Too commercial and way overpriced. We love the show and I truly believed Chip and Joanna are wonderful people who do amazing work in the community. Everything there was so nice and well done. Very cool items, just wasn't impressed. There's a LONG line to get into the bake shop. There are some food trucks outside that had very good choices. We got snow cones. They were very good. Nice area to sit and not too hot if you were able to find shade.

My wife and I visited here on vacation because when you're driving through Waco it's basically a must. The parking situation could really use some work, but everything seems to be in nice shape. Staff were friendly as you'd expect from the people running the place. It was packed though so be prepared to be shoulder to shoulder with people a lot of the time.

Very expensive.
Long walk from parking lot.
Place was packed.
A lot of employees walking around but not one of them said Hi or anything to me.
Maybe I just expected more of a small town feel.
Smelled amazing in there though.

Fun to visit but all the prices are so crazy. Can't buy anything here but it's still a really cool place to explore. The ground outside are gorgeous and made for relaxing and playing with your family. Can be crowded every day of the week but even if there is a line to get inside it moves so fast you won't mind.

We made a stop on our way home an hour before closing time. Just enough time to check out the store, bakery, garden and food truck area. My daughter got the Chocolatier cupcake which was delicious and I got the Peach Pie cupcake (haven't tried yet but looks amazing). The store looks and smells amazing and is exactly how I imagine Chip and Joanna's home to be The garden is beautiful and the lawn area is perfect for a cooler TX day. Highly recommend the Alabama sweet tea which has it's own "food" truck

Expensive but most items are USA produced. If you want anything from bakery, plan on a long line. There is a courtyard for kids to play and another bldg selling home items and Jimmy Don signs

James "Jimmy Don" Holmes was super cool and there in the flesh. He is a down to earth, humble, and hilarious guy. It was a pleasure meeting the myth in person. My wife is still star struck.

Store is much bigger than you would think. The food truck area out back is wonderful as is the garden. Didn't get a chance to check out other Magnolia entities but this is a place where you could really spend money if you let yourself. They insist on giving active military and veterans a discount which is nice.

Stand in long lines in the hot sun to find everything way to pricey for what you get. Also, the same displays are in multiple locations so, not much to see, especially after that lo g, hot wait. Incredibly disappointing to see the Gaines jumping on the cheap products for outrageous prices. I guess I was expecting better from them. Goes to show that nothing on TV is real

Fun family-friendly spot to visit, shop, play, and eat! There are lots of food trucks to try delicious meals, drinks, and desserts, especially if you don't have the time to wait to get into the bakery. Restrooms were clean and staff was friendly.

I was very excited to go to the silos after moving to Austin but was very underwhelmed upon arriving. The shop was not well stocked and did not have a wide variety of Items. Overall I am glad I experienced it but I do not see myself going back.

On my bucket list to visit and finally made it happen with my family! Was fun to see everything that you saw on TV in real life. Store and food was amazing I will be going back again whenever I make it back to Texas.

Great!

I respect Chip and Joanna s hustle, but the palace seemed a bit suburban, and not a country quant cool place. I guess I was hoping for the small town feel, but it just seemed like something one could find in Plano or The Woodlands.

Surprised how crowded it was and super difficult parking. Went round the block few times before found open field that had a few spots. Too long to get into bakery so only did the market. Interesting they put a portable ice rink in place for the holidays and Santa picture opportunity. Seems just as popular now than when the show was on. Good they have helped reinvigorate Waco so much more tourist spending helps the economy. Rarely get to Texas so I'm glad to at least try and see it in my travels.

Drove an hour and a half to spend the day with my granddaughter visiting your stores. Security refused to let me in with face shield regardless of medical issues with mask. Wore the mask as long as I could (10 min.) Left without purchasing anything. I won't be back.

We took a girls trip to Waco specifically to come visit the Magnolia Market and I am SO glad we did! We had a wonderful time. The line into the bakery moved very quickly and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The market itself was fun to explore and had a ton of items to choose from and was very easy to navigate. Lines for the checkout moved quickly and we didn't have to stand around to wait for long.

The lack of care for covid-19 at the Silos was disgusting and we left quickly with no intentions of returning. I was visiting from Denver, and was appalled to see how little care there was, specifically at the Silos. No one was enforcing any social distancing, no one was wearing a mask, no one was enforcing sanitization whatsoever. I watched an entire trolley of patrons cram onto the free transportation like sardines, not one person was wearing a mask. It felt unsafe, unprotected, and not maintained at all considering this is a tourist stop where people from all around, carrying who knows what, come in to shop/eat. The bakery took precautions but the rest of the silos did not and we will not be back.

Usually love this place. Inventory was way down during this visit. They offered 20% off everything, which was nice, but not much to choose from. They must be between seasons. They are really great people and take care of people so we will be back again during the fall to try again. We are regular customers and still purchased a few small things for gifts.

I was really excited about coming to Magnolia Market today. We arrived right at the time the dog catcher was there picking up 2 strays on property. I pray the owners found there fur babies and they are not put down! The place is really nice just started out sad!!! I just thought something else could have been done before calling them.

Big and Beautiful! Very family oriented. The Silos were amazing. The grounds were perfect for families and food was amazing. The market inside was perfectly done up for Christmas. Chris was very informative and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable on an extremely busy day. He made it feel like a personal welcome in sea of people. Thanks Chris.
