Very friendly people, very helpful with directions as it is a big hotel. I deliver pizzas there and somebody always guides me the right direction.

Great option in the area for business or leisure travellers. Rooms are comfortable, well decorated, and clean. Staff is attentive, respectful, really nice and friendly. Will recommend.

Food was very good ambiance by the river was very nice. That being said I went on a smokey day but at no fault to the restaurant. It was a better than average experience. Nothing extraordinary but good.

The staff were very helpful and was not intrusive or pushy. A nice quite and relaxing getaway. And beautiful rooms.

Stayed there and enjoyed the service from all staff, but Michaela (pool attendant) stood out. I have not seen someone that helpful and warm.

This is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic location. We checked in last weekend and we were pretty disappointed. 1) we checked in and the woman at the desk was cold and not welcoming at all, she barley said two words to us. 2) we wanted to go to the pool and they have limited seating. You have to put your name on a wait list due to the pandemic. The Second day they changed their procedure because they got so many complaints. I understand we re in a pandemic but whatever your going to do make it fair to all your guest make sure it s probably communicated so everyone knows what s going on. We were there for 3 days and never got to use the pool. 3) the worse part was when we went to talk to the front desk they didn t seem to care. They said the policy is being reviewed by the hotel. I4) they didn t even cleaning rooms during out stay, not really sure why? they have to clean the rooms once we re gone, so I would say the service right now is non-existence!

Extremely expensive, you also have to pay for parking which they tell you at the time of checkin. 24 dollars a night for parking.

I only stayed one night but I loved this hotel! It was walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

I was attending the MBSS grad thing. It was absolutely wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. The building was clean and smelled super yummy.

Came for dinner at Oak +Cru and was blown away at the ambience, food and service. Great place to relax with friends and fantastic views!

Room was great, beautiful view, wine tasting very informative and fun. The high lite for me was the Spa. Wouldn't trade my Hot Stone massage for anything...

Staff is absolutely amazing with customer service. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Oak & Cru bar is a great place to eat and hang out.

Great place to stay even if your a local. Spacious rooms and amenities availible minutes out the door.

Rooms are decent. Bath tub looked old though. Cost of parking is absurd and they fine you $70 If you park in the wrong spot. The pools are nice with an indoor/outdoor pool. The elevators don't have a sensor if someone is in the way. I got on but my luggage didn't cause the door closed too fast.

Had a cocktail and appetizer in the restaurant. Friendly and prompt service. Ambiance was enjoyable. Attractive patio location. Would return.

We LOVED our stay at the Delta, we will definately be back and we'll be trying Delta's whenever possible ! Staff was more than professional about a small fire alarm incident that happened during our stay and for that reason I feel safe staying at the Delta

I can't speak for the rooms in the main Hotel but the 2 bedroom in the condo side was really run down. They handled our complaint amazingly and service was great. I just wanted to caution others about what to expect. The room had kitchen chairs that sank when you say on them, the air conditioner was so noisy and located in the one bedroom, the door to the balcony did not have a blind to cover it for privacy.

Amazing grounds with the canals, great restaurant in Oak + Cru and right where ya want to be in downtown Kelowna. Lots of slip options around if you're bringing a boat, which is a good idea in the Okanagan!

Food is good. The high ceiling makes the place great. We were not offered dessert though

Huge hotel, cool location on the lake. If you are seeing a show it is convenient.

Dinner at Oak and Cru. We appreciated the locally sourced menu, and the wife selection of Okanagan wines. The patio is always my preferred seat, because on a busy night the interior is a little loud for my liking.

Could have been better, esp with the elevator towards the parking was gross.

Beautiful views, waited for the concierge to get my luggage and the valet to take my car....took forever. Finally unloaded it myself and took it to my room. They were good about Late checkout. Our waitress at dinner was incredible. The 30 dollar resort fee is craziness.

Ice machine on 10th floor? Not working.
Drinks ? Not available. Food available 24 hrs ? No. Plastic cups and no coffee is a standard around here.
And get this, no house keeping unless requested?

Hotel shows it s age. View is amazing, location is great.
Staff does what they can to accommodate guests needs.
The whole concept of staying a hotel is missing here.
You don t feel welcomed, you should be able to feel like you are at home but with amenities.
Not here. They don t even make your bed, they drop your towels/sheets outside your room.

Loved the location and the upgrades. Requested two suites to be side by side, but ended up with one room down the hall which complicated things for my family since I intended for my kids to stay next door (with an internally connected door). Since they were split, my wife and I had to split up as well...

This place is incredible spent 2 nights there can't wait to go back beautiful views fantastic pools awesome bars it's a winner

Large, clean rooms with excellent staff. Gym was big but dated. Pool is awesome with swin-in and out. Pub is ok, service was poor.

Although it was a self served/motel styled hotel, the service was very good when my family asked for something to be delivered. The decor and style of the hotel was very comforting and welcoming with neatly placed furnitures and clean counters. The WiFi services was very strong and allowed fast loading for games.

Visited the restaurant for the happy hour specials but didn't find anything great on the menu. The options we pretty basic and more like small snacks: olives, hummus, edamame.

Went to the Oak and Crew for breakfast. Great staff and great food. Not too many places in Kelowna that have as good an atmosphere

The decor was very elegant, the room warm and inviting. There was no wait ordered immediately and staff was friendly but professionally.

I was at the Grand for a recent Graduation. Once we were called up to the buffet line we had to wait quite a while for the food to actually come out from the kitchen to refill several empty trays. Once the food did arrive it was less than desirable. I would not recommend it to anyone. The service was lacking as well as far as keeping waters topped up and dishes cleared. My advice - book your banquet venue else where.

Had a wonderful stay with the Delta Marriott, their friendly staff at the front desk and valet staff which makes coming home the best. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds. Beautiful shower and Great Lake views. Swimming pool was very neat with half inside and half outside which makes for a great swim / hot tub.

My daughter keeps complaining about being locked out of the room, there was a bandaid on the bed, the bathroom door does not lock and there was a random lock down while my daughter and her friend were in the room alone. The pool is not available and we need a reservation for it, the bathroom was very small and the shower was small too..

Amazing views.. Vivian at front desk was amazing and valet/bell (guy who imwas working back to back Saturday evening and Sunday morning) was amazing always smiling and greeted us..

Just Back....Tues July 7th. Gotta give this team at the Delta 5 stars+. Especially with all these Covid measures!! They gave me a letter when I checked in for parking and I realized later they had pre emailed it to me (I didn't read it both times)....anyways....I didn't realize there was no daily housekeeping until the second day when no one came to replenish and clean up the room... You just call for what you need...I'm totally ok with that! (Or just dload the Bonvoy app and you can text the front desk with your requests)...Gotta keep everyone safe in these wierd times and in my eyes they are looking out for their staff! Thanks to Indy and his staff at the pool. Hope the Delta is giving his team some recognition for their hard work keeping the pool feel olderly, sanitized and safe! Full bar service is dope. They have all the drinks pre mixed in cans! Lots of selection....also kudos to the restaurant team! ate on a busy night and I was surprised at how seriously spaced out the tables were! Simplified menu, fries were so good and celiac safe! (Separate fryer). Gym was closed but with the boardwalk it's best to get out and go for a walk, do 20 pushups along the way and walk 20 mins to the city park and do 20 pull-ups. Workout done and you won't feel guilty getting an ice cream on the way back...solid vibe in the city. Bernard Street was closed and patios extended out to the street....reminded me of Vancouver 2010 energy. I recommend for anyone looking for a nice 1-3 day trip, don't cheap out on the Days Inn/holiday inn....the $$$ you spend here is worth it with the value....you deserve it, especially with COVID BS....You will come back as I have.....Refreshed, Vibrating Kelowna 2020 energy!!!!

When checking in, fridge was not cleared out and found leftover chicken dish from previous guests. Hotel started blasting music at 3:00AM outside the entrance. This music woke us up and was disturbing to all of the rooms facing the roundabout. Had to go to reception and point out the offending speaker to get them to turn it off. Not a great experience. Pool must be booked day in advance due to COVID so not possible to swim if only staying one night. Not great experience.

Amazingly beautiful venue. Great for a honeymoon or a conference. Purely stunning backdrop looking out over Lake Okanagan.

Do NOT stay here during COVID. Rooms are tiny and overpriced, no amenities, you can only use the pool for 2 hours per day (Max 2 people) if space is available. The gym is closed and parking is $24 per day on top of the room rate. Did I mention that there is no housekeeping until you check out? I m a Marriott Lifetime Gold Elite and I wasn t upgraded when rooms were available. Late night front desk staff told me to park on the street at 4:00am when I checked in because parking is free on the weekend. WRONG, it s only free on Sundays. Worst hotel experience in recent history. This hotel is NOT worth $500 per night. Maximum $200 per night, Marriott step up your game!
