Best cocktails and Irish breakfast in NYC. Fantastic Irish coffee.
Great and delicious food, I love the atmosphere this place has, and the employees were nice. Will definitely come back.
Great atmosphere, different levels for different experiences, great drinks
Fun place. Dark and moody, sawdust on the floors. Nice, attentive staff. There is history here, and that's what the name refers to. Had a nice dessert and the drinks were solid.
Great aoapher, great drinks. Get a Battle Annie highball.
We always come when we are in town. Sometimes it's the fondue or the house made potato;chips. Last couple of times just a little less than we usually remember
At last. A cup of Barry's Irish tea in Wall St. Cocktails are off this planet
The food and drinks are excellent, never fail to be impressed by this Irish themed bar.
Amazing cocktails, service, ambiance, music - this place is the real deal!
Absolutely amazing, and the bartenders are very knowledgeable and engaging. I was given a drink that she custom made to my taste, and it was just perfect.
Just no words! The place to be if you're around the financial district
Very small place, regular prices, but great atmosphere
The most hyped cocktail bar in recent history more than lives up to it -- and is worth putting up with the rush hour-like crowds and the hour-long wait for a table upstairs. It does everything with such meticulous attention to detail, such inventive approaches to tradition, that you can't help but be amazed everytime you're here.
The absolute best bar in New York. Location and selection are unmatched.
Superb choice of Irish whiskeys. Kind of small but very fun and busy. Even make their own irish whiskey and is delicious
This is a pretty cool place that is located right on the financial district. The inside is pretty cool as it has sand all over the bar and the bartender is attentive and offered us her recommendation based on what we liked. The food we had was good but small portions and we left hungry. Overall a good place to pop in for a quick drink and small bites of you're in the area.
Incredible cocktail menu. Must get the truffle chips with curry aioli.
Rated best bar in the world for a reason. I've had the best cocktails of my life there. Of course, it is always crowded due to the popularity of the place, but if you hesitate to wait 1h to get access to the upstairs room, doubt no more : it is worth it.
Don't bother going to the bar on the mainlevel, just put your name down for a table upstairs and wait outside. This is an amazing spot with amazing cocktails and gives you a very old world NY feel but the main level is not for the squeamish or claustrophobic!
Downstairs, it's always super cramped and uncomfortably so, the grain-dust on the ground is a nice touch but it adds to the grossness of the space when crowded. Really sucks when it rains.
Upstairs isn't very spacious either but the experience is well worth the wait-time. The drink selection is even larger and the best cocktails I've ever had, hands down. The food is also very delicious. Get the lobster deviled eggs and the lamb chops!
I've always wanted to come to this place. Great place for mixology drinks
Great drinks food is good really great atmosphere would recommend
Amazing experience on the second floor. Great drinks.
I love this place. Everything about it is great. Stay great. Impeccable Guinness pour. Delicious food. Friendly service.
Bouncer would not seat us because we were 10 min late
Very unique bar. Had a great time. The experience upstairs is worth the wait
Love the food here. A must try recommendation is the Shepherds pie .
Portion sizes are pretty decent. Looks small but fulfilling.
Very cool unique place to see. The drinks are unique and tasty. The food was delicious and the lunch upstairs was perfect.
Lively place. Really nice place to go on weekends. Staff is very friendly and awesome
Very quant and friendly place to enjoy real Irish coffe
Drinks were delicious, food was classic. The staff was so nice! Our Shepard's Pie came our 5 minutes late and they comped it. Insane!
Great cocktails, but can be a long wait on busy nights. Expect to wait 1 hour or more for a table upstairs. When the bar is busy, can be hard to get the bartender's attention to order.
Easily one of the best cocktail bars in NYC. Extensive selection of drinks categorized by season as well as a great menu.
Interesting location, but limited beer menu and high prices
Cool bi-level bar with good cocktails can get packed.
Great vibe and great drinks. Need I say more. Find out for yourself. I did the research and now you get to enjoy my homework.
Wow! Had a chance to visit all three floors. Every floor is different with its unforgettable atmosphere, drinks and service. Must try an Irish coffee, one of their signatures. Hopefully, the kitchen will be opened very soon; the whole food menu will become available; and people will be able to try an amazing food. Go ! Try! Have fun!
Sometimes bartenders are rude (they miscommunicated with each other and made me two of the same drink and tried to blame me at first) but it s NYC classic to try the Irish coffee
Amazing bar! Believe the hype! Great cocktails! Taylor is an incredible bartender
The most chaotic and cheerful place in which I was of excellent Irish brewing
Fantastic atmosphere. Even better drinks. There's a reason this place is now the best bar in the world.
The place feels like you're living the early 20th century, despite being only a few years old. Food's pretty tasty too.
This was such a fun bar. The upstairs is 100% worth the 10 min wait. The drinks were amazing the service was great and the food was spectacular!
Love the ambience, happy hour oysters and fine drinks.
Wishing they were open now! The attention to detail is beyond, you re so taken care, and such amazing cocktails for every palate.
You have to go upstairs for the saloon, that's where the good drinks are.
Irish coffee is pretty good. Not too spirit forward, and creamy.
Best oysters in New York. Great drinks and beer on tap and some of the best oysters outside of New Orleans.
The perfect place to grab a pint of Guinness. We didn't get to try any of the cocktails but the menu looked fabulous. The decor, the live music piped thru the speakers, just the best.
Fab Bar with Craft Cocktails. This joint has mojo in spades. Very small but big on style.
One of the best cocktail bars in Manhattan. Down to earth and great bartenders.
Apart from the amazing service and delicious food, this is one of the most amazing bars. Their drinks are to die for and definitely worth a trip not only that their Irish coffee is exactly as they describe it, often imitated never better.
Nice interesting cocktail bar. Maybe not The Best Bar in the world. But pretty awesome and worth a visit
Ohh Boy. Amazing Cocktails, but the waiters in there could be a bit more engaging and welcoming.
Yep. There's a reason why this spot was voted best bar in America, it is delicious! We tried 7 of their signature cocktails and not a single disappointed. Sure their prices are expensive ($18 per cocktail) but they are worth it.
Great atmosphere, perfect Guinness, delicious food and reasonable price.
It might not be the best bar in the world, but it very well could be.
Great atmosphere and great choice of beers. The burger was beautiful!
The food is really good I highly recommend the sausage rolls in particular! That said, the drinks are kind of lackluster. There was only one drink on the menu that was impressive (the one with the melon), but the rest were less than inspiring. They were also totally unable to make custom cocktails.
They were "closed" when I stopped by. Just a few guys standing around the open door. One man saying to me "no, it's closed" repeatedly when I asked why and when it would be open. None of the other men would speak up, despite them hearing my inquiries.
Excellent cocktail bar and the menu is a must have collector's memorabilia to take with you
Dead Rabbit is one of the best cocktail spots in NYC. It has been rated the best bar in the world in 2016, so that says a lot.
It is a multi-storied building with each floor providing a different experience. In order to get to the second and third floors there is usually a wait of an hour or two. However, in the meantime, you are able to drink at the bar on the first floor which also serves some of their famous cocktails.
The Irish Coffee is a must have for everyone. They mix it perfectly at the right temperature. They have a good selection of other cocktails too ranging from 1-6 based on their potency.
The food is good as well especially their deviled eggs. The ambience on the second and third floors is good for dates or to just chill with friends.
Excellent irish coffee, decent breakfast at this classic irish american bar
Delicious food and cocktails. They have three levels, first level is like a dive bar. You need to put your name on the waiting list for second and third floor.
Absolutely love this place! Their cocktails are really good plus amazing music
It's nice to enter this place and be overwhelmed by the energy of the bartenders.
It is nice to have the opportunity to eat something at the counter, drinking excellent cocktails or just a pint of beer ... but above all, the atmosphere given in this old style place is beautiful in appearance, but not in the offer !! I absolutely have to go back when I make another trip to New York !!!
