Rooms are good but the breakfast buffet needs to be more varied

The hotel is very easy to locate as it is very close to the City Centre Mall. It is accessible by bus, local yellow taxi or an ola/uber

Nice experience in The Sovrani Hotel during my company meeting.

Stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The hotel rooms are spacious and had all the necessary amenities which you expect from a 4 Star Hotel. The working staff is very responsive and cares for your needs. There is a rooftop pool and they have events on weekends in the poolside restaurant. One thing which they can improve on is their buffet breakfast. Won't be a problem if one stay for 1-2 days. But for me it became to much repetative. I will recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Salt Lake area.

We attended the bar there called the library.The ambience was not so good.The drinks had a football menu with vodka shots for Rs 50, wasn't that good either.We ordered a grilled chicken which tasted horrible.The golden fried prawns costed us some rs 595 and it was average. Going by the fact that de sovrani is a sophisticated hotel, I didn't find the bari ambience and decoration much good. It just felt very bland.

Good and courteous staff. Bell hops and reception folks are good. The in-house restaurant / kitchen closes a bit too early. This was a downside. They'll make a few things on order, but it takes time. Morning breakfast is great, tasty and a sumptuous.
Comfortable beds, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Other general furniture is not bad.
Overall staff is nice. Housekeeping is prompt and discreet. Overall a very good and satisfying stay.

Had a small meeting at the hotel. Food was good. Specially the fish fry. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Near to city centre in Salt Lake very nice hotel rooms are a little small but ambience food and hospitality is great staff are very helpful and you will love the food try anything from the menu

It's quite elite. But we were not welcomed before time. We were made to sit outside despite our booking was there till the exact buffet time arrived.

I was here for an official party. Its at a 10-min distance from City centre 1, with fine infrastructure. 3 stars because of less space.

We organized a birthday pool party for 80 kids and adults at the sky deck of the hotel.<br/>thanks to the team of de sovrani, ms Indrani, pool service staff, chef, service staff in the gates. every need was taken care of very well.<br/>extremely happy with it all.<br/>thank you again

I went here to attend an event. The hotel is at a prime location near city centre 1 and has great interiors that appeal to you. The attendees were quite professional and the arrangements were done quite impressively. The food here is decent with much attention given to the taste as well as the presentation. Overall, a decent place to visit.

They say it is non smoking Hotel. Smokers should check with them before bookings

Buffet food was ok, spread was nice. But special mention requires for the unlimited welcome Drinks section. Though mention as unlimited but when you ask for the 2nd time the intent was missing as well as the taste.....

We had booked the banquet hall on the third floor for a family event and it was a very nice experience. The staff was very cordial and extremely helpful, especially during the event. The food was well cooked and served well. The decorator we had worked with also did a nice job, as we went for a simple decor with balloons. Overall it was a good experience of using the hall for the venue of our event. Also a special thank you for Mr Avijit and the team for helping us through the entire event.

Banquet & it's food is too good. The banquet staffs are very cordial and efficient. Well behaved. Feeling homely.

Expensive yet king size room and best service, food is good too

Rooms are decently spacious and clean. They are flexible for a delayed checkout time..so thats really good. Breakfast buffet is jst ok. Overall a good place to stay for an overnight business trip.

Pathetic rooms and room service is super expensive. Minibar always empty. Don't go by Google image search.

The dining hall was pretty big for the budget and the food was pretty good.
