2nd Best hotel in Jerusalem

2nd Best hotel in Jerusalem

The king david I hard to beat but this place comes close.

The rooms and staff are great.

There are 2 restaurants one with fish and dairy and the other for meat being that the clientele is primarily orthodox jewish people, while this place in not as schmaltzy as the Leanardo Plaza it has become very orthodox centric.

The hotel is amazing and the level of service of the hotel staff. The hotel is clean, shiny and beautiful. We only arrived for breakfast, the food in the buffet is quite ordinary and really just does not justify 180 NIS per person, just totally overpriced.

Luxurious hotel, justifies the title and the name that goes before it, which is one night that was a wonderful experience, from the reception, good courteous and smiling service, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, pleasantly decorated, good lobby services in the evening, experiential breakfast served, large selection of vegetables, cheeses , Breads, various omelets, drinks and bring more and more courtesy and generosity, wonderful service of breakfast of the whole staff, in short we will return for sure!

This hotel is one of the best I've ever met, a pampering hotel hoping that everyone will come to the same condo service, an upgraded lobby plus a pampering staff, a beautiful young company with a beautiful face, security and a world-class hotel.

The Waldorf Astoria is an exquisitely beautiful hotel. The lobby is gorgeous with a large lounge area under a transparent roof that at times is opened to usher in the crisp Jerusalem air. The rooms are elegant with all modern ammenities and features such as brand new Nespresso coffee machine. New music players that are adaptable to the newest phones and devices. And much more. The staff was amazing. They are so helpful and sweet. They work to do make sure your stay is perfect! We arrived without our luggage and the staff made certain to track ot down for me. I got my luggage back the same night as I checked in! The only drawbacks are that there is no poolon the premises, and although the cusine is very tasty, there is room for an upgrade in that department.

What a wonderful hotel! We're picky and when we spend a lot of money on a hotel room, we're even more so, but our four nights at the Waldorf were virtually flawless.

Our King Superior room (with balcony) was stunning. The bathroom was one of the best I've used before. Japanese-style Washlet toilets are the only possible upgrade, but, really, very comfortable.

Our bedroom was beautifully lit and had a comfortable bed. Cleaning service came at slightly different times each day, which made day-trip and afternoon nap planning a bit challenging, but not inconvenient. Our room was beautifully cleaned every day and, as such, we got to see the room absolutely fresh each day. Turn down service was also appreciated.

Breakfast - with the exception of Saturday morning (Shabbat) - was ornate. The Eggs Benedict was amazing.

From check in to check out, we felt like special guests - something we expect from luxury hotels, though, sadly something that is not universal. Superb service is, very obviously, a priority at this hotel. Staying here greatly complimented our vacation to this wonderful city.

Great place. Super service. Especially thanks to Alessandro, who made us feel very much at home. The hotel's renovation is extremely well done. The public areas as well as the room itself are beautifully done.

One of the most popular luxury hotels in the israel, this hotel is built on the principals of catering to your every need. The meal options are not only extensive but also tasty. The hotel is gorgeous except for a small decor issue with some fake trees which give it a bit of a cheap feel. The rooms are unbelievably and the beds and showers are the next level. This hotel is a perfect distance away from Mamila mall which has many food and shopping options as well as a 20 minute walk to the motel through mamila mall and onto the Arab shook (recommended if you are familiar with the streets of Jerusalem and the old city)

Where to start: From the outside, raise your head and you will see that there is an Arabic inscription above that will translate to you: Look how we can build more beautifully than our ancestors built. It seems that today, too, is the guideline for this hotel that has only recently changed owners again and now belongs to a rich Frenchman. The building is lovely and renovated amazing. And worth going around to look outside and also go inside and be impressed. But .... Two restaurants have a very milky and meaty interior and their food is shocking. Today kosher food is no longer an excuse for tastelessness. But the truth is that it doesn't really matter that the population you find here rich American Jews are accustomed to spending huge sums and getting low quality so I guess no one is complaining. There is also a bar here on the balcony that is very much considered by the bachelor of Jerusalem and if you are in the dating scene you will spend a lot here. My mind.
