The customer service provided by Dell Singapore is terrible. I have owned laptops from brands like Apple, Lenovo and Microsoft Surface in the past but never have I been through such an ordeal that too in the first 4 month of buying a $3000 SGD worth machine. I first complained of my battery draining with few hours of running the machine. Few as in 2-3 hours when they promise all-day battery life. When I spoke to the customer service officer, he helped me reboot the machine twice and when the problem persisted he stopped replying to my emails. Like ghosted their customer is the testimony of how pathetic one's service can be. Then, I scheduled onsite support with another service officer and took an off as the time '18th November 2020, between 8am to 5pm' to me. The person failed to show and when I called to inquire the lady told me that the technician doesn't have the part yet and can only come on the 20th of November.

I am convinced that never am I ever investing in a Dell product as the customer service is truly truly below expectation, neither am I recommending the brand to people in my industry. Even if I do get a Dell product, I'll make sure not to get it in Singapore as the Singaporean Service Centre just doesn't know how to operate it seems.

Really really frustrated and regret buying this machine.
