The view, the architecture and shared places are great, restaurant is good, largest hotel in Jerusalem
More like a Howard Johnson but not as good as a Best Western
Staff was excellent. Food variety and quality was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Thank you!
The hotel is built in a special way, excellent service, high standard rooms, tastefully decorated, very comfortable beds, very good breakfast, great hotel, recommend ...!
Does not justify costing costs
He was asleep
Great location. Buffet expensiv . Souvenir store Barakat very helpfull, friendly and open every question
For me the best hotel in Jerusalem. Huge public terraces overlooking the city. Two bars with good service.
Pleased staff, especially Susie at the front desk.
The executive rooms are super comfortable with a huge bed and a choice of pillows and a proper comforter.
Breakfast and dinner excellent although very large dining room.
Possibility to use the spa with indoor pool and jacuzzi for a small fee.
Always come back to Dan Jerusalem
The best hotel ever i know in promise land.
Good hospitality, good chef and food.
We are GEREJA BETHEL INDONESIA TABGHA BATAM INDONESIA.
SHALOM
A hotel with a view but it is not worth sitting on the balcony - the chair fibers are probably from the heat falling into the skin - an unpleasant experience promised to replace chairs and not taken care of. Everything else is reasonable to moderate.
Not a par with the best hotels in JLM but good value for money
Very bad rooms and old need to be worked on the star is for the breakfast and other on is for the service
Nourishing food, soft lay ... But, without overhaul for 20 years (?). Very narrow balconies (depending on the room). Amenities: a small kettle and a barely working empty refrigerator. Far from the old town.
Good hotel. Wifi is not working. Breakfast has limited egg options.
A well-equipped and comfortable spa ... Hotel is a winner with a stunning Jerusalem panoramic view
Great place. Only breakfast on Saturday had certain inedible ingredients. But otherwise great.
Excellent service very friendly and with excellent food
The spa staff was courteous, friendly and friendly. Spa facilities were not for personal use, but were kept clean and tidy. The massage was excellent and soothing! The masseurs were professional and nice as well.
The food was very good! The rooms are small with old furniture and stale carpets, room service did not arrive until after a phone call, in the middle of the night my son woke up hungry and didn't even answer me at the counter for help. Food was really good, rooms were small and with old and dusty furniture and carpet, room cleaning only arrived in the evening when I called and asked for it, and the front desk disnt answered when I called at 3am when my 2 year old woke up hungry, parking space was also an issue but could be season related.
This hotel is really nice. The service is great, the rooms are clean, and the rest of the experience has been awesome. Just be careful with keys becoming wiped because of your phone.
Very fun and greetings also for the young and amazing views and a good smell Highly recommend
Check in service catastrophic despite the e-dan side. Room 351 and 355 from 15 to 18/8.
Booking and payment executed in May for the month of August And when we arrive we must take the head because the front desk can not find the payment of the stay !!!!!
Not to mention the lack of ticket for the pool towels.
In short very beautiful hotel that does not have the staff and the management it takes.
Disappointed for the Dan chain
Beautiful view on the hotel. Amazing variety of food in meals, nicely kept pool and spa. Liked the place
Beautiful Hotel, nice room, excellent views of Jerusalem, friendly staff. A+
We enjoyed ourselves and of course we will return again
A beautiful and beautiful building with an impressive size. Very conveniently located.
Ok a quiet and clean place also parking has a good shet
I would like to point out that there was a guy named Jesse who helped and was welcoming. Very fun to stay where you know you are. The hotel was very good, the service excellent and the food excellent.
A quality hotel, nice and cozy to stay. A kind and kind staff who invests in guests.
The location is excellent, although not very close to the historic city
Hotel with high service consciousness
Level food above everyone in the area
Food buffets were very good, it has a central location close to the train station
Where bed bugs come from multiple rooms
Be careful of low-rise rooms among un-renovated B-style
An old institution that has not lost its strength, an amazing lobby, excellent food, a huge and skilled staff
Just loved this place. Friendly staff and great amenities. Close proximity to transit.
We were on a fun day we received a birthday gift from friends ... including breakfast and massage .. The truth? disappointing! First of all, it is recommended that you make a reservation for massage as soon as you arrive, because you are finally stuck in line and then you dry there all day and there is nothing to do there! That must arrive early for breakfast and then there is a total simple pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Beyond that he was bored. Then came the treatment that was equally disappointing. Therapists who do not stop digging and talking during treatment and also as an amazing massage therapy. What's more, I will note that the service at the reception of the spa was wonderful above expectations .. !! And the breakfast was definitely great. Total 3 stars in my eyes ..
We had a whole day spa instead of a wintry winter day. It was really nice inside. There is a large heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and huge gym. The saunas are separated and found only in the women's / men's wardrobes. A very large and pleasant area. The massage itself was mediocre.
Only one problem, noisy families with children running around the corridors, recommends that the management allocate a floor to the families so that vacationers who want to rest, will rest. Beyond that, excellent staff service, very high service awareness, feel the investment management on the subject. Clean and meticulous room and a good smell. The dining room is neat and clean, the staff is very attentive and ready to help the guests all the time, the food is very varied and everything is really tasty and fresh. warmly recommended.
City center within walking distance. Very nice buffet. Pool with recreational facilities.
Very amazing and enjoy the excellent spa pool and gym
Great hotel. Professional and courteous service of staff.
The only drawback is that it is not central but can be managed with a private car or light rail.
We stayed at the Dan Jerusalem Hotel for 6 nights as part of a tour group from Australia. We found the hotel to be clean but dated. The facilities were adequate, pools, gym, bars etc.
In the center of the building is a terraced building with lots of corridors, beautiful balconies with views from the lobby, courtyards with hammocks between the rooms, free indoor parking for guests, free registration for Dan Club. Overall a nice hotel but partly outdated, the food varied, but not tasteless. The pool is not large, but nice, mostly working from East Jerusalem.
The public toilets are really unclean and smelled of urine.
The food is flooded with large flies.
The coffee maker breaks down frequently
We were at the hotel to sit in the groom and was amazing. Excellent food and amazing service.
Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and a high-class spa
Amazing event venue. The Friday brunch buffet was extensive.
A pampering hotel with great spa and dining facilities
Our hotel was a guest house so many times that we unfortunately became a skin and became a hotel with a very disappointed chance of leaving. Let's begin with the good things. The rooms and the lobby and many other places in the hotel have amazing views of the Temple Mount area and the Old City (East Jerusalem), there are parking spaces allocated to the hotel guests and this is already good. The problem is that parking is often full and then alternative solutions must be found. The pool is quite invested and equal and from the dining room you can see the pool area. And the less pleasant things. Although the rooms are quite reasonable in size, the level of room maintenance has declined drastically. Quite a few hallways and parts of the hotel are dirty. Carpets that are not clean and unpleasant odors that flood the corridors. The food does not rise above itself and borders on a reasonable minus for a hotel of this size. The receptionist service bordered on an indescribable insolence. Both to me and to other guests who were there. I was also charged for things I was not supposed to pay for. I can only regret that a hotel where we were staying so much has become so dirty and dirty (I would say that the last time we were there was the synagogue, which was always arranged with neat books, and most of the holy books that were there were torn apart). Which requires improvement rather than personal attacks.
Very nice hotel, built on a mountain, with awesome views of the city
Warm and friendly service with the manageress ready and willing to make changes for the sake of a couple of people in the group. Also offering a lovely view over Jerusalem from the north-east. Plus I know from experience the food's really good.
Most surprising there is .... excellent book ... efficient and cordial service!
