My experience with Dazzle wasn't flawless, but I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer and wanted to deliver a high quality service, and for that, they deserve 5-stars. I signed up for their deep clean service, and getting set up was very easy. This was a bit of a learning curve for me, because I've never used a cleaning service before, but I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a deep clean of our home for his birthday. I was told they would do things like clean the toaster, coffee maker, and outside of the fridge, which I was excited about because those little details are ones we obviously don't regularly do. I received a checklist from them with a list of the details we can expect done. When I came home on the day of the cleaning, I saw that the toaster was still dirty, the fridge had grease marks still on it, and the coffee maker was dusty and dirty. From there I went through the checklist I was given and looked and what was done and what wasn't. It was a decent list of stuff that wasn't done. But, I should add that our floors looked great and our bathroom looked awesome. Definitely better than we could have done. I reached out to Dazzle to inquire about this, and they were quick to apologize and send someone back out within a few days. The second time around, everything had been done, and I was happy with the service. I appreciated that Dazzle took the time to make it right and treated me well in the process.
