Traded in my 2016 Accord for a 2019 Accord. Had a great experience from beginning to end, and did not need to spend all day at the dealership. Adrian Acosta and Bryan Andrade really took their time to give me what I wanted while ultimately offering a fair deal. Adrian was sincere and straight to the point; while Bryan was attentive and added a personal touch (hope they receive the recognition they deserve and a nice bonus/raise along with it)! This was my first new Honda purchase from DCH Academy, I previously purchased three pre-owned Hondas from this dealership. My new car experience with DCH Academy Honda was the absolute best. This car dealership has the most honest, knowledgeable and professional Staff! I ended up buying a 2014 Honda CRV and the dealer helped me pick the options and advised me with warranty options. DCH Academy Honda is a trusted dealership. I live in Utah and CRV s are hard to find at a reasonable price. I found a Certified CRV at DCH Academy Honda. When I called, the salesperson, David, was very knowledgeable about selling out of state and was even able to recommend a shipping company. I decided to drive the car back and David even met me at the airport with the car. Upon returning to Utah, I noticed a minor issue with an air vent. I called David and DCH Academy Honda was very willing to work with me and fixed the issue.

Sales Consultant Joseph Guzzo ushered me through my first leasing experience three years ago, and I was back to see him last Thursday when he once again assisted me as I leased a 2015 Honda CR-V EX.
Joseph was professional and patient in helping me determine what I wanted this time around as I ultimately decided to venture from my 30+ years of driving Accords into the world of SUV's. Additionally, there were a lot of new features since my last acquisition in 2012, and Joe walked me through them, synced my phone and generally anticipated some of the issues I might confront in making the transition to a CR-V which has many technological advances.
George Gomez in finance did a fine job of finalizing the paperwork.
If I have any complaints, it would be with the extent of paperwork, which, in 2015, should be more digitized. I would hope the dealership and the brand will upgrade software and equipment. So when I comeback at the end of this lease, it will be a breeze.
All the folks I dealt with were helpful, including Paul Rittberg of the retention department.
I would have no problem recommending DCH Academy Honda and especially new car sales consultant Joseph Guzzo.

Gerry was very respectful and accommodating, making what is usually a nerve-racking experience a very pleasant one. I had a few cars picked out before I stopped in - and I had to stick to my budget. Gerry and his team spent hours with me, test driving and talking payment options. In the end, I traded-in my car and drove away with a great deal! I highly recommend this dealership for their service and selection.

I don't understand this place. There are times when you need an appointment for an oil change and there are times when you don't need one. Of course, when I just "walk-in" they can't take me because they have a high volume of cars needing to be done and not enough technicians and they want me to make an appointment. I make an appointment and still have to wait 2 hours for my car to be done! Not cool!!

My past used car buying experience was pretty bad and I wasn't expecting much different this time. I was pleasantly surprised to walk out of DCH Academy Honda with a certified used Honda civic at a price that was pretty much unbeatable. Gerry Bruno was my salesman and he and manager Jesus Vergel were great to deal with. They were willing to negotiate and didn't try to push anything extra on me. TERRIBLE place! I applied for some info in October of 2015 to look at some new cars. I was told by the online sales rep to come on in when the place opened up and one of the floor sales guy would take care of me. I got there when the place opened up and had to wait a little bit as the sales guys were having a meeting so it was no big deal. After about ten minutes we got introduced to a salesman named Jose. He was an absolute slob! His shirt was dirty and untucked which was the first strike. The second strike came when he told me to hang on for a minute while he took off. Ten minutes later I still didn't see him; I peaked around the corner to see this guy sipping his coffee casually and talking to other co workers still with his dirty shirt untucked. Finally, he comes back and we start talking about prices. I knew the exact car I wanted and knew what the realistic price to pay was. He kept trying to tell me the cars had things installed in it that couldn't be removed so it was extra and there was nothing I could do about it.Then when we discussed trade in price for my car he tried to completely cheat me. I asked him to speak to his manager as I was willing to except below price and give them a fair deal. He came back and still offered me a joke of a price. That was the third strike. I got a call from another dealership and they agreed to my payment price and trade in price without hesitation. I got up and left to go deal with them. As I was driving to the dealership Jose called me and begged me to come back. I refused and told him he was a joke along with Old Bridge Honda. I am glad I went elsewhere as I got the deal I was looking for.

At first I was a bit apprehensive because the car buying experience can be such a nightmare but I was quickly at ease 5 minutes into the process. Mike and Vipin in the used car department made the entire process extremely easy and pain free. I never felt hassled or uncomfortable. They were both extremely friendly and never tried to talk me into anything else, they even made sure that they kept me in the exact price range I was comfortable being in. My wife and I went to Academy Honda two days ago just to test the waters and see what type of family minivan we could get for a bargain price. We had already settled on the Honda Odyssey and from the time we were welcomed into the front door of the dealership to our interaction with John Q Mitchell, we were treated very warmly, with respect, and he really took his time to explain the different features on each model of the Honda Odyssey which helped us to settle on the exact model we wanted to purchase. Honestly, we had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day, but John Q s warm, friendly, and professional and cheerful demeanor won us over and we ended up leasing a Honda Odyssey that day!!!! I recently took my 2016 civic to DCH as it was blowing hot air. The service advisor George, was really helpful. The initial inspection charge was not too bad, I got it checked at open road Honda and they charged me more than double just to check the ac. Turns out the condenser in my ac unit was hit by a rock, so I couldn t claim it under the warranty. It was a bummer, but George helped me claim all the auxiliary parts that were damaged but didn t have any signs of impact under warranty, and as a added bonus even gave me a free oil change. Way to go the extra mile to take care of customers.

The staff of this dealership is really bad. They are all clubbed together standing around the front desk and staring you down and giggling as if you landed from outer space. I was in there for few minutes and it made me very uncomfortable. Very cheap, unclassy people. Would never go back there.

We had the pleasure of working with Edward Moy when shopping for a pre-owned Honda CR-V. We arrived at the dealer with the intent of just browsing to see what was available when we were approached by Eddie. He listened to what we were looking for and proceeded to show us what was in inventory that met our criteria. At no point in this process he did not try to pressure a sale or up sell us into something we couldn't afford. He even offered to pull up the models we were interested in so my mother wouldn't have be outside too long due to a medical condition. We quickly settled on a CR-V we wanted and the sales process was just as smooth. He made some recommendations on additional options but again did not pressure the up sell. After that he sped us through the paperwork without additional delay. Eddie also made accommodations for payment so we could leave the dealer with the car that day without having to physically return to the dealer later that week.

Veronica made the sales process as smooth as possible. Most importantly, she was honest. I highly recommend going to DCH Academy Honda and working with Veronica.

I had been with DCH Academy Honda as customer for past two years and taken two cars from them so far. Sales Person Tim Crowley did a wonderful job during the business with DCH. DCH Honda prices are low compare with other Honda dealers near by, they provide best price and service was nice. I really recommend this dealer for cars. Even i had some body work with my car and they did free of cost and it came out nice and clean.

I can be honest and say I had no intentions on buying anything. I simply wanted to browse the inventory and get a little information on some cars as I have never been a Honda owner. I spoke with Samiyah and not only was she courteous she was also very knowledgeable on the product and gave me infor on a few vehicle that matched my needs. She understood that i was not in the market as of now and did not pressure me. instead she opted to stay in touch ever month or so to inform me on any deals and see if my situation changed. This was the second Honda dealership i visited. The first was Open Road Honda (ORH) in Edison where they made me feel like the only thing they were interested in was selling a car but not the customer satisfaction.

when I visited DCH Academy, my experience was completely different beginning with Ronald Rajnai who, contrary to ORH, explained the process of leasing a new car and the steps we would follow before even running our score.

We ran into a small setback where more documents were needed yet Ronald went the extra mile to get things done and to make sure we were able to be satisfied.

3 years later I went pack to buy out the lease. This time they were very pushy about selling extended warranties, among other things.
Since i had the sport tires I decided to buy insurance for them (which i used once btw) when i first leased the car for a 7 year period. When I went to buy out the lease, they tried to sell me the same insurance again and claimed I only purchased it for 3 years. I showed them the contract and still didn't believe me; it wasn't until they verified their physical records that they believed me but of course that was an extra hour just waiting there.
At the time of signing all the papers, they were trying to slip another type of protection plan i did not agreed to and said it was a renewal for something i already had during the lease; later, the reason for putting it there was because apparently the sales man had already talked to me about it and i had accepted. Lets make one thing clear, I did not. In fact, I said I did not want to buy any extended warranties or protection plans to both people i talked to.

It was time for an oil change so i decided to do both things at the same time and to make things worse the service guy tried to turn on the car when it was already on and the engine made a VERY loud noise.

To be fair this is the first time it ever happened but we all know something like that can damage the flywheel and to repair that can costs a lot of money.

Enrique was my salesman when buying a new Honda CR-V . Enrique was very professional and extremely patient with us. He was able to walk do our an excellent deal for me . He also took his time to go through all the car features with us. I would highly recommend Enrique if you are in the market for a new car.

Completely not happy with the service. Had prior appointment at 1.30pm for oil change and they did not do any work until 3.10pm when I enquired and they said next is my car and it would take another half hour. Very bad experience. Please think before service at DCH old bridge.

The used car was awful. Nothing like the picture. High pressure upsell. Avoid.

I only come here for oil change. If they want you to do extra work on your car, go to another repair shop for 2nd opinion. I installed new filters before I went there for oil change. They say both my engine and cabin filter need to be changed. Did they even check that my filters are new? They say my 2 year old battery needs to be replaced. they will show you a fake report showing your battery level is low. Batteries suppose to last at least 5 years. Just say no to all their service recommendations and get a 2nd opinion. You could save thousands of dollars.

I had an amazing experience with Dch Academy Honda, my advisor was Katelyn she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She got me in an out ! The girl in the cashier was so helpful as well, Tara helped me out there. She helped me schedule my next apt for further recommendations. I really look forward to working with Katelyn and Tara again. I was really hoping I didn t have to write a review as this is my first time writing one, but I seriously had walked out of this place excited with my car. I ve had my car for a few weeks now. I am truly upset with how finance was not honest to my first purchase at a dealer ship. I found this car Honda accord EX-L on CARFAX FOR A GOOD DEAL at 18,900. I went through everything with vipin (manager) and after I left that place the math was not correct as to the amount noted on the CAR FAX DEAL. Vipin continuously told me that, that was the right amount. He sold it to me for 21,000 I knew something was off and I told him the amount did not make sense. I am seriously hurt at their dishonesty. I went there alone and spent the whole day there. Ever time I wanted to walk out they would say they are trying to work with me but that was not at all true. I believe in doing homework before going into a sale and for the reviews,I went with this place. I truly recommend not going alone and having another person present. This was by far upsetting and all around wrong. My DEAL was not all what car fax STATED.

The team at DCH Honda in Old Bridge, and especially Mr. Anthony Arena made buying a car a very pleasant experience for my husband and I. We were looking for an HRV for quite a while and went to several Honda dealerships in Staten Island and New Jersey. Every time we wasted hours by going through the same typical games they usually like to play.

Just went thru mechanic?? In the last hour?!?..Bait and switch much?? Aweful!!

I don't even know where to begin to correctly express my absolute frustration with DCH and I don't think "unprofessional" is a strong enough word to describe this place!!!
I bought this car used from another dealership. I lost my key and had it towed to DCH being that it was only a few miles from where I was after making an appointment with them and giving them all of my info and asked that TWO keys be made . When it was towed into the lot, the towing person let them know my car was there and I also called to follow up to be sure and gave them all of my info AGAIN. I was told it would be ready later on in the afternoon and they would give me a call to pick up. I understand people get busy so after about an hour and a half passed the time I was told it would be ready, I called to check the status. After searching and searching, they couldn't find my info OR my car in the system as being there! I have PENNSYLVANIA plates and this is a NEW JERSEY lot, I mean, it shouldn't be hard to find it. The woman I spoke with tried her hardest to convince me that I must've had it towed to another dealership. She then transferred me tot he service department where I was put on hold for 10 minutes, for them to come back and tell me they can't find my info or my car again. After 3 more calls and me DEMANDING that they FIND MY CAR ASAP, I get a call saying my service appointment was under the ORIGINAL owner's name, my car was parked in the back of the lot because they didn't know what to do with it, and basically they were waiting for someone to come claim it. I gave all of my info AGAIN and was told that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day. The man I spoke with was unapologetic and extremely rude!!! I have already lost a full day at work, given the run around for hours, and I'm very frustrated. I had to get a rental for the next day. I was told they'd call me around noon and let me know status. AGAIN I NEVER RECEIVED the call. Around 130pm, I called and called and called, no answer. I have to have the rental back by a certain time or they will charge me another day. I show up at the dealership to pick up my car. I am standing at a service desk for 10 minutes before one of the girls decided to break away from the conversation her and other girls/mechanics were having to help me. I'm handed my paperwork and ALL OF THE ORIGINAL OWNERS INFO IS ON IT!!! Yes, some stranger's info is on this paperwork that they gave me and ONLY ONE KEY, I ORDERED TWO. This $250 key bill put me in a hole almost $1500 between the key, rental, and lost time at work for my husband and I both. I had 15 minutes to get return my rental or be charged. Your rep told me where to find my car and it wasn't there, I hit my alarm button until I found it because I'd rather wander around your lot aimlessly than speak with another one of your employees again! I rush to turn in rental while my husband drives my car behind me and my TIRE LIGHT IS ON. SERIOUSLY DCH? After all of that, the tire light was on (wasn't when I brought it in ) but you couldn't fill my tire?
Your customer service is lacking to say the absolute least! I was not offered air in my tire, a car wash, not an "I'm Sorry" NOTHING from this place for costing me 6 times what this key fiasco should've cost me. STAY AWAY! I've been debating on contacting the original owner as well, seeing as I have all of their info, letting her know about this as well as a copy of the paperwork with her info on it. Had I been someone else, I could've done terrible things with this person's information. I SHOULD BE SENDING DCH A BILL AND DCH SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

Before visiting Academy Honda I had visited all near by Honda dealers. Started with phone and was very satisfied with customer service even over the phone. Finally on the day of my physical visit I met Mr Khalil Qureshi and Mr Mark. Both were wonderful and friendly. I met both the people first time but it felt that they know me since long. I felt myself in safe hands and completed my Honda Civic 2016 purchase with their help. It was looking like that they are my friends and advising me accordingly. I had already visited nearby Honda dealers and had completed my home work of price and model prior to finalize my purchase, so comparatively I was very satisfied of what was going on.
In short I can say that Mr Khalil Quresh is a wroth for Academy Honda. I want to thank Academy Honda, Mr Khalil Qureshi and Internet sales in charge Mr Mark for helping me make a pretty decision of my life. I would strongly recommend this dealership and would say that ask for these officers at academy Honda.

I bought a used car from David Mazurek a few months ago and I was very happy with the whole process especially because he made whole process fast and easy. He was very helpful with giving me information on the cars I was looking for and was very knowledgeable.Dave took the time to go over the car with me and answered every question I had with no hesitation. I absolutely hate going to car dealerships but Dave made my experience pleasant and he also called to let me know that my license plates were in which was very nice of him. As a loyal Honda purchaser, my first car was a Civic EX which I had for 10 yrs then a Accord EXL for 9 years. With those purchases I never felt that comfortable with the entire purchase process which included the Sales Agents trying to sell me the car to begin with. This time I tried to do a bit more research with not just the Honda Pilot I was interested in but with also who would I purchase it from. Dealerrater is where I found out about DCH Honda and a bunch of wonderful employees looking to help the purchase process go so much easier. Bryan Gamble took his time talking to my wife and I about the car, options involved and choices to make. I never felt rushed or pressured during the process unlike other experiences I've had in the past with dealerships. Bryan was great with us and worked with us to get down to the price that we were comfortable with. Even that dreadful moment when you meet with the Finance Manager to finalize the deal was not something I was looking forward to but I gotta say that went pretty smoothly as well when we met with Veronica. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm not sugarcoating this experience, everyone is always trying to make something off a new car purchase but I gotta say this time around there was no pressure and overall was a pleasant experience and I would absolutely purchase a car from Bryan and his team again.

I had a really great experience purchasing a car here! I knew I found a good car right away after I looked at it and my salesperson Christian made the process really easy. Both him and the finance manager were so helpful with finding me the best financing option and helping me purchase insurance since I am a first time car buyer in a matter of minutes. They were able to answer all questions I had and I left with my car feeling really happy I chose to go here.
