Is there anything below 1 star. Hotel industry requires polite and humble people. The worst reception staff I had ever met is of this Hotel.First they should change those people. Because they are the ones anyone would would face before entering checking in the hotel face to face or on phone. They are very rude. So I would suggest go to a small hotel where the staff treats you well rather than this hotel.

This hotel claims to be one of the best in Kolkata Salt Lake area, but the food, the service and even the water supply in bathroom leave a lot to be desired. All form no function.

Excellent location, great rooms, nice breakfast with lots of options to choose from.
Front desk staff is little cold, can greet customers with a smile. Apart from this everything is good. Remember tea for 2 costs approx 330 if ordered from room.

Good hotel 15-20 Min from Kolkata Airport. Good rooms and properly house keeping done. Food is expensive in this hotel. Wine shop is near and good restaurants are also very close to this hotel, you can save lot of money. Breakfast is nice hear. you will like to stay in this hotel

All define lighting and air circulation systems on the rooftop should be improved

A hotel in a very good location in Saltlake. I just went to meet somebody but I don't know much about their quality of hospitality.

I was here for an official party. Its at a 10-min distance from City centre 1, with fine infrastructure. 3 stars because of less space.

Had attended a conference here in the month of May at their banquet Hall. The food was good, no complains. But the chairs wrapped in white clothing were all dirty and had stains on them. Maintainence seems to be a key problem here. If that could be taken care of id say it's a decent place.

unwanted heavy dj music played at the bar-library...was complained by every visitor....but the management continued it....probably was last visit to d place

Rooms are nice btw a bit small. There's a musty smell in the corridors and in rooms. Switches doesn't work! They didn't even provided me with the WiFi password initially. The laundry guy will disturb you every morning even if you have turned on the Do Not Disturb switch. Rest, staff is good here. You can stay here if you get this at a reasonable price else go for some other hotel.

Lovely hotel staying,fooding staff behaviour was excellent.

Situated in the heart of the city . Beautiful rooms . Good food

It is certainly a beautiful property in one of the finest locations in salt lake. Rooms, lobby and even the banquets are well maintained. Economical too, food gets a thumbs up as well. All in all after organising A wedding there as a wedding planner, I surely and certainly had a v pleasant and positive experience. However I would only suggest, keep a process integrated where in if ur front office commits something to a prospect a customer an in-house guest it should be fulfilled and should not become a situation of discussions. Rest my good wishes.

A great place to stay in Kolkata's salt Lake area. Located near Central park, it is centrally located and is well connected popular location.
Hotel is excellent in terms of Hospitality and Services, staff is supportive and prompt response to respond to the requests. Amenities are good and well maintained.
The linens and towels are changed daily and food is also awesome here. Definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

Another hotel in Salt lake which is highly priced but without quality service. Food is highly charged. Food is small. Noise comes from out side which means walls are not good. Restaurant is too cold...and staff will not be able to reduce the temperature. Better you wear jacket for Breakfast lunch and dinner at this restaurant. Cleanliness ok ok. Bathroom is too small. From which angle they call 4 * hotel I didn't understand. Be careful if you are booking this hotel.

Had a lovely stay and a wondeful experience. The Restaurant st thos place serves very delicious food. The hotel has a roof top swimming pool and a lounge area where anyone can chill.. It has a bar in the grpund floor and also a Gym which is visible from far outside..

This is a 4 star hotel with very nice facilities and beautiful interior. The name of the bar is Library. Very nice place to spend time over there.

It's a very good property in Kolkata to stay, the interior is very nicely decorated. It's located at Salt lake near to City Center 1. They have a in house restaurant name Sand, where I have tried Buffet Dinner. Although the food is okay, but I didn't like the taste. The taste has to be much better and they don't have much options in the menu as well. Very limited items were available. So overall as hotel it's good but for food is not that good.
