Visited for the 1st time on Valentine's day weekend. I cannot wait to go back! Super long lines and wait times on Saturdays, but the atmosphere they've created is totally worth it! The food is great also!!

Expected a bit more... Its a nice place with a great staff, but it is way overpriced ($24 for a generic coffee cup), and not a lot to look at. The lines are long, which is where most of your time is spent - the bakery was delicious, again long lines to get in... If you are in Waco anyway, it's worth a visit. If not, it isn't worth the drive...

I've been to Magnolia Market 4 or 5 times as I live 2 hours north. It's so worth the visit! Be sure to go early to Magnolia Table to put your name in, then swing by the silos. The restaurant will text you when your table is ready. The whole Magnolia experience is FUN!

Loved it! Chip and Joanna Gaines put much thought and deliberate consideration into the Silos area. The Market...I loved Chip's Corner!...and appreciated the "Magnolia" logo on the genuine YETI Beverage Tumbler for $26!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!! I loved the Food Trucks: get some Alabama Sweet Tea, some Watermelon Juice, etc. And do NOT leave without having coffee and the scrumptious CUPCAKES! Buy the Sampler Pack, and my word, get thr Chocolate Chip Cookies! Chip and Jo, THANK YOU for your class and faithfulness to Our LORD, Family, and Community. Also, thanks so much for the water misters in the seated areas as well as providing sunscreen, umbrellas, and toys for all to enjoy. Blessings...

It was unique experience helped along by arriving on an off day. We had no lines to stand in, so we were able to relax and take it all in. The magnolia store had a lot of creative selections, and there free shipping on purchases over $100.00 made our travels back home unburdened, with our carefully wrapped package waiting for us when we got home.

My husband and I traveled on business to Dallas and thought Waco would be a nice side trip because we both love fixer-upper and wanted to go to Magnolia at the silos. Although we loved the ambiance, I Purchased some copper measuring tools both spoons and cups, separate purchases. when I got them home I washed them in the dishwasher once And about 60% of the copper washed off! There was no warning anywhere on the label telling me they were not dishwasher safe. I assumed they were copper because of the cost however they re painted, not even plated copper. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product; that s quite a margin Chip and Joanna.
Caveat emptor; let the buyer beware.

Super cute. Plan for it to be very busy but service is fast so it's not too much of an issue. The cupcakes are a must! I also recommend the sweet tea from the Alabama Sweet Tea truck :)

I really enjoyed getting here early before the market opened! It allowed us to sit on the swings and take in the scenery all without it being too crowded! I recommend getting in line at the Baking Co. to get your treats early, then saving them for later as you sit and enjoy the market area itself. Walk around the garden, sit on the swings or picnic tables, and take lots of pictures as you wait for the market shop to open at 9am.

The truth is that it's rather disappointing, which actually makes me really really sad to say. I was sooo looking forward to going. I loved the show, and I love Joanna's style, but this just fails as a retail space. It all LOOKS amazing, but there's very little substance. Too little inventory, too overpriced, too many people trying to navigate a store that appears to be huge, but is largely comprised of checkouts with long lines and lots of "decor" and shelves and things that aren't purchasable (not a word, I know). The silos sit there empty, when they could be converted to a retail space that's actually full of inventory and able to handle the number of people without us all trying to shuffle around one another. So ok, maybe you just went for the "experience". Not even worth that. The crowd is so big you can't really even enjoy yourself. It's like an assembly line, just shuffle along and move to the next spot. Cupcakes were good, despite the huge line, it did move pretty quickly and efficiently. Overall, though, save your money and time friends, at least until they change some things.

I stopped by on my drive up from San Antonio and absolutely loved the vibe! It was raining at the time so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor area as much. However, the silos, bakery, and market all provided such a great experience. The cupcakes were delicious and we found some great finds at the magnolia market! The overall flow/layout of each place was beautiful and I would recommend anyone to visit if they're Chip & Jo fans!

The place grew because of the huge home renovation program of its owners. The couple created fame and today it has several enterprises like shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Personally I think it has more name and does not justify waiting 1h45 for a table in the cafe. In the store, which is huge, they took advantage of abandoned silos and created a cool place. From there it is possible to tour all the houses renovated by the couple and buy thousands of Magnolia products.

GOOD AND SWEET JoJo's bakery is adorable and she has it set up so the wait is minimized. I had the Silobration cupcake and it was a very nice change. A hearty cupcake with more than enough frosting. Magnolia the giftshop could stand a little more color and a little more inventory. All in though it was really cool and when in Waco check it out. It's a definite repeat visit spot.

I really like your home renovation program. As soon as it is possible to visit the USA, I will To Texas to see this beautiful place. If I can buy a house in Texas I will call Joana and her husband to return home. You are beautiful !!

This was a really cool experience despite the crowd. Johnathan at the feed store and Maya were both super kind.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The market was really crowded, but it was cool to walk through the entire building regardless. The coffee shop was good. I did not like my sugar free latte, but their cold brew and tea was good!
All of the workers were super kind, and everyone had a smile on their faces.
It was worth the 2.5 hour drive.

Also, the employees ask if you are a veteran or active duty. I think this is wonderful as most service men and women are too humble to ask for a discount when they truly deserve one. My boyfriend is a veteran. It was really nice to see them support our troops.

Love love the garden and big open area! I also enjoy looking through the shop, but it seems to stay pretty crowded! It is a little difficult to maneuver a stroller through it all. The bakery is also delicious, but go early, as there is usually a pretty long wait.

Really neat place, really inspiring what this couple has built and continue to make anpositove impact on their community. We went saturday morning and it was crazy busy, 30 minute like to buy stuff. If we go back i will go on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning hoping it wont be as busy. We also drove around and checked out the town.

We love the Silo's. It was extremely busy today. We were still able to enjoy the lawn after our shopping. You do occasionally have to deal with people that do not care for others or their space. Beyond that it's a great place to visit.

Even though it was packed we got in and I was thankful to buy some air plants for my coworkers. I didn't want to buy breakable items and we can buy Magnolia items anywhere these days...it was cute and we had fun. I'd love to have a garden like that in my backyard!

Absolutely wonderful experience at the market...great and friendly staff... prices are high on everything but to be expected in this touristy attraction... expect to pay 10 bucks for parking which includes shuttle...great food trucks if needing a quick bite...

Well blessed are you who have been there but I NEVER !!! Not even in waco (Texas fraction) Chip, Joe well done, no bad !! Oh chip, joe, there's a cappannino in the Valley, in Italy, that could do for you, you know? That's all. Kisses from your dear Andrea.

The cupcakes are amazing. First time I went and brought my daughter who is 15 months and she was having a great time running around on the field and playing with the other kids there. The sweet tea truck is also amazing. The tea is so good and fresh. Also all the home Decor is so pretty. It has given me some ideas when I redo my house. I know where I ll be going to get some new stuff for that!!

Cool to check out and experience what you see on the show fixer upper. You basically get to buy some of those final touches. Boy a place to stay for the whole day but definitely a couple hours outside not so much on the inside.

Great coffee wonderful atmosphere bucket list place to go. Thing to do at the moment in time. I was amazed at how many people buying merchandise. Very pricey...knew that going in. I had been to Waco before..and it was a sleepy town...run down...empty.The Gaines have certainly turned it around. Kudos and much sucess to all around the Silos.

I was in Ft Worth for a convention and decided to drive to Waco to visit Magnolia Market. It was an average experience, I thought the products would have been from local artist but alot from China. Which was disappointing. The buildings was beautifully kept. No problem with parking.

Great design layout! Awesome products! Helpful customer service! Prices range from affordable to more expensive, it just depends on what you're looking for. So many great options to check out or purchase. I spent most of my time window shopping, but still purchased a few items that I love and were reasonably priced.

I wanted to see what this place was about so I drove up one day while I was visiting Austin. I had no expectations, nor was I looking for anything in particular. I just wanted to see what it was about. We decided to skip the bakery as the line never went down all day, so I can't review that. The market was ok, but more promotional material than anything. The food and food trucks were fun. The kids had fun running around as well. I think this was just a place that was made for people to gather and enjoy life. There really is nothing more to it than that. Yes the stuff in the market seemed pricey, but seemed good quality. I think you have to go into this with an open mind, that its just a gathering and relaxing place. I am glad I went and saw what Chip and Joanna created in Waco.

If you haven t been to Waco, you should go. That is the first point I have to make! The story of Magnolia, Chip and Jo and the triumphant city of Waco are truly inspiring. The textiles, the food, the experience of visiting Magnolia is hard put into words expect for, great and a one of a kind experience. Bring your family, loved ones, friends and join the beautiful little town in this quaint and influential location. I will be coming back again and again.

I absolutely LOVE visiting this place year round. They have a variety of items to choose from that would please almost anyone. They are quite pricey for their items, but it is always a great place to bring the family and have a great time.

I've never watched Chip and Joanna's show, but a coworker told me about this place. So on my way to Austin I gave it a shot and wasn't disappointed. There was a line when I got there (seems like there usually is) but it moves fairly quick. I only visited the bakery but I must've tried 5 different things, in which they were all delicious! You can tie all of that up with the great prices that they offer too. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area.
