Really fun to get to visit - check this off my bucket list! Other than the heat and humidity wearing me out - I can thank them for the great shade structure with fans and picnic tables to enjoy the food truck fare. I would rest and then explore more. I just wish the City run free trolly was better run. The driver did not stop when we rang the bell and the recorded tape was not synced to the route.

Super packed, you know a lot of people want to check it out. I love the aesthetic of the area, the shop itself, and the outdoor park area that they ve created. It looks like it would be a great place to spend a day, catch some live music if there is any scheduled, that type of thing. When I m in the area, I ll stop by the Silos again.

We popped by Magnolia and the Silos on our way from Dallas back to Austin. It s the middle point between the two cities and I wanted to visit after seeing lots of photos on social. Unfortunately for us, it was a little late in the day to enjoy everything. We arrived right around 5:30 and everything shuts down at 6. But that didn t stop us from making a round in the shop and leaving with some goodies ;) I would have loved to pop into the Bakery, but there s always next time. Great spot for fans of the HGTV show and just a fun spot to hang, do some
Shopping, grab some grub and chill.

Overpriced. Lemme tell you. They had shirts going for as high as $56! You know what I could buy for $56? 56 candy bars at the dollar store. Like 5 shirts and some socks at Aeropostale. A tank of gas. I mean, the list goes on. Was it even cute? No. It was plain, with an array of dark colors. I just...like why? Oh, and a junior spade for $30, great deal, 5/5

As a Wacoan, I've had many chances to visit the silos, and each time I'm pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out the location is, how beautiful the grounds are, and the variety of products you can purchase there. I really enjoy visiting the silos for lunch because of the variety of food trucks there, and an extra bonus is being able to enjoy your food outside at all of the beautiful picnic tables around. I love that they have a food truck for the Magnolia Table restaurant, as well as a food truck for the Magnolia Bakery. These options allow people to still enjoy the yummy food from those places without having to wait in a ridiculous line. The cupcakes may be kind of expensive, but in my opinion they are totally worth the price! They are so good.

Fun place to stop in Waco, we wanted the big jars of Alabama Sweet Tea but... they didn t have the jars only little plastic containers of the tea... they are doing a great job with social distancing and we felt safe while here.

I made the trip from Virginia this week for a fun girl's trip with my BFF. We LOVED our spending spree at Magnolia and seeing the new cottages!! Kelly and Sandra (reps that were very outgoing, personable, and all-around lovely representatives of the brand) helped to make our experience wonderful. Thank you!

If you love Chip and Joanna Gaines and Fixer upper, you gotta visit this fun utopia of style and decor for your home and your life.
A little pricey. But such a great balance of rustic industrial and country home living. We went on Mother's day weekend(Sat.) And it was crowded!!
But not ridiculous. TShirts, hand made pottery, coffe mugs, cutting boards , kitchen decor, wall decor, cookbooks, lotions, bath salts and even designer matches and sooo much more!!
The line into the bakery was only 20 min wait. Sooooo worth it. Decadent cupcakes, giant cookies, icing slathered cinnamon rolls ..... Coffw too , of courae!
A really fun place for all of us Fixer Upper addicts!!!

My family enjoys fixer upper with Chip and Joanna (although we she wouldn't use sooo much black!). So we were very excited to visit the silos! I am sad to say, we were all very disappointed. Over Rated, Over Priced. What does this place have to that you can't order online and at much more reasonable prices? (A small souvenir candle for $28?? Really!) The best part of the trip was stopping at the Czech Bakery in West!
I won't go back to magnolia and I will not recommend!

As a Fixer Upper and interior design fan, this was a must-see for me on my recent trip to Texas. It was a little underwhelming... The store was neat, but there didn't seem to be any exclusive or unique items there that couldn't be purchased online. The bakery had a constant 20-30 minute wait line (on a Saturday afternoon), so we didn't venture in there. The food trucks were yummy (I highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich at the Magnolia Table truck. The watermelon slushy at the Luna Juice Bar was also pretty good, but be warned me that it's really just watermelon; it costs extra to add any extra flavoring). Overall, it was a good time (the kids enjoyed playing cornhole while we waited for food), but I don't see a need to ever go back.

My husband and I were so happy to visit today! Magnolia Silo's are so lovely and look just like what is seen on TV. We did park in a church parking lot and payed$10.00. then just a half of block walk to Magnolia silo's. Once you're on the property the bakery was the first thing we came upon. The prices for the baked goods are reasonable. Cupcakes and cake are about $3.50 and the cookies are $2.50 and up.
The store is everything that JoAnna creates in her show. Plus some clothing like T-shirt, sweatshirt and hats. The store is done in good taste! Prices are pretty reasonable it just depends on what you want.
Food trucks line the outside area with all types of food. They have set up seating areas for people to eat or just take a break.
The restrooms are clean! Which is important!
I spent $130. 00 I bought a complete sweat outfit at $68.00 a T-shirt around $24.00 a canvis bag with there logo $18.00 and a kitchen towel for $16.00. just to give you a idea of prices.
I am so happy we went! I highly recommend a visit if your ever in Waco TX!

This is my first trip to Texas, from Portland, Oregon with Magnolia as my destination. Very short wait for the bakery, no wait for the market. It was as wonderful as I had imagined it would be. All the staff were kind and just really nice. All smiles here, so glad we came.

This is a busy place. Set up beautifully but its pricey. Sweatshirt $52. Delicious food trucks set up outside. I recommend the grilled cheese/ quesadilla food truck. The cupcakes in the bakery are absolutely amazing.

Probably our 4-5th trip to this place. It is a quaint place to visit coupled with our excursions to Waco itself (daughters use to attend Baylor University). Currently they are having construction of the courtyard/backyard so no food trucks or general family activities available outd6as usual. Some unique items for sale here. Pricey products mostly home decor and souvenir type merchandise for sale. Typically we enjoy just coming here in general and hang out. Also ate at Magnolia Table which is Chip and Joanna's local breakfast eatery located not too far from here.

It's a very beautiful and entertaining place. Great place for a family outing. You can tell that they spent a lot of time and money in making everything perfect. Talk to a girl working the gift shop area. She was a really nice girl and enjoyed her job and said how well they treated there employees which is great to hear. The only down point is they close at 6 and are close on Sundays but honestly who wants to work on a Sunday. Overall great place will make a trip again.

A fun way to spend a couple hours while visiting Waco! The area is beautiful and well maintained. I am a fan of Chip and Jo so I enjoyed the experience. You can park a few blocks away in designated parking and have a shuttle take you right to the entrance. Parking and the shuttle are free.We went on a Friday and there was a crowd but it wasn t unbearable. We only waited 12 min in line to the bakery. There s lots of room to move around and explore the two stores and lawn area with food trucks. The only reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because the merchandise is a bit pricey. However, if you love the Gaines brand it s worth the visit.

Nice place to visit! Try the bakery for sure. Multiple food trucks are on property towards the rear. Tried the "demo day" from the Dog House it was very good! The grain barn has the clothing and home goods for sale. The "grass area" for the bean bag chairs is synthetic. It can be dusty with the wind in n the seating area as it has a stone base to walk on. The garden area is nice to see all of the plantings they have with a small shop tucked away in the corner.

As fun as it was to visit this "famous" site, I was a little disappointed in the market. I was hoping to find more for my house and instead it was more of a fan shop. Also could be because they were selling for Christmas - and there just wasn't that much choice. I'm planning to go back and give it another shot. On a positive note, we loved the atmosphere of the market area. Large turf lawn area with picnic benches and bean bags where everyone was hanging out. Very family friendly. Lots of food trucks (loved the sweet tea in mason jars). Long line at the bakery so we didn t try that.

I was really disappointed. Very small, very expensive..glad we went when it wasn't super crowded or would've a been worse experience. We were there maybe 40 minutes, then went to a museum to feel like we didnt waste a 3 hour trip.

So not worth it, sorry Chip and Joanna, but it's a tourist trap racket. The line for the bakery was out there door, around the corner and down the road and we got there before lunch time. Crazy to spend an hour or two in line for a bakery. There wasn't even real food, just food trucks. Parking was atrocious, we literally had to walk a mile. The store was packed and it was "off season" late January. I couldn't believe the amount of people. Everything in their store wad overpriced, so so overpriced. I bought nothing....I was actually disappointed. Waco wasn't worth getting off the highway for. Don't waste your time.

Pretty pricey and packed to the max with people. BUT the stuff they have is awesome. Lots of unique decor and fun clothes. It's a cool place to stop by if you dont mind waiting in a short line and possibly paying to park. It moved very quickly but was intimidating to see. We were able to park for free a few blocks away, so as long as you don't mind walking, you're good.

Exactly what you think it would be overpriced really nice stuff very much touristy place hundreds if not thousands of people. With that said I love the way that Chip and Joanna live their faith.
