I went there but I was hesitant because of my credit. I was able to go to Joseph Tejada who helped me out. He made me feel comfortable and helped me to walk out with a brand new car! The process was super simple and he walked me through the whole process. If you are thinking of getting a car, go to Joseph Tejada! He really took his time and did a great job!

I didn t know what to expect going into buy a car, but I do know I was very happy with the end result! As soon as my family and I set foot on the lot, Seth Arakaki greeted us. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. He was patient and worked with us throughout the entire process and was committed to making sure we were happy. Grateful for such a good experience.

Had such a good experience at DCH Toyota of Torrance. From the moment my wife and I walked in to the moment we drove off, everyone was very friendly. We came in to test drive a Highlander and were approached by Seth. He wasn't pushy, very professional and knowledgeable about the Highlanders. We are in love with the Highlander we got. Prince was very friendly and innovative to get me into the truck that l was looking for. This truck replaces my 2001 Toyota Tacoma with 117K miles.

I don't know why people write bad reviews about this dealership. People just hate when they can't get it their way. Price is really great in their new and used cars. I ended with a used Honda with the help of Phillip. Everything was disclosed. Nothing hidden. His managers interact with the customers as well. Toufik and NIle were great. Everything was explained. NO BS. Will definitely be back for another car. Good job guys.

Wows were do I begin! I purchased a car for my daughter from DCH Toyota Torrance on her 25th birthday. I worked with a really great broker who prevented me from having to physically go to the dealership. Carla Stigger, one of the Sales Directors, delivered the car to our home. Carla went over and beyond and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, quick and courteous. Despite that she had to drive to my home in Baldwin Hills from Torrance, then back to Torrance because of an error on the sales agreement, then back to Baldwin Hills on Saturday, Labor Day weekend with the corrected agreement; and did I mention it was 98 degrees that day. She arrived back after 8pm and she never made me feel rushed or as if I was keeping her after hours. I would say Carla SAVED the reputation of DCH Toyota. As long as Carla Stigger continues to work at this dealership, I would refer my friends and co-workers to purchase a car here and too make sure they request Carla as their sales director. Thank You Carla once again!!!

Let me start by saying that this dealership is great. It's beautiful on the outside and the inside is just as nice, from the people to the cleanliness. Plus they have free coffee and popcorn! I'm interested in a Prius but I'm not sure which model and if I want it new or used. However, the other day I came in and was helped by Seth who helped me out significantly! He answered all my questions and showed me various Prius they had. Despite my number of questions he was extremely patient. I had mentioned that I was not quite ready financially but I would be in the near future. He simply told me when I was ready, he would be happy to help. Definitely coming back!

This second review has no reflection on Sean Gibbs who went above and beyond with his customer service. I rated you guys five stars because I had a truly exceptional sales manager assisting me, however, I am terribly sad to report that after having my used Toyota Camry for one year and three months, I am in the unfortunate position of having to purchase a new engine for the vehicle I purchased at your establishment. I feel awful, as I was told that you guys only sell quality used vehicles, and you would never risk your reputation by selling substandard cars. I suppose when you purchase a vehicle as is, that is the chance you take. I can only express to all of you potential (used cars) Toyota customers, please have a mechanic check out the vehicle before purchasing. I did not do that and it has cost me severely. I will not rescind my initial five stars, but I would like everyone to keep in mind....BUYER BEWARE is real. :-(

Was looking for a Toyota Prius 2015 with no more thank 70k miles and 13k price tag,and so they happen to have one with 60k miles and were asking 12995 plus tax,my sales guy Mike was very helpful I was able to get the car on the spot,the only reason they get 4 stars was because I had to come back with my sister to co sign since I had other loan, I know is not really their fault and a very big thanks to Valentine Finance guy who was very helpful and was in constant communication, at the end we did another contract that had better terms than before,the other reason they get 4 stars is because every single car the sell they put this numbers that are like anti theft device and u kinda have no choice but to buy them,but any ways they have to make money and were just a few hundred dollars more,at the end I was happy with the terms price and service and I love my Toyota Prius

They ran my credit and said I qualified for their 0% interest for 6months CC. That I should take advantage of that so I could put the extra $500 down and that would help lower my payments. So I agreed, why would I think they would lie about the interest rate. I got my card in the mail and noticed it was not 0% so I called the delearship and have been given the run around. One of the sales managers named Jose said well just pay it and close the card...well if that didnt hurt your credit score I would!! Also if I had the extra $500 I would but I dont. He said he will have Sean call me (another sales manager) because he was there at the time of the sale. Well it's been about a week and he hasnt called me either.
THIS DEAL WAS COMPLETELY SHADY DONT TRUST THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING.

Also when we asked to speak to their boss he wanted to transfer us to Nile another sales manager. Really? That's not the GM for the dealership, more lies. So upset. Now I am stuck giving my money to dealership that is undeserving.

I would not recommend that anyone come to this Toyota dealership for service, or any Toyota dealership based on my years of experience with them. Should have learned sooner.

I leased a brand new vehicle here. When I leased the vehicle, I specifically asked to purchase a tire protection plan. As a result, I was under the impression when the quote was given that it included the price of the protection plan. I made sure to restate several times that I had no qualms about paying for the extra protection plan. The very next day after I had driven the car off of the lot, the tire pressure light came on.

Came to DCH Toyota Service with an appointment. At the appointment, service informed me that I did not have the tire protection plan and would have to pay for the tire patch out of pocket, even though I had just leased the brand new vehicle.

I've since had to make service appointments for all four of the tires on my newly leased vehicle. No, I do not drive through or live by any construction areas. Each time I have service appointments, I ask about the estimated duration of service. Each time, the estimated time has been underestimated by 45 minutes to an hour, which caused me to lose wages due to the inaccuracy of the estimation, when I could have easily made arrangements to avoid this otherwise. Each time, the tire pressure light comes back on in less than 24 hours after leaving the service. I have expressed this to the dealership each time, and it continues to be an issue.

Went again to the dealership with an appointment to replace a tire that continued to leak after the dealership had allegedly patched it. Upon arrival, they inform me that the tire is not in stock, even though I drive a 2019 Corolla and this is a Toyota dealership. You think that if you potentially or quite obviously need to replace a tire, that they'd forewarn you of a lack of inventory for that tire, which seems simple enough to verify. They told me I had to return the following day when the tire was delivered. They then put a spare on my car, which took over an hour. I could have put the spare on myself in half that time.

Service told me that they would text me when the tire arrived at the location. They did not text me. I had to call them.

This time around, I waited at the dealership for an hour and a half, until 15 minutes before the service department was about to close. I had specifically stated to the service associate upon arrival that I had work at a specific time and requested shuttle service if the service on my vehicle was to exceed one hour. The service associate reassured me that changing the tire should take under an hour.

I later noticed that the service on my car had been completed and that my car was sitting in the service lot, but no one had informed me that it was ready. Had I not prompted the service associate, I would have continued waiting. Again, this caused me to lose wages, which most likely would have been avoided had the service associate informed me a mere 5-10 minutes earlier that the service had already been completed.

It's not hard to make commission off of extra packages that clients request when they sign a lease, not hard to set realistic time expectations with a reasonable margin of error, and not hard to walk twenty feet to inform someone their service is finished when they have explained to you that they're on a time table, or to allow the client to utilize the shuttle if you can't meet time expectations you set. The service associate assisting me in question seemed to be having a personal conversation with another associate at her desk, instead of making them wait further.

This service department would do well to teach their associates how to execute their job properly. Lastly, when my transaction was rung out, the associate kept telling the register clerk "not to close it out." This made me feel uncomfortable about the transaction. All the while, associates working at the service desk were sharing audibly loud complaints about their job and the clients, and they were sitting on the counter.

I had to return the next day to purchase (didn't have my check book). Called ahead of time, car was washed, ready, and gassed up. Through finance in now time and on my way. Fantastic dealership, fantastic deal.

DCH Toyota of Torrance is not the closest dealership to me but I just had to go there for the deal that Phillip gave me. Everything was done thru email and the phone and everything was seamless. Phillip explained payments and the narrowed down my search with the specs i want on a car. Turns out the camry SE was the perfect car for me. I never thought buying a car could be easy. Hope I dont get addicted since it was so easy. I guess with Phillip and DCH Toyota of Torrance, the deal was just easy. I highly recommend Phillip and DCh Toyota of Torrance for your transportation needs.

We listed our vehicle on Autotrader a month ago and said that we would shop for a new car whenever we sold our old car. Well, we got a call on Saturday night and the old car was gone an hour later. Since we needed to replace the old car by Monday morning, I spent 11 hours going from dealership to dealership on Sunday trying to find the best car at the best price. Most of the car dealerships were basically the same (salesmen doing what they do) but DCH Toyota stood out as really dishonest and I feel like I need to share that experience here.

First, if you are considering a vehicle from DCH Toyota, you need to know that all cars at DCH Toyota come pre-installed with a $1,000 Lojack-type system (which is non-negotiable). So, if you are looking for a good price on a vehicle, know that anything you get from DCH Toyota is going to come with an additional cost for a high profit margin alarm system (which, at some point in the future, you have to pay a service fee to use). If you are looking for the best price, look elsewhere. If you really want that type of alarm system, buy the car from another dealership and take it to Best Buy where you can get a similar system installed for hundreds cheaper.

I went to DCH Toyota because they provided a competitive Truecar price. When I got there we took the car for a test drive and started talking numbers. After adding the alarm system to the Truecar price they were a few hundred dollars higher than the lowest price I found on an identical vehicle at Carson Toyota. I told them that I was going to drive to Carson to buy the car for $32,263, but if they called me before I got there and agreed to match the price I would buy it from them. 12 minutes later I got a call to come back to DCH Toyota because they were willing sell it to me for that price. Great! I turned around, got back to the dealership, and started to fill out the paperwork. An hour later they told me that they changed their mind and they won t sell the car for $32,263. There is no way around it telling customers that you are going to sell them a car for an exact price on the phone and the changing your mind when they get to your dealership is just dishonest. I guess they thought that if they got me back to the dealership I would just give up and buy it from them. It didn t work.

When I was going from dealership to dealership I used the Truecar pricing from DCH Toyota as the jumping-off point in negotiations. I kept hearing, over and over again, that DCH is notorious for being shady. The salespeople from the other dealerships said that DCH advertises low prices and then, once you get there, won't sell you the car unless you agree to overpriced options. I heard this from at least 5 different dealerships, but I assumed that the other dealerships were lying to get a sale. After all was said and done, I can say that the other dealerships were right. This place is shady.

In case you were wondering, the least expensive dealership for my Sienna was Carson Toyota. I spoke with Dianne and Greg and they beat the lowest price I was able to find from any other dealership and the buying process was pain free. While I don't know if you would have the same luck as I had, and I have no affiliation with Carson Toyota, I would encourage you to shop around and take your best offer to them. See if they will beat it.

Beware! I was a first time buyer not sure of the c...

Beware! I was a first time buyer not sure of the car buying system and these salesmen stuck it to me. I came in with some strict parameters on cost and the salesmen completely neglected my needs by selling me way more stuff than the car was listed for. They continually told me that multiple accessories were added in to the car at the dealership and that not having/paying for them wasn t an option. I later find this is not the case, and that they have just sold me a bunch of overpriced stuff that they needed to add to approve the car onto their lot when they bought it. All the while the they bring more salesmen over to convince me that they re giving me a great deal and that I should feel lucky . I also told them I would sign when I returned because I needed to drop my rental car off before the closing time. They started scrambling to expedite the paperwork and told me to wait, it would only take a few minutes. They had me wait till I only had five minutes to leave, to sign and say that they were ready for me. I didn t even have time to go through paperwork, the finance guy insisted that I trust him and had me sign. Later I find MORE costs were added at this phase that the salesmen hadn t informed me of. Tons of fees, more accessories. Looking back I should have put my foot down, but these guys will put so much pressure on you and they had realized I have a hard time with confrontation. They bullied me. I also should have done more homework on the trickery that these guys will force on you. It s going to cost me THOUSANDS of dollars over the next few years. With everything I ended up spending, I could have afforded to buy a brand new car instead of a used. I m paying close to 80% MORE than the car was listed for originally. I m not one to right reviews but this felt like such a scam that I needed to let more people know. I m looking into possible legal review. Beware!

Aside from the salesmen smiling in your face while they rob you of your hard earn money, here's my story we financed a used 2016 camry I loved it so much I wanted it. My boyfriend works for a different Toyota, so when he checked it out he noticed the bolts for the hood was tampered with. Salesman told us nothing was wrong with it, showed us history but carmax only shows you what you report so were not gonna know if it has been. Then they didn't honor the internet price and charged us for extra add ons we didnt even want. The guy from the finance department sold us Toyota care when everyone and their moms KNEW my boyfriend can service the car himself. He mentioned it many times. All we wanted was the extra care. Honestly hands down the worst dealership I have been to ! And they offer the same response to those with negative reviews. I'll take my loss but for those shopping around DO NOT COME HERE!

I went into DCH for an oil change on my 2008 Tacoma and ended up coming back and buying a new 2018 Tundra about a week later. Carla Stigger helped me out and was super nice, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was very happy to get exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I also was able to get a great trade-in amount for my Tacoma. I would recommend DCH to anyone looking for a Toyota. I loved my Tacoma and now I love my Tundra. Thanks again DCH!!!

I brought my Sienna in for it's 75K service and because the muffler was making odd sounds. Marvin was excellent about keeping me informed about the needs and progress of my car, as I had a 3pm appointment elsewhere. The car was done by 2pm, as requested.
The one big problem that day was the courtesy shuttle service. It took over 1/2 hr to get a ride home. Then, I requested a 1:30 pick-up, called when I hadn't heard anything by 2pm and wasn't picked up until 2:30. We barely made our 3pm appt! They said it was unusually busy for a Monday but I'm not sure I'd bring the car in again when I need to rely on the shuttle.

A really bad experience, please never go to this place, the finance people call me at 11:30 pm, and Ihap from finance was very agressive and rude, he never does what he promise, and the sales person Joshua also never promise what does he offer.

The sales man Joshua offers a Rubber mats and 45 days for 1 st payment, guess what I didnt get anyone.

The finance guy Ihap very racist and agressive offers an extended warranty and service for 10 thousand dollars more, and guess what, he give almost the half of the time and miles. This is ridiculous somebody have to stop this guy, Im waiting to call consumer rights.

HORRIBLE!!!! Purchased a 3 year warranty from Valentine and was charged $3,495. My car gave out on me and now they are giving me a hard time regarding filing a claim. Further more they never even sent or gave me an actual contract for my warranty just a sales receipt. I wouldn't recommend buying from this dealer...typical car salesmen just out to get your money.

The customer service by Thomas was great until the manager came in, He tried to belittle me and I found that insulting. They Deceptively listed prices just to lure in customers. Honesty comes first people.I spent almost 3 hours there for nothing. BE CAREFUL WHEN THEY THROW NUMBERS AT YOU, MANY HIDDEN FEES NOT ADVERTISED ON THE SITE!!.

Puchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander today at this dealership. Making a purchase like this is always nerve racking, but I have to tell you it was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson who assisted me was Hudson Lee. I told him what I was looking for and the amount that was in my budget .. that was that. I had lots of questions about options/packages that were available and he knew what I meant, he had my answers and steered me in the right direction.
And bonus, I received a more than fair price for my car as a trade-in too.
Working with the finance manager, Valentine, was pleasant as well. We got through the paper signing process quickly and with no pressure to purchase any extras that I did not want. Both of these gentlemen made my Saturday a perfect day.
I drove in at 9am with a 2009 Lexus RX350 and 3 hours later drove out with my brand new 2019 Highlander.
Thank you Hudson and Valentine for your time and knowledge. Your customer service skills and your professional and friendly demeanor was very much appreciated.
Hudson, you have as great sense of humor, and thanks for answering all of my questions with a smile. I will recommend you, Valentine and this dealership any time. Thank you again.

I recently bought my first car at Toyota of Torrance. I personally have always disliked car dealerships but this one completely changed my mind. I live about two hours away and wanted to get as much done as possible prior to driving down there. Irene Rios was amazing and helped me so much! She made everything as easy and quick as possible and made me feel completely comfortable. Everyone there that helped me was amazing and not your typical "pushy sales person" Irene and Yanni both were amazing and even stayed after hours to make sure I left with the SUV I wanted and not once did I feel rushed. They were both professional, helpful and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me with buying my first car. I would highly recommend everyone to go to Toyota of Torrance.

My friend helped me to negotiate the XSE 2019 Camry. Took us nearly two weeks to agree with the price (OTD.). Took us more than an hr to get there. However, they didn t honor the quote that was agreed upon. The manager there saying the one that deal with me was off today. He didn t work with the manager. The quote he gave us is invalid because they don t deal through phone, text, or email. Terrible customer service.

Don t go here for a used car. The online price is a blatant lie.

While the online advertised price of a used car looks great, with a savings of over $4000 below the KBB price, after doing some digging and going to the dealership for a test drive, the scam became much more clear.

We were looking for a nice, used Corolla. The online price was $18k, a savings of over $4000 from the listed Kelly Blue Book price. Not only was the KBB price over inflated, and basically the sticker price of when the car was new, that arbitrary savings was quickly whisked away with the addition of $3200 in dealer added accessories. What are these accessories, you might ask. Oh, just $3k of dealer installed gps tracking devices to deter theft, plus some door edge guards!

And no, it can t be removed. And yes, they put it on every used car.

These accessories are not listed in any of the writing online, and will only be presented to you once you start talking numbers. Don t fall for it.

The actual price of this $18,688 used Corolla, after all the add-ons, taxes and fees? Nearly $25,000.

And if you wanted to finance it, you d be out $30k after you finally paid it off.
Do yourself a favor, avoid this dealership when looking for a used car. Find somewhere with straight forward pricing and integrity, who doesn t try to blatantly hide costs and fees.

I honestly don t know how they have ever sold a used car.

Toyota has recently lost it's very competitive edge. Looked around the lot and three cars inside the building and the place just has lost it. Went to Chevrolet and their vehicles have been upgraded so vastly. Honda, Mazda, and ford are just passing Toyota. I asked if they do competitive pricing, they said well we have to see, well this is a capitalistic country... They have to see if they can compare themselves, and they refuse.
