Extremely "DISSAPPOINTED AGAIN" with Dell's Manage...

Extremely "DISSAPPOINTED AGAIN" with Dell's Management, as well as the Customer Service & Technical Support teams because they "DO NOT" sync up with one another. Contacted the Customer Service team regarding my technical issues, the staff assured me that my laptop's warranty is under "PREMIUM" and I can get my laptop fixed in no time. Furthermore, I should not waste money to get a new laptop when my issues can be fixed easily. Giving them "ANOTHER CHANCE" and trusted them with their services.

The teams "DO NOT" bother contacting back their customers to double-confirm the appointment on the day itself and kept us waiting in suspend. I had to call them almost every hour from 3 PM to 6 PM to check back with them. The only thing that the Customer Service Team did was to ask for my contact number and get back to me. Until 5:45 PM, the staff finally replied me that they actually "DO NOT" know where their technician is! This is the "SECOND TIME" that I had to re-apply leave just to wait for your services!!

DELL SINGAPORE, PLEASE WAKE UP YOUR IDEA ON HOW YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!
