Our car buying experience was pretty great! We initially had gone to a David mcdavid in Irving and had a poor experience, but decided to go to Frisco and Ivan was great, the only complaint we had was the man that came out to negotiate price was abrasive, unprofessional, and unnecessary. We would have just rather have felt with Ivan for the entire process, he was much more pleasant to work with. In addition, when we came to pay for and pick up our vehicle, there seemed to have been a few questions they forgot to ask us for financing and we did have to wait around for quite a bit for finance to be ready. Overall, we are happy with our purchase, and the buying experience, for the most part.
