Picture spots everywhere. Great to finally get there. Very busy. Good suggestion to go at the first or end of the day.

What a wonderful experience! Everything is a bit pricey but it was awesome to see the buildings and designs in person. I wish we could have seen Chip and Jo!

Ordered a holiday mug as a Christmas present for my mother and received it and was SO disappointed! It was TINY! So tiny it is going to be embarrassing to give this to my mother as a gift!! Disappointed overload! :(

The people who work here are the most helpful and caring people. You can see how much they love where they work and they take great pleasure in helping you. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We were hassled and berated because of our freedom and right not to wear a mask and escorted off the property. We were not even allowed to stand on the public sidewalk in front of this extablishment. When one of our group returned wearing a mask he was denied entrance and told to leave.

Beautiful place delicious cupcakes & cookies everything is real good.. We drove from Somerton Arizona and it was Worth it.

Truly a joy to visit the Silos and each of the related magnolia retail venues. The bakery is a little confusing at first, but worth the ordering hassle. The Silo and grounds are very interesting and exceptionally well done. Staff are all exceptional and very professional! We'd love to visit again.

Such a Beautiful environment. You can see that Gods presence was here during the foundation... I love how humble chip and Joanna are. I love the amount of work and effort went into building this amazing place. I went there for a concert and I had an amazing time. Highly recommend going there just for fun or for any events they have! Loved it!

Well worth the visit. Staff very friendly and helpful. Looked forward to visiting for a long time and it exceeded my expectations.

My kids and I had a lot of fun! There are outdoor activities for the kids and it was an overall relaxing experience. Plus we had the best cupcakes of Our Lives!

It is a nice place to visit for the first time. Relaxing benches ,and garden area and for pictures. The souvenir shop is pricey. Souvenir hats are over priced so I did not get one. We bought the special priced cupcakes which is 6 for $18 , I am not really impressed . The special priced are only limited to 3 selections and they may not be the best ones.

Good place to visit, but kinda pricey, everything is more then 20.00 and the few things that are cheap is 15.00 and up, guys save your money you don't want to buy a shirt or cap that say Magnolia, save your money and buy some Baylor merchandise or head out to Dallas and buy some cowboys merchandise.

As someone who hasn't seen the show and doesn't watch HGTV, this place isn't for me. It's a pretty place, but a lot of the stuff here just isn't of interest. There's some food trucks and outdoor games to keep everyone else busy while your SO/parent/etc. is shopping.
If you're planning on going into the bakery, be prepared to wait in line for a few minutes to get in.

Very pretty! Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. The kids love playing on the green while I shopped.

Friendly staff. It was very busy when we went but they were staffed for it. Love the ambiance. Love the concept of family hanging out.

The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Magnolia Table was fairly priced and the food was delicious. However, the positives stop there. The product selection at Magnolia Market was disappointing and the prices were outrageous. Great job at marketing the "Magnolia Machine". The joke was on me. Thankfully, I only live 90 miles from Waco.

Fantastic experience! This place is great. You have to hit the restaurant for lunch. The biscuit is amazing. We couldn t have had a better experience!

What an experience. There were hundreds and hundreds of people there on a Tuesday! Proof that people will support good American business and decent American business men and women!

We went 4 silobration, fun, expensive. Enjoyed the snow cones, ferris wheel, and vendors. Drove to antique shops nearby for good finds!

Nice place to visit with family and friends. Very laid back with a bunch of food trucks from burger, hotdogs and slushy.

Was a fun time . Even with incredibly hot weather it was pleasant due to them having misting fans and covered areas . And the food trucks were incredible. Wizz-pig burger is a must have .cpt wizzbang

In my honest opinion, very overrated. Very basic designs from 50 years ago. Nothing truly original.

The best day... Shopped, walked and talked. Walked the grounds to explore the seed store and found some great items in the market.We talked with Johnathon in the market who was a breath of fresh air on a hot day. You could see pride on his face and hear gratitude in his words. What a phenomenal experience!

Literally the most helpful, above-and-beyond staff I've ever experienced. Went for a bachelorette trip and they made our bride feel so special. Friendly atmosphere that made us just want to hang out.

My husband and I stopped by the marketplace about 45 minutes before closing. The staff was friendly and the selection of merchandise was extensive. The food trucks were onsite and people were bustling between the marketplace and bakery. It was a nice experience.

What a great place! This place is awesome! Very friendly people. Plenty of stuff to do with the kids while the wife is shopping. The food from the bakery was delicious! All the food trucks are unbelievably, great food and fast! Thanks to all!

A very good experience to see Chip and Joanna's store located here. The atmosphere is great with lots of activities for everyone. The food trucks were a great place to grab a bite as you stroll through the place.

Great way spend a day. Lots of seating and shade for lounging and enjoying all the food trucks or trays from their bakery. Play games in the lawn, sniff flowers at the garden. Plus there's tons of cool things to buy in the store. Would definitely recommend carving out some time and enjoying a nice day here.

Oh spring at the silos is so fun. I would recommend going when there is not a big crowd, you miss out on seeing the nice picture perfect areas...

Nice Place! Lots of food choices from the food trucks, nice products in the shop, family activity games such as Jenga and Bean Bag toss. Really enjoyed our visit.

The bakery has very good cupcakes and cinnamon rolls. We also were impressed with outdoor seating area

All staff in all facilities were friendly and smiled. Traveled all the way from Orlando to spend my 60th birthday and found every where I went embracing. Loved that I could shop and have my items shipped. Enjoyed being able to see things like the castle that the Gaines have purchased, houses that have already been flipped and taste food at places that were recommended. Enjoyed meeting Joann s mom and jimmy Don. Loved Clint s shop.
The Gaines have done an awesome job for Waco. I pray they are blessed 10 times more for doing so much good for their community. Thank you for such an awesome time.

The area is absolutely beautiful and the shops are awesome. It's definitely a site to see. The streets and shops are clean. Even though the lines are long they make check out pretty quick. When we checked out the cashier told us that if we go to the address on the top of the receipt we'd get 65% off and an additional 10% with the receipt. If you are overwhelmed by people and crowds this isn't the best place for you. It's a great experience but not so much a personable one. A definite must see.

This was a bucket list trip
For us! I was so excited to go and see everything! The entire area is kid friendly and inviting. Food trucks, open space, friendly people and lots to look at. We had a blast!
I guess the only slight bummer thing is the prices of merchandise..... a bit high so the average girl that saved to get there won t be buying much on the way out.

I am the first to express how obsessed I am with Chip and Joanna Gaines and the Magnolia brand. I have always wanted to visit the silos, and it did not disappoint.

The recreation area was gorgeous. Very family friendly with just a hint of luxury. The turf lawn was perfect for soccer, corn hole, and other lawn games. Food trucks gave a homey festival feeling. Plenty of gorgeous photo opportunities, and no detail left untouched.

My favorite part was the bakery. Though the line was out the door, around the block, and we didn't actually go in, we were able to smell all of the wonderful goodness coming from the concoctions made within and it just added to our experience.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is the market itself.

I was so excited for this part, to fill my basket and empty my pockets of all my money to buy everything Joanna has made.

First issue was even getting through the building. Due to the popularity blowing off the charts it was shoulder to shoulder and took such a large amount of time to even get through the building. Then when it came to the lines to check out it was even worse.

Recovery: the staff was unbelievably friendly and immediately when you started speaking with the cashier all of your haste and frustration of standing in line melted away.

Second issue was in fact the prices. I suppose when you run such a popular company you can charge whatever you want, but I was only able to buy 4 small items to try to get the most out of my money. That was a little heartbreaking.

Overall wonderful experience.

I like the idea of the food trucks coming in that was very cool wow there's a lot of people in line to see Santa there's a lot of people there in general very nice very quiet casual day no issues with people being too rude we had a a nice day we sat at one of the picnic tables in my wife ate lunch and so therefore it was a it was a success we needed to get out of town because we've had a lot of bad things happen lately and it's just nice to see some place different

We drove out from Tennessee, and really enjoyed our visit; but, we think it should be bigger. Please keep expanding

The market is located right off 35 in a not so nice area. I was disappointed with how few decorations there actually were, and the prices were outrageous. Everything in the market had a made in china sticker. It's mass produced rustic. I love the show and love the magazine with all the home tips and tricks for decorating but the store was underwhelming.

Undergoing major construction and renovations. Tents, umbrellas and misters outside to help keep people cool while waiting in line. Masks required.

While I enjoyed my visit from Florida, I bought the tan sweatshirt that says Magnolia on it, and the material started pilling after one wash. It was $52 and my souvenir that I took home. I am gravely disappointed. I emailed costumer support and haven t heard back.
