Is there anything below 1 star. Hotel industry requires polite and humble people. The worst reception staff I had ever met is of this Hotel.First they should change those people. Because they are the ones anyone would would face before entering checking in the hotel face to face or on phone. They are very rude. So I would suggest go to a small hotel where the staff treats you well rather than this hotel.
