An especially luxurious spa during the summer when the outdoor pool is open. Massages that depend on luck depend on an experienced masseur. A double coupon through a good club is very lucrative for massages and breakfasts and the use of the spa facilities ... NIS 20 parking is a bit annoying ... Telephone answering at an improved spa. A good breakfast and a variety of service and confectionery needs improvement.
Problematic location, beautiful old city view, great building, but not perfectly maintained
4-star hotel, not far from the historic center of Jerusalem. We were a group and some rooms weren't properly cleaned! It could be improved!
Large clean hotel
Lots of food in the dining room but the food is very bland.
The eating utensils are old and some are even cracked.
The service in the dining room is mediocre.
I would like to warmly recommend a Masazit called Keren Shemesh who works at the hotel. As it is, a ray of light.

Excellent service, spacious rooms, especially hygienic, very attentive, friendly staff and above all a guy named Ariel who served us as a translator from Spanish to Hebrew.

The hotel is beautiful, a nice pool, delicious food and activities for children .. but! Main downside is the room- we booked a family room, we got a spacious room that is cool but old-fashioned, broken dresser, broken hair dryer, short bath curtain, loud noise from the hallway, a window that when opened the whole smell of frying from the pool kiosk. Horrible...
Another disadvantage - they did not answer us on the phone after we tried many times, in the end my husband went up for reception especially ...

If only they had invested more in us in the room, we would have been much happier .. I would probably better not go back again.

I spent 10 days in Dan Jerusalem Hotel. Great impression when we arrived. Excellent service, professional and approachable staffs.
My room was very nice, clean, spacious and well resourced. Greay views of the city, A TV & a private balcony tagged to my bedroom. The balcony was spacious enough to accommodate a few people if needed be. But there are other balconies on the premises.
I had free wifi Internet access. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which I did not use as I'm not a swimmer. But it is well maintained.
Three meals daily, massive buffets.
I look forward to returning to Dan Jerusalem Hotel.
Staff are lovely and the hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff treats each guest personally from the guard at the entrance, the clerks, the cooks to the manager. The rooms are pampering and they want to stay longer (I stayed another night).

We came to Israel for our pilgrimage and stayed at this beautiful hotel. Everything was so wonderful.
I come from the hospitality industry and appreciate good service. I would like to thank the hotel's Guest Relations Assistant Manager and Duty Manager, Mr. Jeremy Weiss for such professionalism. When we arrived, Jeremy greeted us and made us feel like VIPs and family at the same time. He was always there when a member of our group needed something - always smiling and delivering exceptional service. May Jesus bless him and watch over him.
I would also like to thank Jawad from housekeeping - I think he is the night manager for housekeeping. Jawad always made sure we had plenty of towels and coffee. Please be sure to thank him for me.
The food was delicious. I would have loved coffee or tea after my dinner but I was told that I could get at the cafe.

Very pleasant for small reunions or meetings on the various areas of the hotel's lobby's.
We stayed in a triple at Dan Jerusalem for 4 nights in August 2019. When we arrived, the extra bed was just a cot with an uncomfortable metal bar across the middle. I called the front desk and they immediately replaced the cot mattress with a nice thick twin mattress so all three people were equally comfortable. The AC didn t cool our room sufficiently even though the maintenance staff adjusted it once. Maintenance came as soon as I called. The main reason for my less than glowing review is because of the way a front desk employee treated me. Even though we had a triple, the housekeeping staff usually only left two towels. After a particularly sweltering day in Jerusalem we returned around 5 pm and all wanted showers. I attempted to call housekeeping and the front desk to ask for another towel. I was repeatedly placed on a long hold or flat out hung up on. I then walked down to the front desk to ask for towels. Instead of apologizing that my room was not properly serviced, the man working at the front desk yelled at me do you see all these customers, you just have to wait . The woman working with him was helpful and asked for my room number so she could send up towels. Not confident that I would receive the towels in time to shower before dinner, I went in search of a housekeeping cart. While on my mission for a towel, I encountered a very caring employee on the elevator who made a phone call and three towels were quickly delivered to my room. I understand that the front desk was very hectic at the time but I didn t deserve to be screamed at because the housekeeping staff didn t leave enough towels for a triple room. I watched as that same employee repeatedly placed on hold or hung up on all callers without so much as a simple greeting. The room itself was very nice and the hotel had a huge buffet we ate at every day for breakfast and dinner.

Spotless rooms with comfortable beds. I also liked the buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner). My baby was at ease, cradle and chair for his meals.
