3 months ago, I bought a Dell XPS 15 laptop, product was faulty. Got a replacement laptop 1 month later, product faulty again. Asked dell customer service and they promised a full refund. Up till today, nothing has been done. Customer service is so bad, I recommend never to buy anything from this company again.
