This was my first experience with DCH Academy Honda. I must say I have never been so happy. I got an online quote from Mark in minutes and was very quicky followed up by a phone call to schedule an appointment. There was no fine-print to worry about and when I walked in to the show-room, I showed it to Joe who kept the promise. I test drove the Honda Accord 2014 LX model, which was 99% identical to what I was buying (the 1% was the seat difference which the Sales consultant told me up-front). We picked the model of our choice from their lot, drove back to the dealership and did the paperwork. Joe explained the features of the new car, called up my insurance company and completed the rest of the paper work. I dealt with Vipin for the financing, who laid out all the options that were available at my disposal. Usually at most other dealerships, they will try to "push" you to buy options. In the past this is where i have been stressed, but at DCH it was completely hassle-free as they respected my decision not to go with extra options. I drove out with the car in about 3 hours from start to finish. I could not have been more happier and would definitely recommend to others in a heart-beat and most certainly going to go back again for my next car. I could not have been happier.
