Bought a 2016 Civic that was turned in on a three-year lease. After negotiating we agreed on a price and the only thing I had asked was for them to rotate the tires. The salesman went over to the service department was told they were too busy and would give me an IOU for the rotation. The only thing they asked is if we could please make an appointment. We had to pick up the plates anyhow. Our appointment was for 10:30 We were there promptly and did not get things taken care of until after 1:00 and still didn't get the plates on. If a deal is negotiated and I'm giving an IOU they haven't fulfilled their obligation and I should not have to wait for 2 and 1/2 hours to get my tires rotated which would cost me twenty bucks at my neighborhood gas station. I want what kind of customer service is that. Do you think I we'll buy another car from this dealership. I have before when it was run by the original DCH owners which were Asian The dealership is under new ownership but they're keeping the DCH name. Terrible customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves I'm going to post as much negative information on Facebook as I can to alert people of their heinous actions
