Beautiful but busy, best if you can go during the week! Parking is hard to find coffee, might try looking for the cute tram car!

Too commercial and way overpriced. We love the show and I truly believed Chip and Joanna are wonderful people who do amazing work in the community. Everything there was so nice and well done. Very cool items, just wasn't impressed. There's a LONG line to get into the bake shop. There are some food trucks outside that had very good choices. We got snow cones. They were very good. Nice area to sit and not too hot if you were able to find shade.
We love coming here each year for the silobration!! Can't wait to come back soon!! Chip and Joanne are amazing!! Such a great family
Great place to visit after dining at Magnolia Table!
Beautiful place to see. Was busy but never felt crowded. Loved the food trucks and room for the kids to play.
They were closed plus they did not have enough table with canopies 4 everyone 2 be under instead of sitting in the hot sun
My wife and I visited here on vacation because when you're driving through Waco it's basically a must. The parking situation could really use some work, but everything seems to be in nice shape. Staff were friendly as you'd expect from the people running the place. It was packed though so be prepared to be shoulder to shoulder with people a lot of the time.
Very expensive.
Long walk from parking lot.
Place was packed.
A lot of employees walking around but not one of them said Hi or anything to me.
Maybe I just expected more of a small town feel.
Smelled amazing in there though.
Very much enjoyed our visit a couple of weeks ago, the weather was perfect! Food and shopping was my favorite of course! I surely recommend this place!!!
Fun to visit but all the prices are so crazy. Can't buy anything here but it's still a really cool place to explore. The ground outside are gorgeous and made for relaxing and playing with your family. Can be crowded every day of the week but even if there is a line to get inside it moves so fast you won't mind.
Shop for Magnolia home decor and memorabilia. It includes a great place for children to play and food trucks for good eats. Highly recommended.
Not quite as great as I expected. Very nice, don't get me wrong...The bakery is very special and unique.
We had a blast on this beautiful monday afternoon at Magnolia Market Silos
This place was absolutely amazing. The market was beautiful, the bakery was excellent. The cupcakes were like nothing I've ever tasted.
We made a stop on our way home an hour before closing time. Just enough time to check out the store, bakery, garden and food truck area. My daughter got the Chocolatier cupcake which was delicious and I got the Peach Pie cupcake (haven't tried yet but looks amazing). The store looks and smells amazing and is exactly how I imagine Chip and Joanna's home to be The garden is beautiful and the lawn area is perfect for a cooler TX day. Highly recommend the Alabama sweet tea which has it's own "food" truck
Expensive but most items are USA produced. If you want anything from bakery, plan on a long line. There is a courtyard for kids to play and another bldg selling home items and Jimmy Don signs
The vision is a reality- a place where people can come together and enjoy life and each other's company. Beautiful place, wonderful energy.
Great bakery items and atmosphere! Staff are super pleasant. Worth waiting in line.
James "Jimmy Don" Holmes was super cool and there in the flesh. He is a down to earth, humble, and hilarious guy. It was a pleasure meeting the myth in person. My wife is still star struck.
It is a nice place, a little pricey, and don't expect to see Chip & Joanna. I do like the courtyard area set up for family fun. Also, the baked goods are delicious.
Wonderful place to go for decorating ideas. Even greater to see how Chip and Joanna Gaines have influenced their own community for the better.
Nice place! Waaay too expensive!! Tshirts 26 bucks!!? We love the proprietors! If you've never been you should go at least once. The outside area is the best!
Store is much bigger than you would think. The food truck area out back is wonderful as is the garden. Didn't get a chance to check out other Magnolia entities but this is a place where you could really spend money if you let yourself. They insist on giving active military and veterans a discount which is nice.
Love coming here! Wish I could see Chip and Joanna sometime!
The market itself I was not impressed with. I did not think that had a lot of variety and I was hoping for more souvenir type stuff. I enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere though.
Staff was amazing. We spent about 3 hours in this area. Parking was a little difficult. Food trucks onsite offered a good selection of food. Glad we stopped to check it out.
Honestly, I really should not hold the massive crowds against the actual business itself but it was extremely busy and after all the waiting honestly nothing could hold up to the hype.
Stand in long lines in the hot sun to find everything way to pricey for what you get. Also, the same displays are in multiple locations so, not much to see, especially after that lo g, hot wait. Incredibly disappointing to see the Gaines jumping on the cheap products for outrageous prices. I guess I was expecting better from them. Goes to show that nothing on TV is real
Wonderful displays for the Christmas Season!
Creative and Fun! Great place yo bring ypur family!
Gainesville...aka, Waco, is really booming from Magnolia...nice place to visit.
Fun family-friendly spot to visit, shop, play, and eat! There are lots of food trucks to try delicious meals, drinks, and desserts, especially if you don't have the time to wait to get into the bakery. Restrooms were clean and staff was friendly.
I was very excited to go to the silos after moving to Austin but was very underwhelmed upon arriving. The shop was not well stocked and did not have a wide variety of Items. Overall I am glad I experienced it but I do not see myself going back.
Super cute area in Waco. Very cute shops and bakery. Very happy for the safety measures and the kind workers. We had a great time and we will be back for new stuff. Thank you so much !
On my bucket list to visit and finally made it happen with my family! Was fun to see everything that you saw on TV in real life. Store and food was amazing I will be going back again whenever I make it back to Texas.
Amazing place, nice helpful staff, great experience overall.
Cool to see but 2 dollar kitchen timer 18 bucks. 30 yankee candle 68 dollars. Worth a once around though
Very accommodating and lots to buy. The bakery was scrumptious
Great place. Bring your money and be ready to spend!
A variety of stuff to look at and buy. You have something for everyone here on your list. This is a quick getaway for the weekend and that was awesome. We will be back!
I respect Chip and Joanna s hustle, but the palace seemed a bit suburban, and not a country quant cool place. I guess I was hoping for the small town feel, but it just seemed like something one could find in Plano or The Woodlands.
Surprised how crowded it was and super difficult parking. Went round the block few times before found open field that had a few spots. Too long to get into bakery so only did the market. Interesting they put a portable ice rink in place for the holidays and Santa picture opportunity. Seems just as popular now than when the show was on. Good they have helped reinvigorate Waco so much more tourist spending helps the economy. Rarely get to Texas so I'm glad to at least try and see it in my travels.
Drove an hour and a half to spend the day with my granddaughter visiting your stores. Security refused to let me in with face shield regardless of medical issues with mask. Wore the mask as long as I could (10 min.) Left without purchasing anything. I won't be back.
We took a girls trip to Waco specifically to come visit the Magnolia Market and I am SO glad we did! We had a wonderful time. The line into the bakery moved very quickly and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The market itself was fun to explore and had a ton of items to choose from and was very easy to navigate. Lines for the checkout moved quickly and we didn't have to stand around to wait for long.
First time visiting; very friendly staff. Liked the bakery, the market table and the seed store. Try the Sweet (Alabama) Tea from one of the food trucks.
Totally AwesomE and ThankS for the LuVlY CookieS!!thanks for hosting the C.U.B. on Sundays...
Love the silos by Chip and Joanna Gaines. The coffee house was really great as well. This was our first time visiting the silos and we'll most definitely be visiting again.
Definitely and beautiful experience i love the sweet tea here! They only reason it doesnt get five stars is that everything is sooo over priced
The lack of care for covid-19 at the Silos was disgusting and we left quickly with no intentions of returning. I was visiting from Denver, and was appalled to see how little care there was, specifically at the Silos. No one was enforcing any social distancing, no one was wearing a mask, no one was enforcing sanitization whatsoever. I watched an entire trolley of patrons cram onto the free transportation like sardines, not one person was wearing a mask. It felt unsafe, unprotected, and not maintained at all considering this is a tourist stop where people from all around, carrying who knows what, come in to shop/eat. The bakery took precautions but the rest of the silos did not and we will not be back.
Kids and wife had a great time, I got a cupcake which was wonderful.
Cannot get another stuff and cupcakes, #shiplap number 1
So glad I was able to visit while in Texas. Was GREAT!
If you live in or visit Texas & watch Fixer Upper, Waco/Magnolia Silos are must sees. There s always something going on and great times to be had
Usually love this place. Inventory was way down during this visit. They offered 20% off everything, which was nice, but not much to choose from. They must be between seasons. They are really great people and take care of people so we will be back again during the fall to try again. We are regular customers and still purchased a few small things for gifts.
Nice place to stop in Waco. A bit touristy but what can you expect? There s something for everyone in the family here.
Just wish the Gaines were there to make it extra special! Cupcakes...Amazing! Store is pretty nice too!
Very nice place for home decor. We bought some goodies from the bakery but saving for dessert tonight!
Beautiful atmosphere. A little on the expensive side
Nice place but very expensive. Too crowded. Our 2nd time there and crowds were worse than 4 years ago. Food trucks outside are good.
So cute! Be sure to walk around the rest of the town too I didn t wait 20 min in the bakery line- hope I didn t miss much. The entire place is a nice experience-
Beautiful, professional and inviting. Lovely, huge tulips!
I was really excited about coming to Magnolia Market today. We arrived right at the time the dog catcher was there picking up 2 strays on property. I pray the owners found there fur babies and they are not put down! The place is really nice just started out sad!!! I just thought something else could have been done before calling them.
Big and Beautiful! Very family oriented. The Silos were amazing. The grounds were perfect for families and food was amazing. The market inside was perfectly done up for Christmas. Chris was very informative and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable on an extremely busy day. He made it feel like a personal welcome in sea of people. Thanks Chris.
