The window washing team introduced themselves on arrival (by name) and Carerra from the cleaning team was also impressive. I was extremely satisfied with the services and the final results. In addition, Caitlin, who contacts customers and schedules the cleanings, was extremely professional, warm, and gave me confidence in their services. She is an excellent representative of the company.
