Prompt and professional service.

I purchased a property through Eaton in late 2019. I dealt with both Brad and Barbara. They were extremely helpful, very responsive and highly professional. They assisted greatly in assuring my satisfaction with the sales process.
Currently in the build phase where things get more complex.
I look forward, with confidence, to Eaton assisting me to resolve any pre-settlement issues that inevitably will arise.

Jennelle at Eton has been fantastic from helping arrange the viewing of the flat I rented, to the offer and acceptance process and in helping with any issues that have cropped up since. Really happy with the service I have been provided with.

The initial service of renting an apartment was fine but trying to get repairs done once we had moved in was a nightmare. The hob in kitchen was not working properly when we moved in,this took 2 months to fix. The blinds would not open and close,10 week repair job. When the mirror in the bathroom fell off because the glue had failed it took Eton property 4 months to fix. Eton if your aim is provide a great service for your customers you have failed!

We purchased a property of the plans 2 years ago and completed the purchase early this year. Jennelle was our contact at Eton group she was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to, we arranged an inspection before final completion and she was very thorough and full of information. She then dropped us back to our hotel.
Eton has been fantastic in arrangeing all bills to sorted instead of us having to worry about them, we re always updated on the tenants and what s going on with our property.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Eton Property Group.

I found Keith from Eton Property to be very helpful, honest and efficient when my friend purchased her New Apartment. I was given the job by my Chinese friend to find and negotiate an apartment for her.When I first meet Keith and spoke to him about what she was looking for and her price range, he was able to suggest different options and took us to see apartments that suited her total requirements and we were able to negotiate a deal after a bit of haggling on both side. I can personally highly recommend Eton Property and their salesman Keith.

I purchased an apartment off the plan earlier this year and obviously the commencement date has been delayed because of covid lockdown which is totally understandable but have had very little communication from Eton re updates and status of the project during this time.
All communication has been instigated from me requesting information and still waiting for latest update from Eton.

Very quick responses, sometimes within the day! Notices are given well prior to the event and are relevant as well. One of the best property agencies out there in my opinion. Their quality of service is what sets them apart from the competition.
