Used to intern here in 2015. Treated like dogs, run errands, carrying loads. Thank god my supervisor is kind and nice. Screw the sales and marketing department people, always abusing interns to do their sai kang for them. Dell cant even afford to buy authentic Microsoft 360 and ask interns to download illegally. And the wifi in Dell was holy cow, slower than my grandmother.

We have a high end dell laptop that stopped workin...

We have a high end dell laptop that stopped working well within the warranty date and being based in Bali had to fly to singapore to get this sorted out. We were assured we would be looked after when we arrived and made sure via email that out day of arrival was known to Dell. We were assured we would be taken care of. The result was they cancelled our support ticket even thou we have a written email confirmation that they knew we were coming. We have not only lost our flight and hotel costs, we still don't have a working laptop. So naturally as you can imagine we are not at all happy with our Dell support experience. Horrible

The customer service is very very bad. too much....
I ordered laptop from dell. but they didn't explain about their product and that day ,every time, i had to asked them about dell product and also they don't have more stock. salesman also behavior like rude with their customer.

I don't know which part of your technical support ...

I don't know which part of your technical support is "premium" to be termed as Premium Support. A singular power issue from a less than 1 year old laptop lead to a faulty mobo change, and yet to another faulty mobo change causing graphic cards issues, and lead to more than a week's wait for your "higher level" to make whatever decisions that cannot be disclosed to me? this is the third weekend I'm putting up with a faulty laptop thats not serving it's intended purposes. I had might as well get a ultralight notebook if all i wanted was to watch Netflix and YouTube.

Instead of trying to cut your costs at your customers' expense but replacing with refurbished mobos, how about living up to your warranty?

6 months my new Dell computer has not worked prope...

6 months my new Dell computer has not worked properly. The departments don't communicate with each other leaving me to pass around the information. Mother board has been replaced, because camera wasn't found. A week later a camera is to be replaced as the mother board change did nothing and the technician had to call the service department for help... again it's been 6 months of no camera and no computer shuts down randomly.
Stick with any other brand.. your better off.

Horrible computers, this is the 2nd dell computer i have bought one was 8 years ago, spoilt after 3 months. On site had to come multiple times over the course of 6months and issues cannot be fixed. JUST BOUGHT A NEW XPS 15 9500, spoilt in 2 weeks with my work saved inside. TOLD ME TO WAIT 2 weeks for replacement parts. DELL NEVER SEEMS TO FAIL ME

DISHONEST MERCHANT - DELL SINGAPORE!

I went to Funan wanting to purchase a notebook. The sales person said he can give me the specs I want for an agreed price, so I pass him my credit card for payment. And when he return my card and the invoice, it stated not the specs I wanted. So I clarified and he said miscommunications, and then took back my invoice and told me he had cancelled the order in his system, and also inform me that my credit card will not be charged.

One month later, when I received my credit card bill, I was charged by Dell and now I had to call the bank to dispute the charges. Total waste of my time and cannot believe that an international brand can practice such lousy processes.

Beware of what the sales person tells you and NEVER give them your credit card until they show you the invoice!

The customer service provided by Dell Singapore is terrible. I have owned laptops from brands like Apple, Lenovo and Microsoft Surface in the past but never have I been through such an ordeal that too in the first 4 month of buying a $3000 SGD worth machine. I first complained of my battery draining with few hours of running the machine. Few as in 2-3 hours when they promise all-day battery life. When I spoke to the customer service officer, he helped me reboot the machine twice and when the problem persisted he stopped replying to my emails. Like ghosted their customer is the testimony of how pathetic one's service can be. Then, I scheduled onsite support with another service officer and took an off as the time '18th November 2020, between 8am to 5pm' to me. The person failed to show and when I called to inquire the lady told me that the technician doesn't have the part yet and can only come on the 20th of November.

I am convinced that never am I ever investing in a Dell product as the customer service is truly truly below expectation, neither am I recommending the brand to people in my industry. Even if I do get a Dell product, I'll make sure not to get it in Singapore as the Singaporean Service Centre just doesn't know how to operate it seems.

Really really frustrated and regret buying this machine.

I have the service request number, prepare cheque for collection as requested and request for schedule date of servicing, no replied from Dell, send email 4 times, till now no reply, does your team reply to email 7 working days or just unprofessional, lousy service, even not 1 star should be given

Extremely "DISSAPPOINTED AGAIN" with Dell's Manage...

Extremely "DISSAPPOINTED AGAIN" with Dell's Management, as well as the Customer Service & Technical Support teams because they "DO NOT" sync up with one another. Contacted the Customer Service team regarding my technical issues, the staff assured me that my laptop's warranty is under "PREMIUM" and I can get my laptop fixed in no time. Furthermore, I should not waste money to get a new laptop when my issues can be fixed easily. Giving them "ANOTHER CHANCE" and trusted them with their services.

The teams "DO NOT" bother contacting back their customers to double-confirm the appointment on the day itself and kept us waiting in suspend. I had to call them almost every hour from 3 PM to 6 PM to check back with them. The only thing that the Customer Service Team did was to ask for my contact number and get back to me. Until 5:45 PM, the staff finally replied me that they actually "DO NOT" know where their technician is! This is the "SECOND TIME" that I had to re-apply leave just to wait for your services!!

DELL SINGAPORE, PLEASE WAKE UP YOUR IDEA ON HOW YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I was so excited to get my new (not second hand, or refurbished by NEW) XPS 13 7390 from DELL but barely one month into using my new XPS - mind you I did not bring it out of the house and when I'm not using it it is resting inside the original XPS box, I found out that the original battery had a 5% wear and that the XPS inbuilt mic is not working. Reached out to DELL but they asked me to run a series of tests instead of actually acting or helping me fix the problem. Absolutely atrocious customer service that I'm paying for for such a ridiculously priced computer. Trust me - a Lenovo is so much better for the price, worth and customer service.

will give a zero star if possible why poor service plus i bought a alienware x51 and it giving me problem from freezing while game to random restart.The person come and repair using used part that does not work.i bought for $2000(with adobe software) and then manged to sell off after 2 years for $850.Now currently i using my custom pc for almost 2 years and not problem at all so ya dont buy from dell lesson learnt get a custom pc instead.

Placed an order, then they offered a better deal, so we took the better deal, but they still charged us for both the initial and second order a week after we canceled the initial order. Pretty terrible customer service. Order was estimated to arrive in a week, took two, with daily updates indicating the order would ship the next day. Underwhelming alienware all things considered. last Dell ever.

I ordered an inspiration 5477 desktop from Dell on...

I ordered an inspiration 5477 desktop from Dell online shop and received on 3rd Apr 19, it became my nightmare, I can't complete the initial start up, it crashed on setting up windows everytime, even I followed Dell tech specialist's instructions. It's a faulty product.
The horrible thing is the service of Dell Singapore. After the girl who responded my case on leave, no one follow up or respond me, so I make second call on 8th Apr 19, about 1 PM, the guy Mr Rong Tan I spoke to is not trying to solve this problem instead he pass the buck to customer, he said I didn't follow the instruction and Dell will not do the 1 for 1 replacement because I didn't follow the proper steps, HOW CAN HE ACCUSE CUSTOMERS BASED ON IMAGINATION! There are only few simple steps, select region and keyboard layout and then setup windows, how can I able to crashed the computer!
My advice: don't buy Dell in Singapore if you want to keep a good mood. Value your money and precious time.

Dell customer service is AWFUL outside of the United States. Different numbers for each type of computer is super confusing. Staff is poorly trained and not empowered to solve problems. Dell does NOT invest in their customer service.

3 months ago, I bought a Dell XPS 15 laptop, product was faulty. Got a replacement laptop 1 month later, product faulty again. Asked dell customer service and they promised a full refund. Up till today, nothing has been done. Customer service is so bad, I recommend never to buy anything from this company again.
