Very misleading. I made the mistake of signing up with DataSphere a little over a month ago. The sales guy was great telling me about the guaranteed contacts I would be getting. I opted to buy one of their premium packages only to do my onboarding call and find out the only thing they guarantee are "actions". The girl who did my onboarding was very apologetic to the fact that I was flat out lied to by the sales rep and started the process of cancellation. That's where this company shows its complete lack of ethics. Their Client Services Manager, Stephanie Runo, has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. She basically told me I signed a contract and it doesn't matter what the sales guy said or led me to believe. Basically, I was told to deal with it or pay 40% of the contract to cancel. After that call I did a little research only to realize that this is common practice for DataSphere. A terrible company with terrible practices. These guys are part of the problem why so many small businesses fail. You pay them a premium for a guaranteed lead source only to find that they aren't going to deliver on their promises and have worded their contracts in a way to trap you. Shame on them and the people that choose to work for such a money hungry company.
