RACIST SERVICE CENTER EMPLOYEES
Dropped off my 2013 Buick Lacrosse with 52000mi for a 10am appointment, needed a 1 hr diagnostic. I was concerned about possible transmission issues. I was coldly greeted and felt unwelcome, employees stared at me without offering so much as a good morning.
I asked if the car would be ready by 4pm and was told that it s hard to say bc of how backed up they were. That was 6HRS!! to run a 1HR diagnostic! I was then warned that the car may have to say over the weekend (it was Friday) but I made it clear that wasn t an option. I left the car and the service tech said she d call and update me on the expected time frame..

she called at 1pm telling me that a quality control member drove the car and couldn t duplicate any of my complaints or concerns and that it drove fine for him. She then warned me (for the 4th time) that if they had ran the diagnostic and still didn t find an issue that My warranty company wouldn t cover the test and I d have to pay the bill ( WHICH I WAS ALREADY AWARE OF)
I felt like they didn t want to provide service to me and that I couldn t trust their word anymore so I went to pick up my vehicle.

When I arrived she told me the driver put about 10 miles on my car and it didn t give him any issues and to bring it back if it gets worse.I explained that Ive had a transmission fail before and that I was experiencing similar problems. She made it a point to tell me for the 5th time that day that if they ran the test and didn t find anything that I d have to pay. I wanted to cry bc I didn t care about the money I just wanted my car fixed or to at least know what the issue was.

I ve experienced enough racism in my life to know when I m being discriminated against. I don t know if it s because I m a black woman or if they simply thought I couldn t afford their services as she told me the price well over 5 times but this was a sad waste of time and a pathetic display of customer service...
