We stayed last August. The room booked was a family room. In fact, we were given a small room that looked like a regular room with a sofa being pushed open. In addition, the room was smelly and smelly (in retrospect it turned out that the carpet was probably replaced in the room and the smell was related). The window in the room was small and cornered and turned onto a tiny common porch that all roommates can look into the room and darken into it without any problem. Because the neighbors smoked on the balcony, the window could not be opened and the result was a cramped, stuffy room that did not quite match the pictures on the website and certainly not our expectations from the Dan Network. In summary very disappointing.

The hotel is huge and has all the amenities you could want .. Good views, buffet of the most varied and complete I've seen, terrace for a drink, swimming pool, music enlivened by a pianist, wifi ... The only thing a negative tad is that the furniture is an old tad, at least those of the B wing, but everything, in contrast is very clean

We stayed at the hotel on a winter weekend.

We stayed at the hotel on a winter weekend.
The hotel is warm, inviting and cozy.
The weekend meals were varied and tasteless, although we lacked hot drinks (tea) for non-breakfast meals.
The staff was excellent and courteous.
Our room was in the old wing A-and that's how it felt.
In the corridor there was a leak from the rain that wet the carpet that was soaked in water, near the room.
The room was clean though he felt old-fashioned.
The spa in the hotel is outdated and needs renovation.
The hammam looked bad, peeling on the wall. The internal pool is too small.
The level of maintenance is relatively high for a hotel that felt quite outdated.
All in all, it was an enjoyable vacation, although there is room for improvement.

This is the second email in the past 12 hours. Why is it impossible for you to respond. Your Toll Free "We will call you back" does not work. Your telephone number does not answer. You do not respond to emails....what is a client supposed to do to make contact with you. I understood Dan was a first class operation but clearly it is not. Please show a little courtesy and respond to my emails and calls. I am scheduled to arrive February 12th but I have serious doubts.

NO working AC, breakfast dining is MESSY with tables having no silverware and plates are left dirty for way too long, the view is of UGLY ROOFS, parking is good, pool is empty, breakfast has large variety, employees are talking loudly and scream at each other unpleasantly in Arabic like there are no guest around.

BE CAREFUL: this hotel does NOT respect privacy and will be using your mobile for further marketing.

For the first time we decided to stay in a hotel in Jerusalem from 20.10 to 21.10 on the basis of half board for a couple + a child for a birthday.
Already on reception we were upgraded to a family room and of course I joined a customer club at the time of booking.
In the room we waited for 3 small bottles of water, a tray of fruits, snack, chocolate and puffsip which is quite nice.
When we opened the door to the balcony we found that we were actually on the roof with small stones ... It is advisable to arrange this and make at least seating for smokers and maybe close it that the children did not go out.
The hotel is also coolly built on the Lobby Mountain located on the 6th floor as well as the entrance away from the underground parking.
Just what a lot of elevators and wings are a huge hotel!
Very interestingly designed.
I liked sitting a lot in a little bar next to the lobby going out on the balcony on a really nice night.
Dinner and breakfast were very tasty The staff in the dining room were service and pleasant.
My husband said his sleep was not high quality. He said the bed was not comfortable for him.
Opening a child spa was very safe in my eyes.
The pool is very nice and cozy only that you came cold and indoor pool that the spa must not have children,
But at any rate, we thought that there were more guests and agreed to certain hours.
A perfect spa has a heated pool, hot tub and Turkish bath. Spa facilities were free.
We invited a massage therapist named Irina very professional and pleasant.
A very high quality and professional spa.
Nice workers I had no where to buy milk I asked for at the bar they gave me without a problem.
My husband asked for a cake for me we got for free.
I ordered things around the room and at the end of the closing account everything really paid off.
Maybe we'll go back there like they say if you don't try don't know.
Thanks so much to all reception staff, the hotel is no exception.

By and large, a charming and cozy hotel, we visited it as part of a family Shabbat.
Parking is a bit problematic when the hotel is fully occupied. There are many construction works in the area so walking around the hotel and finding parking is inconvenient and problematic.
The hotel is very large, it has a lot of different levels, wings and elevators depending on how well-orientated it is necessary to tour ...
Child-friendly hotel, there is a playground, kids club and even hours allotted for kids to swim in the indoor pool at the spa.
Shabbat observers, an excellent place in terms of all Shabbat needs, have a gesture of Shabbat spirit and the staff is very attentive to the subject, knowledgeable and caring.
The gym is small and stuffy.
The food in the dining room is of a high standard, there is a great supply for all eating habits (I mostly enjoyed the sumptuous and fresh salad bar).
Room and customer service is very slow (however it is very courteous), in my opinion there was no sufficient staff present to give a response in a reasonable time.

We drove the Dan Panorama Tel Aviv employees to visit the hotel and showed us how it works.
After we traveled to ancient Jerusalem between the walls, a guide was revealed who explained to us about the history and present of the place.
I especially liked the plaza above the Islamic Quarter that overlooks the Mount of Olives where there is an obscure winepress church from which Jesus Christ's torment started and ended with his crucifixion to our left and called Golgotha, a mound so called for its skull shape.
The sight of the Mount of Olives as a whole gave me a vision of the future from the prophecy of the prophet Zechariah in the Bible about the arrival of the days of Yahweh Christ's days that He set his feet on the Mount of Olives and the mountain would rupture to 2 and out of the living water.

Problem with disabled services on the entrance floor. Two doors to the bathroom It is impossible for someone who is sitting in a wheelchair to open the doors independently. In addition, there is no locker on the door, and a guest with a disability can not close the door himself.
Do not forget accessibility = independence

We ordered dinner and in light of being a club member we were told we would get a 12.5% discount on the meal.
After checking my credit card expenses I saw that I was charged once again for the difference. When I spoke to a receptionist he told me that the discount did not include VAT and the clerk was probably wrong and charged me for the difference without contacting me to settle the matter.
1- I was not told that joy does not include on the VAT
2- Use my credit card without my knowledge ?!
Mistakes happen but requiring a visa without my knowledge is an act he will not do !!
This is not the first time I have been with you and I do not feel comfortable returning there.

My husband and I arrived today for a fun day to celebrate my husband's birthday, today fun included a voucher for breakfast in the hotel dining room, and we were told that breakfast could be entered until 10.30 when it was 10.20.
We went in to eat and after we were seated the esteemed dining room manager announced that at 10.30 the dining room closed and to our amazement the buffet as well. I turned to the dining room manager and asked, why did he not know me when he received me at the entrance and took the voucher from me, that the buffet closed for another 10 minutes? And the "respectable" manager with the low sense of service I have ever met, answered me in an arrogant and firm tone that the hotel spa was supposed to update me and that is not his job !!! I also mentioned to him that I intend to complain about the default and he replied: "I'm waiting for people like you to complain. It does not move me."
After a few minutes, my husband went to find out his name and pointed out to him that this is not how guests are treated and certainly not answered in a blatant and disparaging manner, he replied: '' I answered your wife just right and do with it what you want.
I have no other words but, a shame that this is how a manager behaves and expresses himself in the Dan hotel chain, which is known for its service consciousness.
We contacted PR I doubt if anything will be done with the event, which will make it clear to Mr. Manager something about service consciousness.
I would not want to return to this hotel and certainly not recommend it.

Great experience. Staff were very courteous and willing to help with anything. We had one minor issue with our room which was fixed right away and they left a complementary gift basket. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. The 4th floor restaurant serves very good food and has a pianist in the evening. Our toddler loved it.

I have a magnate as if there were no tomorrow, all good. As an Italian I longed for a good espresso made in a workmanlike manner to send down all that good of God but you can't have everything. However, I found myself very well. It is another world compared to us and we cannot expect to stay at home.
