The room was ok and the guy at front desk was fine. Not very impressed with a 4-star hotel.

The hotel was great, the pool was beautiful and clean, the there were nearby restaurants including the Oak + Cru located in the lobby of the hotel and the beautiful lake is right outside the main doorway, but, the beds were absolutely horrible, the WiFi didn't work even while knowing the password, and our room was located right in front of a service elevator and ice room, plus, when I asked a staff member at the front desk where you can buy a specific item nearby and she told us there was a convince store just a few doors down when really it was about 20 doors down, and when we finally got there there wasn't one item in sight, when told the woman at the front desk, she barley even apologized.

One of my fav places to go with family here in the Okanagan. The staff are so hard working accommodating and very friendly. Was there Sat June 11 waiting around for others before going to eat and was near the checkin area.

We witnessed rude behaviour from several visitors to the staff at the front desk and one couple who were from California (over heard) just absolutely atrocious and entitled. They called one of the staff the C word!!

To the staff - you don t have to put up with that type of rudeness and the the senior management - where is security?

Why are Americans coming and allowed to stay in the hotel??? You need to have stronger policy, and stop putting your staff at risk who are doing the very best they can under the circumstances!!!!

The hotel is a very nice place to stay. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We stayed in a Deluxe King Suite which was very clean. The bathroom was beautiful, with a very nice jet tub. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The renovations are gorgeous but the staff are what makes this hotel spectacular. Their attention to detail and attentiveness makes every stat unique.

My parents own a timeshare here and it's a great place to vacation.

-very basic rooms, AC was noisy. For $500 a night was hoping for a bit more, there were no drinking water, kettle or anything really! The machine to buy drinks required downloading an app, transferring money to it etc so we didn't bother with that , just ended drinking tap water during our stay. Restaurant was $$$ as expected but at least food was not bad. Staff were a bit disorganized in general but suppose that is expected when navigating new procedures during COVID. If the weather is nice, and you don't line up and put your name down as soon as the pool is open expect a long wait.

We got the room for 245.00. We went straight to a concert, and when we got back at midnight went to out room pulled the sheets back and there was blood on the sheets and a half chewed up pepperoni stick on the chair. Customer service manager offered us breakfast vouchers and a different room but at that point I was so disgusted. The road was closed due to the rockslide so we drove all the long way home. That's absolutely disgusting and I recommend you check the sheets before sleeping in the bed.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is incredibly accommodating. The heater was making a ticking noise when the fan kicked in and the staff went out of their way to get me a new room and even upgraded me to a lake view room. Very impressed.

If you are handycap and need awheelchair accessible room, dont come here, they have no idea what this mean and what your needs are. We called to reserve an accessible room with a roll-in shower, they confirmed ans upon arrival, dindt have anything. The tooms they offeres us were rerrible, i could not even get in the bathroom ans close the door.
Yes, ther offered free nights, but so what!

We were passing through during canada day and the restaurant looked really nice, the staff was really friendly, the lobby and bathrooms were really nice and clean.

I normally don t write reviews, but I felt this time it needed to be said. I have been here a few times before, but on this particular visit the hotel seemed to have turned the front lobby into a club. It used to be a classy place, and well worth the dollars. But frankly, I do not appreciate the overwhelming music the moment you step into the lobby. I stayed two nights and the first night I was awoken by a gang of hotel residents I assumed returned from Club Lobby , who continued the party in the hallway at 2am. The second night, after tossing and turning on the most squeaky, uncomfortable, and disgusting beds ever, we had to make a call at 3am to complain since my family woke up from all the trance beats and partying happening on the other side of the paper thin walls. Finally morning came and I couldn t wait to check out. However, when I did, it was to music blasting in the lobby at 9:30am! I couldn t even hear the lady who helped me. I m only giving this a 1 star because I was allowed to bring my pup in the room with us. He behaved better than the humans by far! Needless to say, we won t be back! So disappointed

Clean, nice layout, beautiful decor and amazing views of the lake.

The hotel is a regular stay for me in Kelowna, it's clean, fresh and reliable. It's not the cheapest hotel, but the service is fantastic the location is incredible and it's been unbelievably consistent over the last 6 years.

We had a veiw of the parking lot the room was covered in dust their was a ripped carpet from the bathroom and we found food in the Minni refrigerator so how clean could the room be when their was food from the last peopple to stay in the room .you had to down load an app to order room servise and theyre fake starbucks was less then to be desired . the food was good but not alot of veriatey . it was my birthday weekend i have 6 kids aged 24 to 4 it was the first time away without kids and it was ruened by the dirtiness of the subpar room and for the fortune we spent for our stay was a bit ridiculous as even during covid the pool was closed pre booked before your stay and their was nothing to do at all and the rooms only had a shower no lushious bath here !! The used food in the minni fridge really grossed us out and ruened our stay on my only kid free weekend in 24 year in never stay at delta hotels again .funny side note they were a 5 star hotel when we booked and when we checked in it went down to a 4.5 star rated hotel id say a motel is better then we got at least their you get what you pay for and know what to expext ;(...

There was a form of miscommunication at the front desk when asking for the room I wanted. Which was honestly no fault of either party. Upon noticing the mistake i decided to let it go as I'm not usually the type to ask to change or complain. Later on in the evening I went downstairs and there was a different lady at the front desk. Kandra without hesitation made the change and switched my room to an even better room than I could have imagined. I'm really enjoying my stay at this beautiful establishment. Kandra you are amazing thank you for going above and beyond.

The room was pretty standard, clean and tidy. The view was awesome and the wine in the room was great. The fitness room had great selection of equipment and outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub were super cool.

Quick overnight stay, staff was very helpful and friendly and the pack and play we requested when booking was already in the room when we arrived a little early for check in. Room was clean and very comfortable. Extra $20 for parking is disappointing given the price of the rooms.

Beautiful Place... Been there second time in 4 years and the place is awesome...

Had a meeting there and refreshments were nice. Lunch was a little rubbery but other than that was good.

Super friendly staff, everyone is constantly saying hi as you pass by them and asking if you need anything. Also, forgot my company credit card at check in but they still made sure I got my room right away and figured it out for me right away.

The Delta Grand Okanagan is hands down the BEST resort in Kelowna! Not only is the property beautiful, but the team really went above and beyond for us during our stay. The Front Desk Manager, Amanda, was very hospitable in ensuring we were happy with our room. Thomas, the bellman, gave us fantastic dinner recommendations at nearby restaurants each night of our stay. Meagan, the Executive Housekeeper, followed up with me directly on an item we d accidentally left in our room post-departure, and offered to mail it back to us. Other staff like the Delta lounge attendant, and our server at Hanna s were courteous as well. Needless to say, we will definitely be back to visit again!

Was a great evening....the lights and fountain make it still seem like Christmas...a little win during this crazy covid time...

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of preparedness this hotel had but still charges a premium to stay here. I understand things are different in current times but there were many simple issues that should be resolved if they countinue to charge the prices they are. We were never warned about the pool booking which caused a lot of trouble as access to the pool was pretty well taken away. When the app never worked for me I tried through the guest services to have it booked and they couldn t accommodate and the restaurant would make you stand by the bar and wait if you wanted to order room service. I generally stay here when in Kelowna but this was extremely disappointing for the prices they are charging.

Rooms were beautiful security was a little to up tight

So impressed with this hotel! I come here every year, and since they've renovated it seems like they offer even more. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and there always seems like some little personal touch that makes it better. When housekeeping came today, I found a little handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel. Room service has great food even late at night.

Magical place to stay, great staff, excellent service only thing for tourists is that we have to be really careful with the noise.

The food at the restaurant is good-but every time I ve been the service is horrible. You wait for the server, you wait for the drinks, you wait for the food. It s almosy like they don t want you to be in their restaurant. They could have an amazing place to stay for the evening but the service is awful. I ve actually come in for just a drink and after waiting 30mins, left without service. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean I did not have any complaints other than the amenities felt dated.

This beautiful resort is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation in Kelowna. This hotel is in a wonderful location near many attractions that are only walking distance away! My friends and I received great service from the staff and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who vacations in Kelowna.

This girl is right on the promenade where the locals walk their dogs. The Canadians love their dogs and you will see almost every breed on the waterfront.

I had a really nice stay here. Everything is clean and nice and staff is very professional. Most importantly the beds are super comfy and I had a pretty awesome view of the harbour. Its close enough to walk down the sea wall, hit a few shops and walk back without killing yourself. If you're into nature, the March outside of the restaurant has an array of wildlife visiting in the mornings before everyone wakes up. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation 4hrs from home (Vancouver). Room and view were top notch. Amenities were amazing. Staff went above and beyond during Covid pandemic. Alex (at the pool reception area) stood out the most. He went above and beyond everyday to make our pool bookings flawless and enjoyable. All staff were awesome. Restaurant food was delicious and we do recommend. We will definitely come back again and again. Our well wishes to all staff. Stay safe

These accomodations were very nice. I got anything that I needed. For example, one time one of the bathroom sinks became blocked and someone came down to fix it within an hour!

Great hotel by the lake, good service. My favorite place in Kelowna.

At at the restaurant oak and crushed on the patio. The atmosphere was pretty great and the Flatbread was good too. I would recommend it.

Nice location and great view (if you get a room with a view). Grounds are meticulously manicured and the staff is very attentive. With not many good hotel options around they don't have to put too much effort into the service but they do.

At the hotel for a corporate Christmas party. Cash bar was epensive, but that is to be expected. Buffet dinner was better than average. Staff are good.

Tall rommy shower and comfy bed! TV was best I've ever had in a hotel.

Higher end Hotel. We expected better. Hot tubs didn't work. No hot water in the men's shower. Movie streaming didn't work. Food was very expensive. The room was very nice, clean, spacious. The staff were great.

Food was great service was slow. They were not prepared for serving a busy crowd and also walk inside.

The Worse reservation system I ve ever dealt with in all my years of booking a room. I ve been on the call for over 30 mins. Absolutely horrible. I ve repeated my cc number 4 times now. My address a couple of times. Makes me wonder if the booking is even going to go thru. Booking 3 rooms, think they would provide better service. Brutal.

One of the best vacation experience a person can have.

Located downtown and on the waterfront. There is an outdoor pool, as well as an indoor pool that opens to the outside.

The hotel has horrible service. Our bed was broken and they didn't give us a new room. We had to talk to the manager to get a new room. Also when we would call for our car the valet service wouldn't bring it out. We would always have to ask them in person and then wait.

The restaurant is very loud and hit and miss with food quality and service.

The only good thing about this hotel is location.
Absolutely zero services, no room service, no cleaning of touch points (dirty elevator buttons, door handles etc), pool either closed due to weather when it was just a bit cloudy or very limited number if people allowed in the pool. At the same time no cleaning of lounge chairs and tables was observed at the pool area. Very hypocritical. If you are going to visit this hotel and are counting on enjoying their pool, you can forget about it unless you line up two hours before they open it in the morning.
No special precautions taken due to corona but conveniently blaming Covid for lack of basic services. When most other gyms are open by now, Delta is saving money by having their gym closed. Still, their rates after taxes nearing $500 per night. We had two rooms rented for two days, overall enjoyed staying in Kelowna but super disappointed by Delta s attitude during this challenging times. With the rates they are charging I would expect additional cleaning staff for common areas, proper disinfection of touch points etc. They are making killing now on people desperate to have a glimpse of normalcy, while not providing any services you would expect for this class of hotel.
Why is government allowing them to stay open under those conditions without taking proper precautions to protect their guests? It s a disgrace, this hotel s management should be held responsible for future outbreaks that I am quite sure will happen ...

Although we couldn't enjoy the full experience of the hotel because of covid-19 restrictions, we really liked our room and enjoyed the beautiful walk around the area.

Beautiful place with knowledgeable staff. Loved that kayaks, paddle boats, bikes, games etc were all included.

It was a beautiful location to visit and stay at. Lake view, near lots of shops and restaurants.

As a local I haven't needed to spend the night at the hotel, but the hotel and surrounding businesses are all excellent, and the location is in the heart of the city and very close to the lake, beach, and parks.

I stopped in for a professional event. Had some trouble finding what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
