EDIT 3: Dear Dazzle owner, thank you for the valuable lesson in gaslighting. Especially because you parroted my own words back to me in your reply.

EDIT 2: just finished a call with owner who was aggressive, and directly threatened me. The main point of their argument being that I pursued them....the threat included screen shots of my email looking for a cleaning service that I could afford. Why is that a bad thing? This isn't personal. I can't afford a cleaning service but need it for my health. They provided an affordable choice. If I can't afford A cleaning service, I certainly cannot afford one that doesn't clean. And I do NOT appreciate being threatened.

EDIT: I FEEL AS IF THEY PULLED A BAIT AND SWITCH ON ME. THE FIRST DEEP CLEAN WAS DONE BY A SEASONED VETERAN CLEANER. THE FOLLOWING CLEANS WERE DONE BY A TRAINEE. I was offered a discount deal based on scheduling flexibility and my being willing to write reviews. No one ever mentioned that inexperienced cleaners would be alone cleaning. There were some missed areas which i reached out about, and they sent someone to redo it. They came back and wiped a shelf but still missed the rest. I made it specifically clear my main focus point was dust. I have allergies. I cant really afford a cleaner at all, but i needed help. I certainly cant afford to pay for a bad cleaning job that leaves all the dust behind.
I wanted to badly to like and support this company. I wanted to support a queer business, especially bc they are eco conscious. But I just cannot stay with them.

Ya'll. my house is so clean. I have wicked bad asthma, triggered by dust and dust mites more than anything else. Maddie came and did a deep clean. She cleaned everything... like everything. My partner thought we got new faucets, they were so shiny. I've been breathing really well the last couple of days. You can literally feel how clean every room is. There were even mints on the bed, which was a super charming touch. I cannot wait till dazzle come to my home again.
