Magnolia was truly a one of a kind experience. I felt like I walked into the life of Chipp and Joanna. Walking in you are greeted with friendly smiles and people genuinely wanting to help you. After a huge a selection of food and true southern tea, find a spot to rest under a mister or some turf. Once you've gotten your bite to eat, go walk through their small garden, play games, and get some cute, pastel house decor. I will be back!

First time to Silos and I loved it! Cant wait to return again. Jo's cookies are amazing! Must vist bakery.

Items are costly, but it is family friendly. Glad I made the trip, but not sure I'll come back.

Such a fun place! Beautiful grounds! Bigger than I expected with plenty of room to sit and relax (mid-week) . We loved the mini food truck line! Prices were reasonable

Awesome place for a great experience .My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the Silos. Enjoyed the Cupcakes and all the delicious treats . Lots of food trucks on the property. Great souvenir shop.

Loved it!!! Probably the best cupcakes I have ever had. Don't go during Spring Break (too many people). We didn't get to see the Silo's,or anything else besides the bakery (still worth it).

Sure to please all......The Bakery is a must see.....delish!!!

Sad experience. They should just be closed during construction. Wasted my day driving with my family here to turn around and go home. Bathrooms closed. Just not a good day. Walked in and right back out.

We went to Waco for my birthday this year just so I could see the Magnolia silos !! Even though it was raining all weekend, we had a blast! The prices were a bit expensive at the store, but it was fun to shop around and enter into Joana Gaine's world

You should go if you are in Waco. Good experience, but prices are too high. Bakery prices are overpriced too. All employees friendly and helpful. Nice play area for the kids. Tours in town are too high priced.

I had high hopes for this place considering all the attention it s had recently. It s a beautiful place, but the store is amazingly overpriced even on basic things. I love the show and think that chip & jo are awesome people, I just think the prices should be adjusted. The workers were all very friendly!

If your a fan of the show you will love this place, it stays very busy.

This was on the wife's bucket list. She loves chip and Joanne, so the Silos were a bucket list for her with magnolia market. It was hustle and bustle there but sure made her smile and I have to say the kettle corn was pure amazing. I reccomend this place to all,try to be there when they first open or 1 hour before they close,long lines are certain in peak hours.

Best quick trip from Florida... so happy to finally see it all in person. Definitely worth the experience and happy to support my favorite HGTV folks

Beautiful grounds, great to see the redevelopment and repurposing of old buildings in Waco. The line for the bakery was ridiculously long. Nice collection of food trucks. Good display of merchandise. Overall, a good side trip but I wouldn't drive for hours just to see the Magnolia Market Silos.

Marvelous! Great place to spend the day. The food trucks are such a great idea since the restaurant had stopped taking reservations at 11:30 when we arrived!

This is a very hyped up place. I was expecting more. If you are driving through the area it's worth stopping into. I wouldn't plan a trip just for this.

Great pit stop for lunch and leisure time before getting back on road. Highly recommend the sweet Alabama Tea and the cupcakes at the bakery!

The store itself is probably 3 stars. The stuff is just way too expensive for what it is. People are nice though and we had fun.

Great treats but didn't like having to order &pay before I could see the selection. Would get people to purchase more & not feel like cattle being corralled

Wow is all I can say! Magnolia is an experience in itself! Definitely try and come on a week day early or late to avoid long lines, but even if you can t it s a great atmosphere and experience even if crowded! Everyone seems excited to just be there! The magnolia staff is so friendly and kind, they remind me of the cast members at Disney! So well trained in customer service! You can tell they had a lot
Of training! I can t understand some of these negative reviews because the craftsmanship of the stores, bakery and restaurant are exquisite! It s like walking into one of their fixer uppers! The souvenirs and shirts are of top quality! I bought some aprons and rolling pins and they are heavy duty! Well worth the price to have a comfy and soft shirt to take home! I came for spring and the silos and the quality of the flowers are better than Hobby Lobby and Michaels! 10 stars for magnolia!

I just ordered some adorable ornaments, and they are going to look so nice on my tree. However, I was disappointed that most of their items are made in China. I would love for see items from local artists instead of mass production in China. I would rather pay more to support artists anywhere in the world that pay for mass produced items.

Great atmosphere. Environment was very convenient to all visitors. Bakery was reasonable and quick. Loved to store.

A very cool stop through Waco. Quite a bit of the exterior is set up like an event center. Hopefully I'll catch a show here someday.

Quite a bit smaller than what I thought it would be,still pretty and a bit pricey!

This place was kind of overpriced and I thought it would be bigger. I brought my dog and went with my family, and everyone had a great time!

Awesome place to visit and to have a nice, homemade pastry and drinks. Great customer service, nice and very clean.

Be sure to order the burger(you can make it double for just 1 buck) they make the meat with bacon and they grill it like that, it's an amazing taste. Also they have these little sprinkerls to freshen up people and it's pretty great

Beautiful environment, lots of family games and places to chill . We had a reasonably priced lunch from the food trucks parked out back.

It's good if you want to pay $17 for a Chinese tea towel with the Magnolia logo on it. Neat place, but everything was way, way overpriced.

I live in Austin but came with my sister in law and niece who live in Philadelphia. We went on a Wednesday in January they predicted 60% of rain. The sun was out we walked all over. Thee most amazing staff. Everyone is joyful. I had heard the prices were outrageous. I did not think so, at all.
I am so happy for Waco and all the people that come to Waco. It is great for the town. It is a win win.
I intend to go back again.

It is cute. There is an astroturf "park", and several mini food trucks. The store is expensive and almost everything is made in China or Honduras. Doesn't really stay on brand. Mostly a let down. I can get this stuff at Lowes, Home Depot, or Target.

Love, love, love Magnolia Market! Very highly recommend!

Really cute place. I m glad I finally got to come to Waco and check it out. It was. Little different than I imagined it but it was pretty great. The store and courtyard were both packed on a Saturday in October. Prices are pretty expensive but that comes with the name. All the employees we encountered were very nice and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. Lots of awesome food trucks.

Really cool place. Fun to walk around and tons of delicious treats! Before you go, look at the website for tips. Don't go around noon. Before or after is better.

Lots of things to offer from snack to clothing. This is a experience but one you really only need to make once. If you are a fixer upper fan you ll love this place, you ll melt and die in heaven. If you don t know what it is like me you ll find the location to have an elegant layout with a nice flow. The environment is friendly and you feel welcomed here. But it is just a store for shopping.

Definitely not a "fixer upper," this market has all the home goods, trailer food, and outdoor misters to have a pleasant leisurely afternoon in Waco, TX.

So plain,not exciting like Canton-disappointed. Most things looked like they came from target. Poor parking-not interesting. They only promote themselves and do not include the local artisans who would make it more inviting. Many of our friends felt the same way-don't make a special trip

My husband had a business trip in Waco.I tagged along.I am a great fan of Chip and Joann Gaines show Fixer Upper.
We visited the Magnolia Market and Stilos Bakery.Beautiful decorated and bought some wonderful candles and t shirts and ornaments.
These businesses have helped Waco .The tourists that come here daily have helped the economy in Waco.
As a Christian I felt sad seeing all the tourist shopping and not offering the homeless people anything.I did I fed several and bought a sleeping bag for an elder homeless woman.Fans if God has blessed you to travel and see these places please help those in need.The Salvation Army only lets them stay for 5 days.Its cold right now.Jesus will smile on you when you do his work.God Bless Chip and JoJo.

I enjoyed my visit and loved the area. The whole setup is very good and you've done a great job creating a family atmosphere. I would recommend stopping by, it's just a short drive off the highway.

It's even better than what you have seen on tv. Parking can be free or $10. Wear your walking shoes. Wide variety of food trucks on site and wonderful local restaurants within walking distance. The very friendly staff make the experience even more memorable.
