I had a worst interview experience at Econ Systems. The Vice president was showing attitude, a shrewd person. Never have faced such a bad experience in any interviews before. The interview was happening for 4-5 days, and they didn't give me any proper response after interview. Later I had to personally mail them regarding the interview status. No wonder about the employees work life with such persons working as top level management.

Their sales team is slow and unenthusiastic to make a sale! It is surprising. Maybe because their market is outside India and they don't care about Indian market. They don't entertain visitors to office. Nor are they responding well over phone. We have been trying to place a big order and the sales guy is not even open to listening fully to what we say. He wanted an email, we wrote an email and after that no response.

Technical interview: I was shortlisted for technical interview. No response when I greeted the interviewer. The interviewer was not at all looking(tucked out shirt, uneven beard) / behaving like a professional. He conducted the interview in his mother tongue didn't even say a single word in english . It was not even close to what an actual interview was. The interviewer didn't express the questions lucidly .Very rude behavior.Even till end he didn't change his attitude. When interview was over the interviewer didn't even say "Yes, you may leave now", "Thankyou". Plz, Don't go to this company cause if they treat you like this even before selecting can't even think of working with these people.

Did a mistake by buying I.MX6Q development board from them. Did not get full schematic. No JTAG port !
