IIT Madras Research Park is an autonomous

organization advanced by IIT Madras and its graduated class

Premier thinktank for networking with entrepreneurs and innovators

Excellent Infrastructure, well designed by IIT Madras. I was there to attend a seminar. Had really nice experience meeting the bright minds of the country.
Once the Construction is fully over, this place will be a great one for the best research. Research scholars will definitely have a great time there. I've seen many companies operating their research projects across different floors in the building.

This is a great place, properly constructed and maintained. Air conditioned and runs on Solar power. Roads on the IIT Gate side are worst and due to lack of public transport, it will be hard reaching here. Food court is meh !

Its an IT park located in taramani, many of the companies are IIT incubated.

This campus is getting green. Gud initiative by IIT.

Veri nice environment. You can find many companies R&D centre and other branch offices. Also few startups inside the building. You can also book a conference hall. But cheap ones are very poor

I worked in the iitm incubated start up company. This place is very big, neat and tidy. The environment is really nice and great. The experienced work staffs are very kind and of helping nature. This place also consists of cafeteria and the food available there is tasty. The place is an example for perfection.

Good place, well constructed and maintained parking fee is too costly here, and roads towards this building is worst and its hard to find public transport there, you should come with your own vehicle otherwise you have to walk back till the main road. The Ginger restaurant is superb here.

Nice place to work... Well it's under construction and if you're ready to travel and have a vehicle. People are so nice they'll help you nicely.

A best campus for those who have unique ideas and are enthusiastic about starting their own company. It has many blocks and each block is comprised of 9 floors. All the floors are well maintained. It has food courts , well maintained garden etc. It is quite difficult to reach here by bus. Autos are available outside the campus.

Amazing campus to work with, clean and green campus and superb restroom facilities. And totally a satisfying and relaxing place to work and chill out. And what's Alta atlast the food court with amazing food options are best to try out.

Good atmostphere for incubating startups and for young minds

This is a very good office campus. We have canteen inside. Almost all research related company is located here. This belongs to IIT campus. You can go via Taramani Tidel park service lane. A big campus with all facilities.

A great place to be in if you are a techie, lots of knowledgeable people from a lot of companies. Makes for some good conversation about technology, it also helps that TiE conducts seminars there and the speakers there are usually pretty good at what they do. If you get a job offer from a company in rp, go ahead you'll end up learning a lot of things

It was really a good place filled with all young people and a good boost all start-ups up there!

Visited there for participating in an event. The campus overall looks pretty nice and clean. The infrastructure is great. Buildings are named in alphabets for easily accessing the ones we want as strangers. Different food courts are available inside the campus itself offering a variety of food items, they are also of great quality.

It's the place where major companies tie up with IITMADRAS. Doing research together and giving job opportunities.

Located in back side of Tharamani IT park and beside IIT campus. Located in narrow road. Very nice infrastructure. Parking available for visitors at extra cost. Lot of startups are located. Very nice opportunities for young talent. Decent place.

Cool place , good infrastructure and well maintained, some parts of building are still in construction. At centre of the building there is a small pond, cafeteria is also big .Many programmes were conducted there in auditorium. A scenic beauty of flyover is amazing. A good place to do doctorate and research.

Worst facilities.. ask for parking charges from employees everyday 40 rupees for bike parking.

Startup hub of Chennai. Facilities are great. With TiE in the building a lot of events happen there.

This internship training was helpful....as they teached from the basic we could be able to understand and perform it on our own..

Best area in Chennai to be experienced with technology and its new advantages. Many institutions/industries held workshops/conferences here, it helps students and research persons in a big way. Canteen is also there. A must visit one for those who are fond of technology.

Good initiative of IIT M. many startups are here...many big it outsourcing co's are also there. They offer spaces auditorium..meeting rooms for business startup meetings...new tower is coming...there are few incubators too.

Good incubation facility with always busy schedule and centralised AC facility. The canteen is quite costly.

IITM RESEARCH PARK is a part of Indian institute of technology, madras... Its has 5 block which has 10 story buildings.. there is a 7 story parking structure is there... There are several companies are there like Tata communications, saggezza, catter pillar etc.. The reasearch park has 2 gates.. one is from ECR, another is from kanagam road...Nearest bustop is tidel park... Reasearch park is located exactly behind the Ramanujam IT park..

A wonderful initiative dedicated for the youngsters of India. Hats off to IITM. I refer this park for my students (those are in dilemma to begin their start up) to visit this park at least once before you decide. PALS is another helping hand in making you as an entrepreneur. GREAT guys...Don' give up your Entrepreneurial dream.

Very good initiative by IITM. But this place is not very employee friendly. The security and admin staffs are very unprofessional.
Worst food in food court. Employees are forced to go outside for tea and lunch.

Such a great place for innovators where startups, educational institutions and industry meets and creates value out of it.

The place is so calm. Here, I went to lema labs they taught us very well. A nice place and food in the food court is also at reasonable price.

Amazing environment, nice culture, attractive infrastructure, quality food, and good air conditioning facility inside the campus.

This is owned by IIT and has many software companies. The quality is not better than TIDEL PARK. Few building are still under construction for long time.

Worried here for 1 yr. Woeking environment is good. But there is no hotel for lunch and dinner. Even though it is more expensive. Can't accommodate for Bachelor
