Nice upscale hotel near City Centre 1. Have decent restaurant.

We arrange our AGM 2016 at their Maple conference room and it is good.

Food quality was ok.food quantity was less.over priced.took a long to deliver

Near salt lake city centre is the location, rooms are bright and well maintained and service is nice

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Food is also great. Doesn't have pool anymore. Overall nice place to stay in.

Good food quality, nice environment, cleanliness. One extra star is kept with me for not finding cheerful staff members.

Reasonable hotel with good location and rooms. 24 hour hot water is not available and quality of water is poor

Everything was pleasant .staff was very friendly and cooperative. They were more than polite and always approachable ,welcoming .
Location wise its great too with city centre being just a walk away . If u plan to go to other mall or any other place it is centrally located for all of them. Locality is quite and peaceful.
Breakfast was Nice. And room service was awesome too. We had a great stay.
I would love to visit here again.

warm and helpful staff. went for buffet at Sand. The food items in the buffet shd have been refilled a bit more faster as its not a good experience to pay and then wait for your food items to come as the dishes are empty....

I liked the hotel. There are few others options nearby as well but somehow booked this one and liked the amenities and room.

Toilets: 2/5. Need more frequent cleaning specially during parties, etc.

De Sovrani hotel is a four star hotel, which is located at DD Block, Sector 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata. It is adjacent to Bidhan Nagar Mahakuma Hospital & very near City Centre 1. The hotel is well connected through road. It will soon be connected through East West Metro railway service also. The ambience of the hotel is good. The surrounding atmosphere is more or less quiet with a Broadway in front of the hotel.

Location is good near by the city centre. Beside the government hospital.
Well maintained. Good parking space in front. Other amenities were good too.

Location is perfect there is no denying it I felt personally price was a little too steep regarding food and room could have given 4 star but 2 less star for prices of food and room

Hotel is not neat and clean ,even long hair is found in food . They charge higher than the they (3.5 k for double bed room) actually deserve.
Hotel lacks discipline . Even at the dawn you can hear your next room guests are quarrelling with any girl over her payment or playing music loudly and the authority is just a normal audience .
I have doubt whether it is properly sanitized. Food charge is higher comparatively . Staff behaviour is polite.

Sad to state such ratings but this is true. Poor service even on medical help. Very miser on bottled water too. You all them anything, it's simply charged. Swimming pool is closed due to winters but geyser doesn't work as it is Summers. Strange naa ?? Heavily charged and pathetic service. Waste of money. People must keep this as the last option.

Nice Hotel, Restaurant is awesome, Fine Dining Great

One of the most decent 4 star hotels in Salt Lake. The rooms and suites are nice. The hotel has a small gym and a roof top swimming pool. The 24 hour restaurant is Sand offering awesome delicacies. The Bar named Library is brilliant with the most courteous staff.

I had a very bad experience. I was charged extra for a refreshment I did not even have.. when I asked for the reimbursement of the same.. the receptionist had a very bad and a ride attitude for the same.. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but such bad experience I never had.. horrific!

There are lack of customer service people.u are not getting warm welcome from them..room is good..but not well maintain..
