I m sadden to say that my most recent experience at your place of business with the sales rep. Diana Patterson wasn t up to par.
Unfortunately, everything went down hill with after due my absentminded action. I mistakenly fail to advise her that the lease agreement was in my husbands name instead of mine.
She had to correct the sale slip, so I asked her while we waited for her to correct them if she could direct us to some lamps for sale.
However, when she stepped away to correct our sales slips it too her over 25 mins. By the time she came back, she didn t even acknowledge us. She looked directly at the finance clerk and asked her if she needed anything else.
There was no good evening, any mention about viewing more merchandise or a thank you.
We clearly rubbed her the wrong way...
It left such a cold impression, that we decided not to come back later to get the a new office desk and lamps.
Linda was an amazing help! She helped us find our couch and tv stand quick! She was able to get our furniture delivered quicker and really had great customer service. She's awesome!

Darvin is a great furniture store, bright & laid out in an intelligent way. I like that the furniture suites are grouped together as you would in your home, with tasteful accessories, rugs & lamps, leaving plenty of room to move between furniture groupings. My sales associate Connie was so helpful discussing all the options available, really listening to my wants & needs. I was shopping for new living room furniture & Connie really paid attention to the size of my room, the look I was trying to achieve. She was slammed with customers & she never rushed me! 5 stars!
No complaints about the delivery or delivery guys. They were very helpful! The wait for the furniture was 4 months which was twice as long as we were originally told. My sales person was also very helpful with assistance in ordering an additional console.
Best furniture purchase experience ever. Needed to replace couch and love seat in my family room. My sales person Peter Mark is extremely knowledgable and was in tune with my needs and budget. Highly regret not speaking to Jay Witt the first time. He was an amazingggggg sales person. He was very attentive and made us feel like valued customers. He really helped us throughout the entire process. We had visited this location 3 times before the previous week and no one gave us the attention or help that he did. We are so happy to have gotten help from him. Literally can not describe how satisfied we are. I highly recommend seeing him if you plan on visiting this location. He is very helpful and informative. He definitely cares about his customers. When we return to dad in for future furniture we will definitely hope to purchase from him again for he is honestly the best sales person!!!!! The worst possible store i could go to get the furniture. Paid to them over 5000 $ for sofas, fireplace, and few other things.
Fireplace came cracked and scratched. Sofas with lack of sponge, table with thousands of little holes probably from woodworms.
One of the sofas got replaced after like 20 E-mails and few calls that took them 3 months, because they wanted to replace just a part, not whole sofa. The new sofa came in even worse condition with broken parts and even bigger lack of sponge.
I had a great experience with Napoleon. He made the process so much easier. I had a lot to buy and he had great suggestions. The selection were great, and he walked us through the entire store. The whole house took about a month to be delivered, and the delivery team was just as professional. They set up my couch and bed and allowed me to see multiple placements in my living room.
Sales Consultant Peter Mark .. excellent knowledge of absolutely everything. Zero pressure, will be truthful regarding what may be right for you and your family. We absolutely love this place, have been customers for 15 years, and will continue to be customers going forward.

My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted by a respectful sales representative. He showed us the inventory and answered all of our questions. Shopping at Darvin was a good experience. Our salesperson, Tara was most helpful. Love the quality of the sofa and recliners we chose. Fell in love with the tables and lamps that were on display with the sofa. Bought it all! Also, the 55 month interest free financing is great.
My sales person, a gentleman named Nepolitan Daniel, greeted us and inquired about what I was looking for. He was efficient and pleasant and helped me find exactly what I needed in a short time. My experience was very satisfying and I left having accomplished my mission.
Elaine was an excellent salesperson! My wife and I told her what mattress we we're interested in and Elaine proceeded to explain warranty info, low profile box springs, mattress protection, etc. After about only 30 minutes, we we're checking out with the delivery. We also got free delivery and old mattress disposal. The delivery came about an hour and a half after checking out! Elaine works in the upstairs area of the store. We will surely do more business with her very shortly!!!!!
I have shopped at Darvin for years! They are easy to deal with and have a large selection of furniture at many price points. Their sales are structured so that younger people and retirees can afford to purchase quality furniture and pay for it over time. I have never been disappointed with my furniture or with their customer service.
I had a fantastic experience with Darvin! Starting with Linda, our sales representative, who was excellent at helping me with all our needs. Her follow up was amazing and kept me posted on all next steps in a very prompt manner. The furniture we purchased looks great. Delivery was super timely and quick. This was one of the most seamless furniture buying experience I've had. I would most certainly recommend Darvin!
Do not get the furniture protection plan. The company Darvin uses does not honor anything their brochure outlines. I have multiple pieces of furniture that have the finish peeling off of the wood and it s not even 6 months old. The brochure misrepresents what is covered and does not specify any stipulations except a single incident. There are plenty BBB claims against Furniture Care Protection. Nice company you do business with Darvin. Absolutely unacceptable!
Overall it was a good experience. I came in last Sunday looking for a bed and mattress set. I saw a bed that I really liked, but could not get it for four to six weeks, which wouldn't work for me. I then went to Ashley's, but they didn't have the variety that Darvin had and the delivery timeframe was even longer. I ultimately found a great bed on Amazon with a two day delivery, so I purchased it. I did go back to Darvin today for the mattress set. It's a beautiful, quality set and was reasonably priced and it's being delivered in three days, so I'm happy. The sales rep, Monju, did a great job of working to insure that I could get what I needed. He was professional and courteous. There was a hiccup with scheduling the delivery, but Katie, the cashier, did a great job of resolving it and it was her who got the early date for me. Both Monju and Katie were great to work with.
My experience was Almost a bad one after the first sales rep ran my credit and told me I wasn t approve and didn t tell me about any other options that were available to me. The manager Steve in clearance department helped me out with a phenomenal sale rep named Debbie. They made sure that i knew about every option the was available for me. If i didn t have great credit Steve made sure I knew about they progressive program. No credit check just a $50 fee. I was able to walk away with the couch, side tables, a lamp, and kitchen table all for $1200. I paid for the kitchen table out right and the rest was all progressive. Thank you Steve and Debbie for all your hard work and dedication to your customers. I left out happy and relieved
This is our third couch from Darvin the staff was very helpful and took their time helping and helped us understand the quality in different couches I give them a 5 star we went to art van and lazy boy and a few other places and Darvin had the best prices for our budget
Very nice saleswoman. Unfortunately I did not qualify for the credit program. When I can save up enough money I ll be back for the items that I picked out.
Order online they call today to say that my order not available until end of July, early August. I asked for a refund and they tell me wait until Saturday, when another manager returns. Really???
My husband and I have used Darvin Furniture a few times over the years. That s why I decided to buy my chair there. The salesperson was courteous and professional. (He never told me his name) I purchased a clearance item which was under $500. I presented my charge card and the salesperson still wanted a pictured ID. I did not feel that I should have to show an ID when have established credit with a good credit company. I used my credit card to avoid pulling out id to write a check. (And yes, I am a person of color) I am sure the salesperson was just doing his job the way he was trained. I will share my experience on Facebook to see if they ve gone through this. Thx
Ordering on line was so easy. Salesman Marty Garber was great. He answered all of my questions explained the delivery process to me. Recliner was delivered today. All was perfect and the delivery men were great! Very happy with Darvin. I would recommend them.
I was greeted by a nice lady named Annie B. After shopping, Annie helped me check out The only problem was none of my items were in stock, but Annie walked me through it. I was given a delivery date of August 2,2020. It is now 8/17/2020 and no one has called to tell me anything. I'm frustrated and very dissatisfied, thanks for nothing!!!!

After waiting 3 months for my order. They deliver everything except the bed. Then 2nd delivery the Bed comes broken. Move on to delivery 3 and the same bed comes broken. So now I've gotten up at 8am and woken up my kids 3 times. Let's just say I wont be shopping here ever again.

We came in to look at rugs bc they often have good deals. We also thought we d check out the selection of sectionals.
Clinton helped us and he was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he walked us from piece to piece to show us our options.
He even pulled apart some cushions and showed us how to check for different types of springs in the sofa bases.
Good quality furniture, decent prices, great clearance finds upstairs. Sales guy Mario was cool because he did not follow us around the store and he never pushed me to buy more. He listened and complied. I give it two stars because The credit department was an absolute mess. It looked like there was one woman working back there and the rest of them just walking around trying to look busy. It took longer to pay for the furniture then for me to pick out a Dining room set, a custom couch sectional and a kitchen island. Avoid like the plague on weekends.
This was going to be a totally different review before I actually physically went into the store but I had recently purchased a new mattress, box spring and bed frame about a month ago(first big girl purchase)....and of course the frame was backordered due to covid not a issue I understand but the matress deliver few days later ...quick service. ...about a week in I noticed the one side sagged termedously when sitting on the edge of the bed, like water bed style all the way to the box spring, other side no issues. Also notice the bottom of the mattress(flat part) was lumpy and bulging when in its side to rotate and move mattress. Called to have a tech come out, they side. Did some quick measurements of the mattress, looked at the frame and box spring and was in and out in 10-15mins. Didnt even ask the issues I was having until I mentioned it. Called to get a update on the outcome and was told they could do nothing because it was a "comfort issue " not a manufacturing issue?!?!! Fast forward went into the store and spoke with the manager Dee I believe. SUPER amazing personality and loved her. Just amazing lady and she was able to replace my mattress with a new one, informed me my frame was in AND was able to have it all delivered by THIS Saturday!!

Sales rep didn t really seem to care about me. I went to buy a mattress and had to ask to be able to lay on it as he didn t even offer for me to try it. Good prices but poor service - all they care about is a commission and I apparently didn t make the re enough money - there was a customer next to me spending far more money and the rep he had went above and beyond to help.

My wife and I purchased a table with stools and paid in full from DARVIN FURNITURE 8 weeks ago. We were told by the gentleman that it would be around 6 weeks for pickup from their location. Well today I called to get the status and the lady who answered looked up our order and told us we were looking at March 2021 now. So I decided to stop in and was advised to speak to Vicky the manager so we did and she went above and beyond by walking us to 2nd floor and we found another table that was in stock and she discounted $110 and free delivery. Thank you Vicky for caring about your customers we really appreciate it.
DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY! IT'S AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! I purchased a dining set and chairs with the warranty. A few years later, had to file a claim for damage. The chair can't be fixed (less than an inch tear in the leather). The company is no longer partners with Darvin. They're only giving me a refund of $43 dollars. You can shop here if you want to. They'll never get another dime out of me, though. No more extended warranties EVER! UPDATE: Darvin made good on their end. They gave me a new chair with the return of my damaged chair FREE of charge. I had to pick it up and assemble it, but, that's not a big deal.
Purchased a sofa set, arm chairs and end tables. The whole Darvin team took great care of us. Couldn't be happier with the furniture, service, and price we recieved. Will definately be coming back for our next big purchases. Thanks Bob and Ed!

Saw many sales people either sitting around or walking around today, Black Friday. No one seemed very interested in asking if I needed help. Seemed bothered when I said, "excuse me". Walked out without a very wanted purchase.
I had a nice experience shopping but I was disappointed checking out. I was overcharged on each of the two items I bought. I caught the chair overcharged of 100.00 before I paid but then after I paid I went and checked on the lamp I bought and was overcharged 50.00 on that. What are the odds of this, the whole thing seemed fishy.
