I recently took my 2016 civic to DCH as it was blowing hot air. The service advisor George, was really helpful. The initial inspection charge was not too bad, I got it checked at open road Honda and they charged me more than double just to check the ac. Turns out the condenser in my ac unit was hit by a rock, so I couldn t claim it under the warranty. It was a bummer, but George helped me claim all the auxiliary parts that were damaged but didn t have any signs of impact under warranty, and as a added bonus even gave me a free oil change. Way to go the extra mile to take care of customers.
