The hotel is even more amazing. Highly recommended.

It's beautiful! The very comfortable rooms, the beautiful view of the city, and also the comfortable spaces.

This hotel is like a Vegas strip hotel in the United states. Its huge and you can get lost in it. The food was ok, not bad and not great. The elevators need work, often time there are so many people in the hotel that are best suited walking the stairs.

Excellent hotel! Breakfast is very varied and very tasty! As usual as in all Dan hotels the service is excellent !!!!! There really are no words! The rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms are fine considering the age of the hotel and also for general knowledge is the largest hotel in Jerusalem!
The hotel is not in the city center but there is public transport in the area.

Large rooms with mini fridge and coffee / tea making facilities.
Suitable for families.
2 adults and 3 children, we took 2 rooms with connecting door.
The food is very good despite Pesach, and the attitude of the staff is excellent!

The room needs upgrade and double glazing because it is noise. The food mediocre.

I liked everything in the hotel except the food. I'm an international traveller who did more than 20 countries. The food offered by this hotel at breakfast is not up to the mark. Dinner was good really.

Great hotel, staff, service, food, rooms. The view is fabulous from all windows. It is a bit out of the way, but only a 5 minute walk to the nearest light rail station and a few stops from the center of town.

Nice view, and very impressive hotel. The room is well appointed and modern, with 2 exceptions:

1) The bed is hard as a rock! If that's your cup of tea, fine. But, I woke up with a back ache, and my girlfriend with a migraine from the bed.

2) They didn't handle the request for a feather free room, due to a feather allergy. They had to be called twice to bring foam pillows, and then remove the old pillows (all of this should have been handled before check-in). But, it wasn't until the middle of the night that I figured out the hard way that the duvet also had feathers! And they had no non-feather replacement for that in the hotel.

Very good hotel. Clean. Respectful and helpful assistants. Wonderful food. But for the price I expected more from the room.

Hotel of high standing but with major lacks in detail: lights that do not work, water leaks for lack of joints, poorly organized buffets

When you look at the building from the outside, the inside is totally different.
First of all, all the facilities are well-equipped, the rooms are clean, well-kept and managed, and the food also has a healthy menu that will keep you healthy even if you eat it with a kosher.

Huge hotel, not recommended to walk around the hotel but very good car access, close to the old town. Extremely reasonable food, room maintenance not good enough.

Nice hotel, very old fashioned ... The main problem is parking that is not enough at the hotel or its surroundings .. The view is very nice. Nice food rooms on the 6th floor is nicer .. The food is fine. Quantities for good quality. Rooms are just fine, only outdated ...

Very nice hotel, situated in an elevated place that from its terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of Jerusalem including a part of the ridge where the garden of olive trees is located. Swimming pool available for customers, free Internet and excellent and abundant cuisine. I found myself very well.

You have parking problems for those who come to visit
Or come to Bank Yahav and then have to pay a respectable sum of 20 NIS even if the visit is for a few minutes.

The accommodation, walking and dining are all excellent hotels.
