Way too many people can t really see or get anything done

Huge Disappointment. We made the trip just for Magnolia and walked away saying what a waste of time. 2 hour wait at magnolia table.. 1 hour wait to get into Magnolia bakery.. 45 minute wait to get coffee at Magnolia Press. 1 hour wait to get shuffled into magnolia market to look at things you can buy at hobby lobby for a quarter of the price. Under construction and looked horrible. No lawn.. no fun atmosphere... no food trucks. We wanted a fun day away.. enjoy with friends and family and all we got was line, after another line, after another line, just to purchase things not to actually visit and enjoy the venue like they advertise. I guess we just expected better :(

I loved it! My 2nd time there and I'll be back in October!

I was so thrilled to get to visit the Silos! It was beautiful, just the way I expected. There was a line to visit the bakery, but it went pretty fast. The bacon cheddar biscuit, cookies and cupcakes were FABULOUS! The items in the shop were a bit pricey, but I wish I could've had at least one of everything!The icing on the cake would have been to actually see and/or meet Chip and Jo, but I still feel blessed that I even got to go and see it!

I wish I could have stayed longer, we were just driving through. I could spend hours here, it was beautiful and they had so many nice items to purchase. I plan to visit again, after construction is complete and covid is over.

It's a place to look around and bring kids to large play area. Picnic tables and food trucks. Prices are high for stuff in the market.

I'm a huge fan of fixer upper. Love love chip & Joanne's work. This place was amazing loved the market place of boy did I go crazy n bought few stuff. The decor the amibence is great and bonus they for a kid friendly place.

Unique experience but WAY overpriced. Go and look, but don't buy. Etsy and eBay can get you any of those style products for a much better price.

We had a girl's day and we absolutely enjoyed every moment. The food was great and such nice things to buy. Everything was so cool.

As long as you are ok with alot of crowds it's a great place to go! Pretty expensive if you want to shop. Much better to go during the week. If you dont mind waiting 2 hours you can try Joanne's cupcakes. I haven't waited lol

A cool public space for the community in Waco. There's a large lawn, plenty of shade, a variety of food trucks available, and games for the kids. The treats at the bakery are the bomb. However, don't go expecting a calm experience, this place was packed, and the home goods are overpriced and played out; common designs for common people. No real reason to stay longer than a few hours.

Such a fun place! Lots of crowds but plenty of shady spots to cool off and take a break.

Really cool place. If you stop by you must try the cupcakes, they were amazing.

The place is interesting but $10 to park and then a very overcrowded store selling over priced items. Best one I saw was a bunch of sticks tied together with twine for $20. Food trucks are the highlight but as it is so crowded barely anywhere to sit. This will be my last visit there. Better to go to pottery barn and park for free.

I drove from Florida to Brownsville Texas to help a friend get out of a bad situation, and drive them up by Fort Worth.
On the way, I made sure I stopped at Magnolia Valley! I love your show. Watching it as I write this.
It was this past Sunday, and your stores were closed, but I did not care. Took pictures and I was truly blessed to be there.
There was someone there filming, but not sure who or what they were filming.
Just a pleasure to have been outside your stores.

Experience was worth having but glad I didn t do a trip exclusively for the Market. We happened to be traveling through thought it would be neat to stop in. Lots of inventory, great food trucks outside & large grass area to play.

Great atmosphere, excellent bakery and great coffee.

I get that lots of people watch the TV show, and they have really brought a lot to Waco in that way....but the Silo Marketplace is a nice place to stop...put a few historic house tours on your list and the Dr Pepper museum, because the Silos is just a muffin or decoration stop.

Super cute place! On a nice day this is a great spot to take the family.

First time out there. It was so amazing great place to relax and just enjoy outside. The food trucks were great. Store was beautiful..

Awesome place a must see if you visiting Waco my wife and I renewed our wedding vows at the Silos on January 22nd 2019 the employees were so impressed we ended up with a VIP tour of the entire Magnolia including private photos on the roof top an experience always to remember.

I love visiting the Silos! Such a fun experience. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Love the all of the food trucks and family friendly atmosphere. I would recommend visiting during the holiday season! As a fan of Fixer Upper, I was not disappointed.

Waited forever in heat. By the time we got in, we felt sick. Sister ended up throwing up. A bit pricey. But, glad we went

A year ago, we moved to Waco. We like Magnolia and how it's laid out. We're pretty content with what Magnolia offers: shopping, place for families to hang out, cupcakes and coffee. But this year, despite of the pandemic challenges, it's neat to see how this company navigates through it nd have grown. How they care for everyone, yet creatively finds a way to stay open so that not a lot of people will lose jobs here in Waco. I love how the community around Magnolia comes together too. Magnolia made additions that our family and the tourists enjoy. And they try to make room for other local business around to flourish too.
If you're visiting Magnolia, one day is not enough.

Very hot this time of year but it's so worth checking out this quaint town. Magnolia silos are beautiful and inspiring but need to be well planned because it is packed with people.

The place to visit in Waco! The bakery is fantastic, get anything - you won't be disappointed. If you like chocolate, you must have a cupcake - they are incredible! Visit the Feed & Seed building in the back corner for any gardener in your life. The Market building is full of items you would see on the show that made them famous. The center courtyard has food trucks available for a quick lunch, and the Alabama Ice Tea truck for something refreshing. The free parking lot behind the silos fills quickly, and the street parking can be tough to find. Other local locations have a fee to park, but may be worth the price if you have a hard time walking long distances. Weekends and Holiday periods are busy, but if you are around at other times of the year it can be a quick and easy stop. Either way, if you are a fan it is a Must Visit. If you have no idea who Chip and JoJo are, it is still a Must Visit in Waco!

It's expensive but a neat place. Not something I would need to come back and visit.

Enjoyed the free trolley shuttles, the bakery (get there at the opening - 7:30 am most days), food trucks that have mac n cheese, grilled cheese, caramels, hot dogs, Asian rice bowls - but not all are always open.
The items inside are nice, but I think too pricey. I found nice stuff inside the Spice Village on Franklin just 5 minutes away. But if you want Magnolia branded items, you'll have to pay up.
My big bedb is the gritty, dirt around the playground and eating area. We had to go to the self serve car wash (Champions) on Franklin to clean it.

What an amazing place! It is a designer's dream to see not only what they did with the old silos but how the city did to work them. What a novel idea.

Overrated lines were long the cost of items in the store were very expensive it would have been nice to seen chip and Joanne on site or even have autographed pictures to be purchased on-site. But i still love them.

Extremely touristy... blown WAY out of proportion! Expensive. Totally NOT WORTH returning.

Lots to see. Cute shops. Great environment. Definitely a great day trip destination.

Busy as expected. Liked the architecture, but wasn t blown away. Didn t go to bakery. There was no way I was waiting in the line wrapped around the corner.

Much better than the original local. That little shop was a major disappointment.

Add to take a picture of my sister-in-law because she is in my eyes a number one and the best gardener I know she loves plants so this picture suited her just perfect You guys have not been to the Magnolia market silos in Waco You are missing out any such a beautiful place

Had an amazing time in Waco. We visited the Magnolia Market, Press, and Magnolia Table. We had super service at all the places we visited as well as very friendly staff.

I had fun walking through the new expanded property. In February 2016 when I was first here it was so new and small.

Not sure what the hype is all about. It s really sad to see that they are using their fame to sell items so overpriced.

Love love this store visited Friday around 12pm noon it was already packed..payed for parking because everything on street was taken unless you want to walk long distance...the store was super busy ...super long lines to pay ...I literally had to walk the store twice to make sure I didn't miss anything super cute finds by the way ! Bring your piggy bank lol most items are pricey as we know it ... I was lucky enough to find a few things for my home that weren't an arm and leg from my hubby ...employees friendly ... love the decor ...we were keeping an eye open for chip and joann but no luck we visited from Dallas it's a one day trip we really enjoyed our trip... we left children behind with grandparents it's super hot in summer they wont enjoy crowded and hot . Bring umbrella. Sunscreen. Light clothes. Caps,hats . Comfty shoes . Keep hydrated on summer days ... super happy we finally had a chance to visit Magnolia restrooms in store and outside store super cute and clean . Theres the bakery and food trucks outside the store theres areas with picnic tables and lots of shades Still hot though lol ....

Beautiful family oriented place. We will definitely be going back. Absolutely gorgeous.

Home mogel Mr and Mrs gains have designed a very good empire of home decore and design. The location was well staffed. Things were clean and everything was stocked. In the past they had an open area where kids could play with toys and have fun while mommy shopped but that was fenced off. Which is why its star rating is 4.

Wow!! Awesome!! The staff people are absolutely the friendliest, most awesome, and gracious and second to none. The set up for the food trucks and shaded eating area is so well done. The play area for children and grown ups alike is such a fantastic place. Everything is so family friendly and dog friendly. And then you go inside the market. Hold on to your hats folks because it is truly an adventure. There are no words... Just enjoy and savor the experience!
My Mother's Day gift was my shopping spree and I did have a magical spree .
