EDIT: I'm afraid I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers. I was offered a good rate in exchange for being flexible, and agreeing to write two good reviews a year. The quality of the cleaning stayed more or less the same after the first cleaning, but unfortunately the cleaners seemed to become increasingly irresponsible. We came home one day to find discoloration on the black finish of the microwave, almost like someone had splashed bleach on it. When I reported this, they said they would fix the damage. (They didn't.) About a month later, the chrome fixtures in the bathroom had scratches, AND the front door was left unlocked. I let them know we wouldn't be using their service anymore, and there was no apology, just a "buh-bye" email. Don't be fooled by the glitzy website. It does not reflect great service or great cleaning. There are many cleaning services out there that are much better, and less expensive.
We just had our first cleaning with Dazzle. I made an initial inquiry through the website, and from then on the sign up process was quick, efficient and easy. I had several questions about the service and always got a prompt and professional response. Our cleaning was on a Friday. I came home from work to find the wood floors gleaming, the baseboards dusted (this is something I'm picky about), and the whole house smelled clean (but a fresh air kind of clean, not a chemical smell). So far we're very happy we chose Dazzle.
