Great service at the front desk. Free indoor parking just in front of the hotel. Clean room, with lot of space. Great restaurant, Starbucks in the lobby. Casino on site, nice for a little bit of fun in the evening...

I had a meeting and dinner in one of the conference rooms of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, the staff were attentive yet unobtrusive, and the food was great. Parking is free and the location is really convenient to get to from the city or from the suburbs. Definitely will return.

Nice, clean, good rooms, nice TV's and good internet access.

We went there for the Grand Dynasty Restaurant for dinner. The hotel had nice decor with the additonal of the nice restaurant is fantastic. It's easy to find parking in the area. The restaurant is very clean and fancy and well kept. I love it since it is a bit smaller than most restaurant around which kept the noise level a bit lower. The seafood is fresh especially the alaskan king crab. All the dishes are great overall and really good quality. We will definitively come back anf highly recommended for people looking for good dining experience in Burnaby area.

Nice view on the North side, of the mountains but also right next to the highway. Rooms haven't received the renovations with smart desks and larger flat screen tv's some other Deltas have.

Food was good, seating was comfortable and staff were pleasant.

Can't comment on the rooms or overnight amenities as I have not stayed there. But an excellent location for a conference. Easy freeway access and parking in the casino lot.

The Chinese restaurant is rather good there, free parking as well.

Great rooms and very convenient location not far from the metro town mall. Attached to the casino so if you are wanting to hit the slots or try your luck with cards you don't have to go far. Hot tub is a little lame and out of the way but it exists and is fairly quiet most of the time (because everyone is busy gambling haha). The parking is super easy and free because of the casino which makes the Vancouver stay a little easier. All in all a solid hotel to stay at while in Vancouver.

Great location. Very clean rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Loved our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Room assignment was a bit of a mess. We were assigned a room that has been booked for someone else. So we had to move all of the prep stuff to another room which leaves the poor MUA with little time to do her work.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and staff are friendly and helpful. The smaller conference rooms on the upper floor are a little plain, but fairly nice. The internet is fast.

Best staycation getaway, play to win but be prepared to lose. Know your limit, stay within it has true definition to it - Haha. The hotel beds are comfortable and they have all night room service if you happen to stay up late playing at the casino.

Stayed for a friends wedding. The staff were quite friendly. The room was clean and large. We had a rather loud celebration and were taken care of quite well.

Restaurant was alright, messed up our order twice but fixed and cancelled them respectively.

It is everything you need for a great time. There r way better places. But this is a great deal.

We stayed there last week of May on 4th floor. Beautiful lobby. Rooms are renovated but AC being in the room too loud and feels like you're staying in a cheap motel. Overall! Very impressed with their service. Warm milk and free cookies for kids at night time. No microwave in a room but when asked they sent one in a room. Grand villa casino is adjoined but you hardly notice any difference. Casino is way nicer then expected. !!! Lots of parking under the roof and free. Feel free to book a room !!!!

Crowded. Weird crowds. Food for conference was very standard and disappointing. The casino seems strange at this location.

Location is not very good. Nothing within walking distance. Not very kid friendly, buffet not accessible to kids. Hotel is clean and modern. Will not stay here again with kids

Great place with fantastic staff. A lot to do and had a great band. While we were checking in we mentioned to Sam (frontdesk) that we were there to find a place for our son.she sent us some desserts and a nice letter welcoming us to hotel. She even mentioned finding a place for my son. She actually listened to me. These days that's hard to find.

No microwave, fridge not cold, not enough towels, no swimming pool, has a casino.

I always seem to have good luck with blackjack here, the Atlas steak house is pricey but decent, and there's a Starbucks inside for coffee. Haven't actually stayed the night but others have had no complaints.

Good place for events. Big ballroom, catering does a decent job. And you've got a casino right there should you want to try your luck.

It's a big place with conference rooms, casino and restaurants. Free parking for visitors.

Restaurant was almost completely empty, but it still took over half an hour to seat our party of 12. Service was incredibly slow, and the food was mediocre to poor.

We stayed there twice this month what it makes my stay amazing is the front desk staff they are amazing I don t know there names there are there two guys they always there of what ever u need ,the rooms are nice and clean and best of it they have smart TVs.

First time to try the Buffet Branch in the casino this morning August 19, 2017 at about 11:22am : 1) at the entrance : China Lady at the reception asked us to pay cash and to be faster then paying credit card. ( We are wonder if she is keeping the CASH to herself for pocket money AND ... She needs to learn the Canadian way to have a better customer service than bringing the bad habit from overseas ....)
2) After we had settled down to a table by the window .. another china lady served us ; Our dirty dishes were not clear away after we ate .. .. we had to leave our plate on top of the side wall .. the china server TOLD us in a rude manner said that we were not suppose to leave plate there .. (what do you want a customer to do ?? ) Once again if a Canadian server will not treat his customer the terrible manner ...
I will advices "Management " need to look into this serious problem in the restaurant.
We do not aspect good quality food cos price is cheap ; But at least food need to be FRESH : Salad is not fresh and can easily tell its from overnight .. the colour of the green honeydew fruits looks terrible ... ;
This is the one time deal to visit the restaurant. We will never go back !

Burnaby, Mariott Hotel and Casini, Good srvice but second night they didnt change towels or bedding.

We stayed here 2 nights for a concert in Vancouver. I like that there is a bus stop within a 3 minute walk, gas station a block away and the hotel amenities.

Hpwever, it was a strange stay. Great hotel but customer service was lacking at times.

It was a busy night when we arrived but check in was still quick. Rooms were spotless, spacious and super clean. Most surprisingly - QUIET. Even the night there was a big fight on tv and this place was PACKED with people.

There were a few minor incidents not worth getting into great detail over other than to chalk it up to miscommunication, inexperience and it being a very busy weekend. I would look these things over and stay here again despite what happened.

I would stay here again just based on the cleanliness, price, location and amenities in the hotel. All in all, you can't go wrong staying here.

My husband and I traveled to Vancouver for our honeymoon earlier this month, and we stayed 8 nights at the hotel. We were highly impressed by the professionalism and generosity of all of the staff, especially managers Marvin and Courtney and one of the front desk staff Victoria. They all made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful in directing us to all what Vancouver has to offer. The hotel is beautiful, classy, and very clean. It was a plus that it is only a 15 minute walk from the closest Skytrain Station and there is a free shuttle as well. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Vancouver!

A good place to hold conferences. The rooms are large and high quality.

It's one of my go-to casinos, although I rarely go to play tables. The restaurants and bars at this location are the best in this area.

Exceptional Customer Care! We arrived on Dec. 23rd, due to a family emergency, and the receptionist was sincerely concerned. She really made our stay, with her kindness and caring personality and a small gesture that brought us to tears. The rooms was great, and the Ramen house next door was exceptional! Absolutely would recommend to stay here and we will next time we're in Vancouver.! Thank You Pauline!

Rooms are clean. Food at the restaurants is great. Have stayed here many times and the service has always been excellent.

The room was clean and spacious but there was nothing around to see or do. They have a free shuttle that will drive you to a nearby mall.

I went to Atlas, the restaurant attached and it was delicious. The truffle and parm fries are a MUST!!!

Stayed at this hotel on a work trip, it was very clean and I was quite impressed, staff and service was excellent. Any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Personas restaurant in the bar is awesome. Great cocktails and food. Recommend the chicken waffle sandwich. Live music on Friday and Saturday evenings.
