Food is good..but recreation facilitis are very less

This is a relatively new hotel and hence the building is in excellent condition. You get personalised service from them and they look after all your requirements like travel within the city etc extremely well.

The strength of this hotel is its location. It is very near to the famous City Centre 1 shopping mall. The decor is pretty. The staff was nice and courteous, but not very efficient while answering to queries and regarding follow-ups.

It's quite elite. But we were not welcomed before time. We were made to sit outside despite our booking was there till the exact buffet time arrived.

This location is very convenient to drive and roads are verry good. Food quality is mediocore and service is good..

Poor service, misbehaved, charged extra without proper reasoning and special notice to the receptionist who had behaved very rudely

awesome place to celebrate Valentine's Day today's theme was just awesome and staffs behaviour were fabulous and professional the food quality and quantity was good and the Valentin package was worth for the price ,live music concert was lit full on romantic songs photographer was also there to click some photos as well to make good memories and last but not the least they give us a special gift for their ain't so it was quite interesting

A clean and nice place, with very kind services. We enjoyed to be there so much.

Nice courteous staff. Rooms are small but equipped with all the normal amenities. But you still have to ask for the toiletteries. Lifts are accessible only to staff and guests who have a room key.

I love the food, I love the biriyani served during the buffet lunch .. I love the Bengali fish, mostly was missing else hotel , rooms and ambiance more over the place it's located is superb .. Rooms provide a comfortable and luxury stay .. Luxury buggeted boutique hotel ..

Went for midnight buffet during Puja.. ambience is nice..Food is great..

We have better restaurants in such rates.. Which are quite above average than this place

Good hygiene and service. Staff can be a little cheeky depending on the manager whose bidding they do. Cleanliness wise perfect.

Nice place with helpful staff. Good sized banquet halls.
The entrance could have been better as there were loose pavement stones which may slip if someone steps on them.

Small rooms. Menu options very less but the service is good

The food is not worth the price. The breakfast buffet was very simple and normal but they charged INR 420 for it. The room service food was also sub-normal.

Went there for office dinner, a lot food variety was there. But taste can be made slightly better. Overall good.

De Sovrani is one of the good hotels at Salt Lake in Kolkata, city of West Bengal. Food here is nice in taste. Staff of this hotel is generous and helpful. During pandemic this hotel is following all rules and taking all precautions. You can stay here safely. And all these in a reasonable rate. I would love to come and stay here again.

Good experience of stay. Comfortable clean room with basic aminities.
Housekeeping and room service is promt. Wonderful breakfast with multiple options..Even few dishes are served hot. Located in lively location of Kolkata.

4 star hotel near City centre salt lake, the location was prime. The amenities were as per expected, but the rooms seemed a little compacted.
Bathrooms were clean,but a little bit improvements can be made.
The staffs were cordial, responsive.
The banquet was good.

The skyview cafe was cool, visit that if you are staying here.

It is good place, quite well located near a bug mall and good view ... Clean, modern well maintained rooms. .Complementary Cookies are offered . There us Gym and restaurant . Staff was very rude in the night shift on reception

The location of the hotel is at the most happening place in Salt Lake. There is ample space in front of the hotel to park the car. It is very near to City Centre 1. Metro station City Centre is within walking distance. Hospital is also available within walking distance. All types of conveyance are also available at the main road. Quality of the food is good at the hotel restaurant.

Worst hotel ever, quantity and quality is the worst

Very bad service,never book for Baarat Party,all receptionist are good for nothing no one is courteous, room service is also bad no one comes to attend early without calling again and again
