There is a coin locker at the back of the Italian shop in Terminal 5. There is a large one. Terminal 5 is the station for local trains. Express is also ok at Terminal 234.

Passport line is unworkable. A simple transfer took over an hour just in a line with only ~20 people ahead of us! It just didn't move and they didn't seem to care. Worst airport I've experienced.
Messy! If you also wish that everyone has mouth guards in the hall, you should stand and hand them out at the entrance. When it is also a requirement to fly, it really should be more customer-friendly! All the hassle and also embarrassingly expensive to buy at the press office!
Super cozy, you feel like at home. Very Comfy seats, updated charging section...and good coffe
Just disappointed by this airport, too old just cramped, you get depression inside
Nice airport. Good and free Wi-Fi and very good restrooms. Fast security control and friendly staff. But maybe small for the amount of people.
The airport is beautifully decorated in a Scandinavian style.
A large area, a wide range of gastronomy, a lot of toilets, Housing clean airport, very many amenities for waiting passengers. Comfortable armchairs in the terminal.
How is this place so bad. I can't even enumerate all the ways it disappoints, sets up low expectations, and then disappoints again. Even the artwork is of unsmiling faces, and to add a final insult, the unsmiling art doesn't photograph well.
Airport looks neat on arrival (Terminal 2), but security on departure is kinda slow. Nice restaurant on the second floor in Terminal 2. Toilets clean, at least in the morning.
No transit between terminals, so we had to do a second security pass with all the hand baggage. That sucks! And in addition it was a long long line in the security pass due to only one gate was served....5 empty gates without personnel! Will recommend people to avoid this airport if possible!
Got them like airplanes and stuff was well awesome probably
As usual the self bag drop at the check in is total unlogical unclear and chaos at Arlanda Airport.
Very clean and well marked at regular intervals to find your terminal or gate. Lots of shops and restaurants.
Toilets are in good number, kept very clean and well maintained.
Trains, buses and taxis are right at your fingertips. Rental cars are a bit away; you ll need to use the shuttle bus to get to the rental car area (at the long term parking).
There are three hotels at the airport terminal: the Clarion, the RadissonBlu, and the low budget Rest&Fly. There are plenty of other hotels located close by in Arlandastad.
Comfortable airport, the treatment of the staff is very good and the presentation of the staff is amazing.
Very fancy and beautiful airport.
Upon leaving the review I did the survey and left a happy face, keep it up.
Beautiful airport with trendy places to eat, clean restrooms and very helpful staff. Easy to navigate. Not too crowded.
Great airport, quick check-in, easy to get around, clean premises and toilets, lots of cafes and shops.
Urusel service when traveling with smaller children. No possibility to borrow or have your own trolley from check-in to the aircraft or from the plane on arrival. If you are checked in from home, you still have to queue to check in the stroller. Staff at spec. the learning (at one time) totally unwilling to help a single mom with two toddlers.
No opportunity to pay for overweight when this happens. Summary: Low-watermark in terms of service, and then nothing has been said about restaurant offerings and prices.
One of the best airports I've been to. Lots of seats, lots of free relaxation areas that look like real lounges! Bars open also at night.
If you stay overnight, know that even in the area before the checks you can stop for a nap in the comfortable armchairs of the Sky City, it is clean and quiet. Simply fantastic.
An up to date modern airport. Not much more not much less. Except sky city, a mall between the terminals. It's small but at least it is a mall.
Efficient non stressful environmemt. Very easy to navigate through
We were flying from Sankt Petersburg to Zagreb, Croatia via Stockholm-Arlanda. When we arrived to Stockholm, we had to pass through security control before the bus took us to terminal 2, gate 87 from where we were to take the flight to Zagreb. We had to wait at the exit for the security officers to check us (even though we went through security check in Sankt Petersburg), and let us get out of the building to catch the bus to the departure gate. The bus left as at the back entrance to the gate, and when we entered the building, we realized that we are basically confined to the gate, despite having more than 2 hours until our flight. We could see the restaurants and shops through the glass, but we couldn't go there. The only facility available was toilette and a wending machine. Even worse was the fact that there was no one there to explain to us what was going on, except two workers who were cleaning the area and couldn't help us. Some 20 min later, an airport official came bye (probably by chance) and apologized for our confinement when we asked him why we can't get out of the gate area. He explained that there is a way to go to the area of the airport with restaurants and shops, but we would have to take the bus to another terminal, and go through 1 more security check to enter the building, and than one more to get back to our gate. I don't mind passing the security checks, but passing 4 of them to take 2 flights sounded a bit too much to me. Luckily, we had to wait only for 2 hours.
Clean, organized. Feels personalized because of the excellent planning of facilities... Everyone polite.
The international airport of Stockholm. Here you will find everything strictly in order and signs are well placed and easy to understand.
Selections of shops is OK, and tax free prices pretty good compared to international standards.
Occasionally really sweet deals are available, so look around!
Unfortunately eating and drinking in the airport is crazy expensive - just as it is in all airport nowadays.
I can give 5 star for the cleaning and friendly atmosphere,
But only 2 star for the transportation, it's damn expansive to the central station.
When it is not corona, it is a domestic terminal and a foreign one. Many different restaurants. Pharmacy and shops. Hard right now to be picked up! Then cars are not allowed to drive in.
Another poorly sign posted airport! If you re on connecting flights there is absolutely no information as to where to go out of passport control. So why when you ve just got off an international flight you have go through security again.....security threat no but profit, absolutely. All liquids binned so you have to buy again! The lack of information desk in the terminal electric points for phones/iPad, this surely is an airport which needs looking at for the traveler.
Impressed with welcoming images at the airport, one side is the image of the king and queen of Sweden, one side is the image of the legendary ABBA band.
Top selection of shops, no one gets bored here. Food okay too.
Stockholm's largest airport. Paid direct access, indirectly you can by public transport. Nice service, fairly clean, decent bathrooms. Minus one star, for a little slug when returning luggage.
If you know where to go it feels like home and you can get really fast to your plane. Combined with Arlanda express you are much faster and lass complicated from City to plane than e.g. in Frankfurt.
This airport is brilliant because we fly from here all the time and nothing goes wrong
It s a good airport, quite clean, not bad service in general, a bit further from the city, but options for transportation are great, starting from community transportation up to several private companies and taxis and a fast train, which takes 15 min to the city center.
Food options are quite poor though. And to be honest they could work a bit harder on their service skills...
Not very big. Easy. It doesn't take much time to switch
Very clear airport, good train connection. Usual waiting time at the terminals.
You have to go through security again in order to catch your connection, meaning you are likely to miss your connection flight. Avoid this airport like the plague.
Like many people have said this is probably one of the nicer airport I have ever been to in my entire life. Everything was clean, well lead out, and easy to navigate. I was able to ask for help from various people and get to where I was going. The duty-free shop is pretty big and has a lot of options for souvenirs.
Poor organization getting people through passport control.
Awfully confusing to navigate and inconvenient layout. Once you figure out where you need to go, you'll most likely have to walk 10+minutes on top of already going in circles. They also only give free Wi-Fi for 3 hours.
Arlanda has improved significantly in recent years. Despite a lot of people, check-in and luggage drop works great. The fact that Wi-Fi now works is a big plus As is the security check. The only shortcoming today is that there are no good serving places. And expensive is what there is.
I often fly so the latter feels like the fifth star will be taken a long time to come.
Scandinavian minimalist style airport
Warm wood floors and goose yellow lighting
Let passengers feel relaxed when stepping off the plane
Great airport with plenty of short/long term parking. Great range of bus(as well as taxi's) companies to pick you up and take you to where ever you need to go. Also Arlanda express train to take you in to Stockholm and other state trains that go to other parts of Sweden
Nice and clean airport, easy to find everything. Only thing is that it is expensive but I guess that's true on all airports. Only place in Sweden you can get a drink 8 in the morning except grand Hotel in Stockholm.
Terminal 4: No free tap water or drinking fountain, perhaps unlucky but every time I pass through its magically out of order and toilet taps is designed not to get a bottle under. Rude staff and imaginary rules at random while passing security checkpoint.
Terminal 5: Its ok, mostly clean and leaves no real impression, shortage of food options especially for vegs, also more expensive than most airports I've visited. Passport control from international is very slow and typically Swedish inefficient.
Over all: its a 2 star compared to other major European airports, and 1 star compared to major international airports. It looks modern but actually its old.
Rather modern airport but not too much either.
Everything is well indicated, you can check in and put your luggage in the hold yourself.
For travelers who have bicycles: air France provides boxes for 20. But be careful, the boxes do not go through the scanner of oversized luggage so you will have to re-open the box to scan the bikes and then put them back.
All the staff are smiling and friendly so no worries.
The airport it self and getting to to it from the city is fairly easy but the employees are truly the rudest I have ever enoucontered. They were very snappy and short and made my experience horrible that I do not ever want to fly in or out of Arlanda.
When I asked questions why I wa setting extra security which happened three times I got an attitude from employees and hey snapped at me just for asking a question. I sensed some racism from many of the employees and that was extremely disappointing. When you work at an airport understand that you too are respecting your country and the experience visitors will have.
Horrible service
It's a fairly well organized operation. I usually go through here or Copenhagen when entering or exiting Europe. Customs has only been backlogged once. Not like Chicago backlogged, but maybe a half hour in queue. Like many of the European airports, there are some very nice shops and duty free. I am continuously amazed by the ease which people switch languages in some of these countries. The space is typical minimalist Scandinavian, but relatively open and airy.
Best airport ive been too! Easy to get around everyone is friendly and really clean, great transport in and out of sweden
Only thing missing here is an massage place inside security zone!
You have most of what you need here. There is plenty of working space and free wifi. I dislike the fact there is no water fountains or drinking water in the public areas.
A good and modern airport with good and fast service.
Getting better every month that goes by. 1-2 years ago, the staff were arrogant and rather unpleasant. Now completely different. Keep up the good work!
Makes Paris Charles de Gaulle look like Singapore Changi. Worst airport in Europe. Long distances, no signage or information, public transport to the airport is ridiculously expensive, duty free shop is severely understaffed and the layout of the airport makes navigating it a nightmare. Avoid avoid avoid.
Nice airport, though it is very far from the city. Easy enough to get to and has most amenities you'd want to while a few hours away.
Nice airport, directly connected to Arlanda Centralstation, hence no problem to around and very easy to go to Uppsala, Stockholm or any other place in Sweden.
Always the same..of all the airports I've visited in the world; no-one is as slow in handling the luggage as my home airport of arlanda. Good advice try to avoid check-in luggage here unless you like waiting 15-20mins by a luggage belt..
And still the same. Don't trust info sign about luggage.. the say it will appear in 0 mins but mean at least 10min. Worst airport for luggage handling I ever experienced.
terrible. No proper signage for car return/petrol station in english. No signage which airlines fly from which terminal when going there by car. Little information about babystroller check-in. Excessively expensive food and drink.
Tiny gate areas, too less seats available. Security staff unfriendly and double security check for a connecting flight. Airport building very old, can get very busy. Gates used for arriving and departing passengers at the same time. Prices are very high.
The airport is quite big and nicely decorated. It's all beautifully marked so it's really hard not to lean on it. If something is not clear, then the friendly airport staff comes to help. For some flights, there is no longer a check with the clerk or handing over the luggage to the clerk, but the passenger does all the work on the vending machines, so there is a need for concentration and some language skills (especially if you have not done something similar before).
When measuring baggage weight in a bird, it is important to know that the scales in the lobby and those that measure luggage on the luggage lane do not show the same kilowatt - a slightly larger kilogram is shown on the luggage handler. Everything else is great.
The airport is well connected to the city center of Stockholm. There are trains running here, and buses to and from the city and the airport depart every 15 minutes. The bus ride takes about 50 minutes
Missed my flight because there was only one single person working security for over 50 people. Absolutely terrible service.
