answer, I proceeded to an order a little random and as regards the follow-up of the order nothing to complain about. But I really regret this lack of response to my email that can allow me to better target the product I needed
