Dazzle Review

Dazzle did a fabulous job. Carrera left our house sparkling clean, including removing stains that we embarrassingly thought were permanent. Scheduling was a breeze and love that they use natural, low too cleaning supplies.

My experience with Dazzle wasn't flawless, but I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer and wanted to deliver a high quality service, and for that, they deserve 5-stars. I signed up for their deep clean service, and getting set up was very easy. This was a bit of a learning curve for me, because I've never used a cleaning service before, but I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a deep clean of our home for his birthday. I was told they would do things like clean the toaster, coffee maker, and outside of the fridge, which I was excited about because those little details are ones we obviously don't regularly do. I received a checklist from them with a list of the details we can expect done. When I came home on the day of the cleaning, I saw that the toaster was still dirty, the fridge had grease marks still on it, and the coffee maker was dusty and dirty. From there I went through the checklist I was given and looked and what was done and what wasn't. It was a decent list of stuff that wasn't done. But, I should add that our floors looked great and our bathroom looked awesome. Definitely better than we could have done. I reached out to Dazzle to inquire about this, and they were quick to apologize and send someone back out within a few days. The second time around, everything had been done, and I was happy with the service. I appreciated that Dazzle took the time to make it right and treated me well in the process.

I was looking for a cleaning service that would come in and do a deep cleaning of my whole house. I found Dazzle online with great reviews so I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did because from start to finish this was a very professional company to work with! Thank you Dazzle for exceeding my expectations!

I have only been using Dazzle for a month, but so far they have exceeded every expectation I had. I've never had a regular cleaning service before but needed someone to help get me through the transition of moving into our new house. It's 3200 sf, 5 beds 3 baths and just too much for me to manage on top of trying to unpack while the kids are on summer vacation.

I wasn't sure how to schedule the cleaning through their web page because the size of my house, but was guided by a very lovely rep who made me feel very taken care of. I scheduled an initial deep clean and then weekly cleanings from there on out. We had drywall dust and other grit from projects we had done prior to moving, and the team doing the deep clean attacked it all. I am so grateful for the job they did.

My cleaners have been punctual, conscientious, and a real pleasure to have around my house. Every time I meet someone new, they're my favorite. When there was a schedule change, I was notified right away. When I said that the new time was actually preferable, all of my future appointments were immediately changed. My original cleaning window was fine and I wasn't going to ask for a change, but having the company be responsive like that was really appreciated.

Aside from the actual cleaning and correspondence, one of the things I really appreciate is that email signatures from the office include the sender's pronouns. The simple act of recognizing gender diversity might not seem like a huge deal, but I know how important it is.

I am absolutely delighted with VERY CLEAN double ovens and my beautiful and VERY CLEAN Carpets! The folks who came to the house were lovely, friendly and worked wonderfully as a team! I will be asking for them personally when I have need of such services again! The pricing was more than fair and I'm very happy with the appearance of my home!

Everything about my experience with Dazzle was fantastic! They were responsive and detailed in getting the appointment set up, the cleaners arrived right at the scheduled time, and the quality of the move-out clean they provided was phenomenal. (The house may have been cleaner than it was when we first moved in!) I highly recommend this company!

Our provider, (I remember A's name, but anon is best) saved me a week of torment in less than two hours; while also helping a good cause, being eco-awesome, super inclusive, leaving a lovely succulent plant, and a nice folder to help further a cleaning schedule if we so decide. Heh, as I type, I am opening a thank you letter from our CSR (D, but anon is best). (grammar*)
The Seattle Freeze is real, so to get this kind of TLC in South Lake, it impressed my in-laws, though they still hate me. That says miles.

I had a deep clean completed, as well as exterior window washing. Both teams were professional, prompt and polite. The window washing team introduced themselves on arrival (by name) and Carerra from the cleaning team was also impressive. I was extremely satisfied with the services and the final results. In addition, Caitlin, who contacts customers and schedules the cleanings, was extremely professional, warm, and gave me confidence in their services. She is an excellent representative of the company.

Dazzle professionally bedazzled our floor carpets and rugs -- pretreated, washed, cleaned, sanitized -- and magically lifted years of stains from puppy and dog playdates. Thank you for bringing sparkle into our home! Highly recommended, great value!

My husband and I are so happy to have our weekends back. It is so nice to be able to spend time together doing things we love, instead of cleaning our bathrooms and kitchen! We have had a variety of cleaners, each one is excellent, but we especially love Talia. She always goes above and beyond, putting clean sheets on the bed or leaving little candies!

I needed to schedule a last minute appointment to get some help cleaning my home. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism shown today. Nothing was missed, everything from the cupboards down to the floor and the areas in-between were scrubbed! One area that needed a little extra elbow grease is our bathroom because it has a fair amount of tile. Even that was no issue. I will definately be reaching out again when the need arises. Where to start?! The company is amazing as a whole. They support their team on all fronts and refuse service to people who discriminate against others. This alone is what made me sign up for their services and I was glad I did. Everyone from the office team to the amazing cleaners have been a joy to work with.

My favorite part of being a customer is coming home from a long day at work and smelling the fresh "clean" smell right when I walk through the door. With both my husband and I having fulltime jobs and living with our three cats the extra help cleaning around the house is priceless. Cannot recommend them enough.

At the beginning of the pandemic we paused our service not knowing what the future was going to look like. Now that we're both working long hours from home the task of cleaning was just too much Adulting so we restarted our service. OMG! They brought our place back to a point where we could enjoy our tiny bit of downtime again! Olivia and Ashley made our place sparkle and shine & were so efficient and speedy while maintaining great safety practices ta boot! Highly recommend 10/10

We are still using Dazzle TWO years later. We are loyal clients. We have even hit VIP status. Ashley cleans our home for the most part. We do have other cleaners from time to time. Overall, they do a great job. Logan (the owner) and myself have had our moments, but overall, we come to a resolution and the company is great. We like having them clean our place. I still highly recommend them! I have had minimal issues.

Paula was our assigned cleaner that did our deep clean. Paula was fantastic! I met her when I came home from work and she had done an impeccable job with our place. She was finishing up and the place looked fantastic.

I love how she washed our dishes, and we did not even ask her to! She is absolutely amazing! The one thing she did forget was to completely scoop the litter box that we pay extra for. However, after I sent an e-mail to dazzle, she came straight back to my house and cleaned it up! I was like yay Paula! I am impressed. I have scheduled them biweekly and am so glad that I did! Thank you so much, dazzle! You guys truly made my place dazzle! :)

EDIT 2: just finished a call with owner who was aggressive, and directly threatened me. The main point of their argument being that I pursued them....the threat included screen shots of my email looking for a cleaning service that I could afford. Why is that a bad thing? This isn't personal. I can't afford a cleaning service but need it for my health. They provided an affordable choice. If I can't afford A cleaning service, I certainly cannot afford one that doesn't clean. And I do NOT appreciate being threatened.

EDIT: I FEEL AS IF THEY PULLED A BAIT AND SWITCH ON ME. THE FIRST DEEP CLEAN WAS DONE BY A SEASONED VETERAN CLEANER. THE FOLLOWING CLEANS WERE DONE BY A TRAINEE. I was offered a discount deal based on scheduling flexibility and my being willing to write reviews. No one ever mentioned that inexperienced cleaners would be alone cleaning. There were some missed areas which i reached out about, and they sent someone to redo it. They came back and wiped a shelf but still missed the rest. I made it specifically clear my main focus point was dust. I have allergies. I cant really afford a cleaner at all, but i needed help. I certainly cant afford to pay for a bad cleaning job that leaves all the dust behind.
I wanted to badly to like and support this company. I wanted to support a queer business, especially bc they are eco conscious. But I just cannot stay with them.

Ya'll. my house is so clean. I have wicked bad asthma, triggered by dust and dust mites more than anything else. Maddie came and did a deep clean. She cleaned everything... like everything. My partner thought we got new faucets, they were so shiny. I've been breathing really well the last couple of days. You can literally feel how clean every room is. There were even mints on the bed, which was a super charming touch. I cannot wait till dazzle come to my home again.

Dazzle recently completed a service on our house and it is now sparkling clean! It was very clear that they cleaned ALL surfaces and didn't leave any area untouched. I can't remember the last time our tub looked this shiny!! They are consistently this thorough and high quality with the service they provide. I would definitely recommend Dazzle!

I've been a customer of Dazzle for 4 years. Four years of service have been wonderful. My favorite day of the month is when I come home to a perfectly clean home. Junk mail. I have received four or five of the same non recyclable mailer in the last couple of weeks.

Luciana & Renata spent nearly 5 hours cleaning my 1 bed 1 bath apartment. We opted for the deep clean service as this was our first time using professional cleaners at the apartment. We were impressed by how detailed and thorough they were and will be using these services again in the future!

It was a big job. Cobwebs, stained toilets, cat hair, and much more. And they did it! Two pleasant and professional cleaners did an excellent job cleaning my large house. I work from home and was on numerous calls and their services weren't disruptive in the slightest. It feels good to be in a clean house again. (Until the baby comes home from daycare.) I'll definitely use Dazzle again.

We used Dazzle to clean a furnished rental house. Our appointment was set for the cleaner to arrive between 11am-1:00pm. I arrived at 5 minutes to 11 and Erik, our cleaner, was already there. Huge relief!

Erik worked his butt off for 4 plus hours and did an awesome job. I always go back through after we've had cleaning service looking for things that were missed. I always find something whether obvious or not. Erik literally cleaned every nook and cranny in the furnished house. I was blown away by his effort and by the cleanliness of the house.

Dazzle is a bit on the expensive side. But in the cleaning service industry you really do get what you pay. That's coming from a lot of experience and trial and error.

I would highly recommend Dazzle.

I am impressed with the excellent communication and professionalism of Dazzle. My first time experience was fantastic. I had a quote quickly, booked easily, Marlin and Olivia were on time, and a supervisor stopped by to ensure everything was going well. The team washed their hands, took off their shoes, wore face masks, and were very flexible (working around us and the kids since we are all at home). While their prices are higher than others, it is worth it to me so that their employees receive a living wage and so the company can continue its pro bono services in the community. Dazzle does an incredible job cleaning my home. When you have four dogs their fur literally gets everywhere. My husband and I work full time and have a toddler and we don t have time to keep up with it. Logan and his crew come every two weeks and they leave our home sparkling clean and smelling delicious. They are reliable and very friendly to work with! I highly recommend them!

Setting up and scheduling was easy, which was nice since we hadn't used a professional cleaner for awhile. Lucy arrived promptly and moved about the space with attention to details.

I'm so happy that I stumbled upon Dazzle when searching for a house cleaning service recently. Kimmie and Carrera arrived within the scheduled arrival timeframe, and then proceeded to make our home sparkle, working around two telecommuting parents and tele-schooling kids. And the cost was at least 1/3 less than I was quoted by other services I received estimates from. And best of all, they used cleaning supplies that are good for us, for them, and for the planet. I also love how Dazzle takes good care of their employees. A++. We're signing up for bi-weekly service for sure.

DAZZLE'S service was everything I expected it to be and have heard about for the past year. My apartment suddenly felt like a 5 star room at a resort, I had no idea how my place could shine or make me feel when I got home. They cleansed my soul as well my pad.

EDIT: I'm afraid I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers. I was offered a good rate in exchange for being flexible, and agreeing to write two good reviews a year. The quality of the cleaning stayed more or less the same after the first cleaning, but unfortunately the cleaners seemed to become increasingly irresponsible. We came home one day to find discoloration on the black finish of the microwave, almost like someone had splashed bleach on it. When I reported this, they said they would fix the damage. (They didn't.) About a month later, the chrome fixtures in the bathroom had scratches, AND the front door was left unlocked. I let them know we wouldn't be using their service anymore, and there was no apology, just a "buh-bye" email. Don't be fooled by the glitzy website. It does not reflect great service or great cleaning. There are many cleaning services out there that are much better, and less expensive.

We just had our first cleaning with Dazzle. I made an initial inquiry through the website, and from then on the sign up process was quick, efficient and easy. I had several questions about the service and always got a prompt and professional response. Our cleaning was on a Friday. I came home from work to find the wood floors gleaming, the baseboards dusted (this is something I'm picky about), and the whole house smelled clean (but a fresh air kind of clean, not a chemical smell). So far we're very happy we chose Dazzle.

Everything about the cleaning and process was so smooth. The communication was thorough and prompt. Our house was spotless yet everything was left exactly where we want it. We had the cleaning scheduled coincidentally for the same day we happened to be coming home from the hospital with our newborn baby. Which made me realize that is the best thing ever- having a Dazzle clean home when you have a brand new baby. (This would be an amazing gift for expectant parents, if anyone out there is wondering). I would highly recommend Dazzle Cleaning Co to anyone wanting a sparkling clean house and professional customer service!

Eli did a great job, I'm so glad he is my Weekly Dazzler! I love living in my apartment again. I'm always busy, find it difficult to perform cleaning tasks, and spend way to much time in my home. Dazzle was able to answer all the things I asked for, Eli is able to clean up all the messes I make over the 2 weeks since they were here last. I have no complaints about any of the items on the Dazzle checklist, he knocks them out quickly and with care. He is great working with me on adjusting the order of tasks to accomodate my needs. He gets my home office spiffy while my dog and I take a walk and then he jumps into completing the rest of the apartment afterwords. I've never found anything out of place or any skipped tasks on the checklist. I have recommended your services to all my friends in the building other friends who I know need a cleaner place to live. I hope that some of them are getting the same care and attention from Dazzle as I am. I hope my review explained why I gave them highest marks on their excellent service.

I always feel better after a visit as they leave everything so clean and organized. They're professional and courteous and are taking extra precautions in this new normal.

Booked Dazzle for a regular cleaning after I moved into a new home. They were prompt, nice, and cleaned our townhome really well. They also came wearing masks and followed all the covid rules so I felt very safe having them be in my home. Would definitely recommend using them for all your cleaning needs!
