Customer service is great! My needs for my company's advertising was completed in a timely and professional manner. I will recommend this company.

I'm very happy with the marketing help I have received. When I have questions, someone responds quickly. The only disappointment I have had is scheduling appointments. My first couple I had to wait a couple of weeks to get on the calendar. Now, I'm fine scheduling out our meetings since I have everything up and running.

The WORST customer service ever! You cannot get through to speak to someone and after leaving about 10 messages over a week period I still have not received a call back. They are quick to sell you something but terrible about helping after the sale.

We've had our website for about 2 months now and I have to say the customer service is extremely excellent and service is terrific. The person who on-boarded me, Julie, was terrific. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the ad and video too. I would highly recommend Datasphere, it's great, easy, and will attract a lot of customers.

I never leave reviews on companies but for this company I have too. I just wish I would have know before I gave them my account information.

I wish I could give them a half of a star. DataSphere stole my money and I have been waiting for months to get it back. They keep saying my check is in the mail and they have to reissues me another one. I have provided more than one address to mail my funds back. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

My experience was great at the beginning. The staff was fast and courteous. They walked me patiently through the process and answered any questions that i had. Now i just need to get more customers. They have not provided me one additional client. It is as though they forget about you the closer you get to the end of your subscription. I would not recommend these guys. I feel cheated out of $1800 and no new customers. It was a waste of money. In my eyes these guys are crooks. SLICK TALKING CROOKS!!!!

Anushey built our website for T Rex Garage Doors. We are very satisfied with our website. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is because there were a lot of grammar errors and took about 5 revisions to correct them all. Also there are limitations on personalizing your website. Terrible service. I pay $100 per month for 5 views. What a joke, I am so unimpressed. They will not let me cancel and give me the runaround when I try to. Such poor business practices. I must say this is a scam along with every other company that calls and asks you to pay for advertising. Do it yourself and avoid these guys at all costs.

Our experience so far with DataSphere has been fantastic! Within just a couple of days, we had our entire campaign up and running and were getting impressions almost instantly. Customer Service is great, been using it for just over a year. I think if you understand that this is branded advertising that create potential leads and not advertising that is sending customers to you left and right then its a great product. Get to be the only one on my news station and the mobile thing they do is pretty cool. I would say its a pretty solid product, it works like they say and I actually have gotten quite a few clients out of the program. They have a lot of customers, the company says over 20 thousand so I don't know if a single review makes a big difference but, I do recommend these guys to small business owners and real estate agents that understand the power of branding and exposure.

Fantastic service, and one of the best forms of advertisement we have done for the price! We started using local saver a few months ago. I did the 30 day free trial and was blown away by the response that we got. I signed up for the service for a whopping $100 per month. It typically pays for itself within the first couple of days. I own a service company and our average job pulls between $150-$200. Even if I only schedule 10 appointments a month from this site it more than pays for itself.

We recently signed on with datasphere, the results have been amazing! Reed called us walked thru the program and we bought in. It s very easy to manage and the results are great. Our actions have tripled and we received our first job from the program which paid for the whole year of advertising.

Very misleading. I made the mistake of signing up with DataSphere a little over a month ago. The sales guy was great telling me about the guaranteed contacts I would be getting. I opted to buy one of their premium packages only to do my onboarding call and find out the only thing they guarantee are "actions". The girl who did my onboarding was very apologetic to the fact that I was flat out lied to by the sales rep and started the process of cancellation. That's where this company shows its complete lack of ethics. Their Client Services Manager, Stephanie Runo, has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. She basically told me I signed a contract and it doesn't matter what the sales guy said or led me to believe. Basically, I was told to deal with it or pay 40% of the contract to cancel. After that call I did a little research only to realize that this is common practice for DataSphere. A terrible company with terrible practices. These guys are part of the problem why so many small businesses fail. You pay them a premium for a guaranteed lead source only to find that they aren't going to deliver on their promises and have worded their contracts in a way to trap you. Shame on them and the people that choose to work for such a money hungry company.

I am so glad I decided to include Datasphere in my marketing budget for this year. Lauren and the staff I've had the pleasure to work with, have been nothing but professional, timely and easy to work with. Every request was recognized and attended to. I see an increase in views already. I look forward to many more years of partnership. Thanks again!

Absolutely no contacts from anyone during the year! Such a waste of money!

Great company to work for! Fantastic management, casual and fun work environment, you get to pick your own hours, great benefits and good people too. They will promote from within and give opportunity to those that work hard for it and want it.

This company is a scam. They told us we would have a guaranteed amount of leads to go off of and after 4 months they just figured out that we actually don't have access to any of the contacts that have taken place and they don't know why. They have been nothing but frustrating to work with taking too long to get back to phone calls and never getting back to emails. Stay away from this company!

Charged $400.00 to our company and gave us empty promises about impressions we would be receiving. We never received a single lead from their services. They gave us $200.00 of the money back when we cancelled since we had it in writing that we tried to cancel 3 days after contract. Wish they would give us the remaining balance back but the manager would not do this for us which is why we decided to write a review.

Datasphere has served me well. Its has driven customers to my site and leading to orders. However, they recently updated my landing page and took the "self-editing" functions away from me. I am a "do it myself" person and can't stand that I have to contact them for editing of something simple. Many of my customers provide reviews of the service and food and I used to be able to post those comments myself w/no problem. Now, I have to contact DataSphere for them to update my content. DataSphere.....you are doing well in terms of marketing and driving customers to my site but removing that function isn't cool. At all.

There is one other thing I would like to see change. I would like for the CONTACT US page on my landing page to be able to go directly to my website. I require more information when customers contact me and the content on my landing page isn't enough. If it was redirected to my site it would suffice and not diminish the value DataSphere provides at all. Make it happen DataSphere.

we have been using DataSphere for just over a year now
we have seen a good deal of activity from our ad with them and there has been a pretty consistent flow of clicks on our website from their efforts
the only reason i did not give them a 5 star rating, is that most of the "leads" that have come to us have been from prospective tenants and not prospective clients
RESE does not make any money from tenants, we generate income from property management appointments
we recently had a discussion with one of their marketing guys and made an attempt to change the flow - but to date, this does not seem to have made any difference, as we are still getting tenants calling and not owners

but they work hard and, if we were able to change our calls to owners, i would be totally stoked

Our office had a great experience using DataSphere in designing a new website for our practice.

Great sales pitch and great support however no sales revenue and no brand recognition. It seems all of the positive reviews come from newly subscribed customers, who have yet seen the lack of results.

Because of my expanded offerings of my business, I needed updates quickly to my website to reflect the new products & business changes. The DataSphere webmaster Brian, responded quickly and executed my desired changes perfectly! When my customer pulled up my website right in front of me, BAM!! it was just what I needed my customer to see. Thank you!

Salesperson told me my presence would be out there on my local television station.As of 3 months later,I have not received 1 phone call generating new leads/buisness.What a scam,now I'm out hundreds of dollars no results or call backs from support team.What support team! Now I have to go thru the proceess of reversing this, with credit card company.

I had 2 websites before-one I created myself and another that I purchased from another site development company. I was unhappy with the one I created as it was too busy. The other company's site was far too wordy and not very streamlined. I bought the advertising package first from DataSphere only to find out later that they also offer a web design for the same price WITH the advertising. All in all, I am getting the same results with DataSphere, with the added advertising for about the same price I was paying another company. Plus, their site is streamlined, simple and clean. Cameron was simply wonderful to work with! THANKS!!!

The salesperson called claiming to represent our local news station KENS 5, which was absolutely false. I was surprised a local news station would cold call me asking for advertising and was very interested in doing business with KENS 5; however, when the high pressure salesman sent me the contract via e-mail to sign, the contract said "DataSpehere." A quick internet search showed me they were not a company that I would want to do business with, so I did not sign the contract. Very deceitful to use such sales tactics!

Datasphere is absolutely amazing, the process of setting up is so easy just download pictures and update our company info and they do the rest! Best thing is that it is affordable for all types of businesses!

the salesperson was good & the video was nice but that's it. i felt like i got sold a bill of goods. i was with datasphere for 6 months & received not even one piece of new business for the $1500+ that i put out. it was not marketed in the manner promised. things can look pretty but if they aren't put out to your niche, it makes no difference.

I worked here for less than a year and there aren't many helpful reviews from a person with insight to this location, I will say with my limited ability the best way I can explain my experience: it is an interesting place to work! The managers are hit and miss, based upon who you are, how you may interpret if they are helping you or if they are just there for their paychecks (which can possibly affect your work ethic). The first few months, there was a lot (not just one or two people) who warned others about some managers and some parts of the office to not get invested within the workplace, which leaves you questionable about why you are there if the workplace is already that equivocal right out of the training gate.
Training takes about a month of the first bit there, and then you're out onto "The Block." It hasn't been there long ("The Block"), so many people who were hired later than April of last year, will understand when I say: work with great amount of diligence and the job works for you. If you aren't confident in your work, you will learn quickly how to correct it, or if you should have a backup plan set in place to leave quickly. The turnover rate is high for a place that allows the ability to make hourly (more than $15/hour+uncapped commissions).
The commission you could make changes often through the years, which makes them look a bit haphazard, since they allow managers to do write-ups for those who are not excelling with their selling techniques (telemarketing/inside sales), typically only seen with newer people as the standard isn't held to the same level of honor with their older staff. (I can certainly see why, but treat all staff equally, as to not show favoritism in a modern workplace.)

Other than that, the benefits are right at the level you would need, if you should need them, and the workplace has parties often for the American holidays!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience working with Datasphere. They're a horrible company whose marketing team uses deceit, lies and withholding information in order to take advantage of businesses. They will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you to sign-up and will then fail to deliver on any of their promises.

If you are considering using their services RUN AWAY. You will not get anything they promise, but they'll still gleefully take advantage of you and take your money.

This worst customer service ever. They don't respond at all. I finally get a call back after a month. I have had several accounts cancel because they simply don't support the customer. It's a waste of money. Do not sign up for this.

My experience in developing my advertising website and coupons was fantastic! Stephen with DataSphere has made the process extremely easy.

This company is a complete sham. Absolutely no customer service for 5 years. Refusal to provide any documentation of said advertising. We were also lied to about the terms. i suggest you all head over to the Better Business Bureau's website and read the 130 complaints that are exactly like mine or worse.

I had a call from a person in advertising named Noel Mendoza offering this service promising he can get more customers for my business, saying things like he can guarantee an average about 24 customers a month more for my company, sounded good so signed up at $89 a month. its been over 5 months now and not had one customer call me from these services. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I also do not recommend "Home adviser"

The concept seems to be a good one and tracking the response will be exciting. Within a few days seeing the tracking info how customers find us shows that this DataSphere does a good job marketing our name. The set-up process was easy and the communication between us and the ones building the ad was extremely quick and easy. The final product is what you make it, ours was better than expected.

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!! They will continue to charge you after your contract is up, BEWARE of this type of advertising company. They generate INCOME not LEADS!!
