If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have no idea how these guys have good reviews. They are essentially a predatory company. I got a phone call acting like they are from a local news channel, which was a complete misrepresentation. They say my account is doing great but I have had 0 bookings. 0 emails 0 inquiries. Just a bunch of zeroes. But I have been assured my account is doing great. ha ha.
Tried to cancel, that is not happening. Guess I have to downgrade and try to minimize my losses.

I signed a contract with this company because the sales rep told me satisfaction was guaranteed. That was a lie. I am not satisfied whatsoever and have told them that several times, but they won't let me out of the contact without paying an outrageous fee. They keep doing things to "optimize" my page, but yet I have not for the last 8 months I've had a contract had 1 person call me or sign up through this add. I would not recommend any business use this service as it is a total scam and waste of money.

They are the best company to get your business some action and a lot of attention for a real good price. You won't need to pay anybody else for advertising or making sure you're on top of your competitors because they make sure, and if they feel something is not working they will get in touch with you and talk to you about another way they want to approach things. So I love them and thank you for everything and your hard work and dedication. Trust me it's not looked over.
They have done a great job so far! They took a crazy looking photo of me (I am not photogenic at all!) and made a great video! I have coupon offers and I get to see how far my ad has reached! The rate is very fair and they have been very accommodating! I have enjoyed working with them much more than Yodle and I expect to continue to use their advertising services in my marketing plan for years to come! Here is an example of the site they developed for me. Yes, I get to keep my own firm's phone number!

They were very help designing everything out. My only feedback was that it took over a month from the initial call to the site going live. I would have like a slightly quicker turnaround.

The work they did on my web site was great! Whatever changes that I needed to my site they responded quick and made the changes I needed. It appears I am receiving a lot of traffic to my web site. Now I am looking forward to converting that traffic into business!
Datasphere charged my dental office $2029.80 on June 14, 2016 for a guaranteed 30 actions/month. We did not receive one to my knowledge. No rep has contacted us since they made the sale. I quite frankly forgot we hired them until I saw a charge of $199 June 15, 2017 on an automatic billing cycle, which I just disputed with my credit card. This was the biggest waste of $2029 ever!!!!
These people are great to work with.. The only downfall is that I can never find my ad on KOMO 4 and no business as of yet.. It's been close to a month.. Otherwise I would give it a 5 star..
Terrible business! Total scam for customers. They run a boiler room for selling low cost marketing services. You pay a low ball amount and they make all sorts of promises. But they pocket most of the money and you'd be lucky if more than a few bucks actually goes towards promotion.

Datasphere was really helpful and very responsive to our needs! We updated an old account and they took the time to walk us though everything we needed to refresh.
They do not want to cancel my contract after one day of signing up. All is good, they think they can take advantage of people. I will be happy to report them to the BBB and to the AG. Thanks for such a great experience!
The only reason I give Datasphere 3 stars is because I yet have to see tangible results on business turnout but that usually takes time. As far as their service, so far so good. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recommend them.
Designers were helpful and responsive. Final product looks good. Results/response so far have been negligible, but that is no fault of the designers. I rarely see my ad on my visits to the web site; I suspect the product was oversold and I bought it.
Scam kept trying to get me to pay more when they were not doing anything charges an extra 6 months and wouldn t let me cancel my ad space they were giving me
DataShpere has been great for our company SweepMasters Professional Chimney Services. They keep us out in the public and really get our name out there. When we have our reviews with our rep they do not try to upsell their product. They just make sure we are actually getting jobs. Peggy

I would give a zero if I could. Run away! I paid in full, up-front, for a year long Datasphere ad designed for the news company KHOU. I have been told, after months of no calls, emails or direct reactions (I was guaranteed) for this ad, that I have signed a "contract" holding me in an agreement for 12 months. I have no record of signing a contract. After I called complaining to the company, I was sent the copy of a "contract" I was told I signed. The date/time stamp for this "electronic signature" was for a half hour before I am even at the clinic to check my email for this contract. So according to this company I "electronically signed" a contract holding me into a 12 month agreement before I wasn't even in the office to do so. I can prove this by our alarm system at our clinic. This company has a. failed to give me any patients, customers or leads as they claimed they would, b. told me I signed a contract I didn't and c. will not give me a refund for this terrible service and wasting my time and money. Pathetic excuse for a company. Please save yourself a headache.

We are very pleased. They did a great job with the video and mobile website. This combined with the coupon has boosted our Google search ranking. Customer service has been prompt and courteous. Reports show that an impressive number of people are clicking our banner ad and watching our video.
Very Horrible. Not only empty promise, not only bad marketng services, even if I called to cancel it, they still charge me directly from my banking account until I called my bank to ban it.

By far the worst advertising I have ever received. They make you sign a contract and pay up front for services that you never receive. I attempted to call multiple times and never received a call back. Finally, when I eventually did get a hold of them after a week of trying, I told them I wanted to cancel my contract as they had made absolutely zero effort of advertising or getting in contact with me. To which they responded, I can pay $850 to get out of it or they can lower my contract to a three month period which will come out to $600. That was the best they could do after 3 weeks of them doing absolutely nothing and getting a pretty nice chunk of change for it. Save yourself the trouble and headache and do not sign anything this so called "company" is trying to sell to you. Absolutely worthless.
The team at DataSphere is top-notch. They answer all my calls and emails within the next day, if not the day of. Communication and understanding is strong and because of that I have received a pretty good product that I am happy to have.
They were a bit slow in helping me put up my website but when it was done it was very professionally done. I haven't been as responsive to giving them information as I should have which added to the delay, so the problem was not all their fault. The video they produced for me was too notch and is the best tool I have gained from my relationship with them. The Facebook ads and web banners they produced for me looked nice, but failed to get the response I was hoping for. I'm finding that basic ads have little impact in this kind of service business and it is best to spend my advertising $$ in review based formats.
I've seen a few negative reviews on here but I have had nothing but good experience with this company. I was actually signed up to be the only dog grooming business in my area advertised on a bigger news site. I understood going in that the ads would show up randomly. I am a small business owner and there are a number of the same businesses in my area so I needed to get ahead of them to gain more clientel. I have noticed a great deal of new clients and my ads may show up 200 times a day and only clicked on five times but that's still 5 more clients I added. I also believe that just having my businesses name out there helps tremendously, because the name sticks and these new clients can Google us and see that our reviews are great and we love what we do. Advertising through datasphere is getting my name out there in ways I couldn't before and I am excited for my soon to be website. I'd also like to add I've sent messages and have been responded to in less then a day. And anytime I have had phone reviews and set ups they have answered any and all questions. And for the price, I'm very happy, I've been contacted by a few advertising firms and they do less for more then what I'm getting from datasphere.
This team of skilled people were so patient with all my demands and special needs. They could not have been any more helpful. It was fun seeing their skills come to life. Then meanwhile, our business has grown faster than expected, and we can see all the views that have been in our target group. The video and web site are such a good, well done job. DON'T FALL FOR IT! The absolute worst advertising investment you can make in my opinion. Beware of 6mo or yearly contracts. A key factor they fail to mention is that you are in an ad shuffle and depending on the "luck of the draw" you may come up. We never did, no matter how many times you refresh the page but their ads popped up every 2 or three visits! Most importantly, not one client called as a result of their ads or coupons even though their "data" supposedly counted thousands of people seeing it monthly.
When you call to voice concerns, they already have a "discontented client package" ready to offer you for until your year contract is up... That's still $99/mo down the drain with no results/return.
They know full well it's a waste but really don't care about costing small businesses their hard earned money for nothing.
