We were at the wedding there. The parking is crowded and almost impossible

Luxury hotel in Jerusalem. The location is not in the center, but 6 minutes away there is a tram stop that leaves you 4 stops from the Damascus Gate.

This place is very amazing and great. A very nice place to visit with family.

Traveling with group, rooms clean but showing some wear, meals for tour groups were excellent but busy and noisy. Negitive is the swimming pool closes at 5 PM, early enough the heathen tourist could not use the pool since groups normally return at or after 5 PM.

Good hotel. Unusual architecture. Tasty food. Friendly staff. Great views from the rooms. Indoor and outdoor pools. Turkish bath, jacuzzi and sauna. SPA. Coffee shops and recreation areas on the fourth floor, as well as a VIP room with drinks and snacks, fruit, etc. ... Terrace overlooking the city. Near the hotel, a small shopping center. In the old city is easier to go by taxi. During my visit to the hotel, the Jaffa Gate was closed. To the wall of crying, a taxi ride cost 60 NIS. but it was holidays, on a weekday the payment should be less.

Great breakfasts, room was clean and updated. The only drawback is the distance to the main streets of jeresulam and the Kotel.

Very big hotel suitable for large groups. Rooms are a bit out of date including the bathroom. Breakfast buffet should include more international options. Service can be further improved to be closer to customer needs.

A lovely hotel with spectacular views, amazing views from all directions, excellent service, a very pleasant and courteous staff, fine dining, beautiful and renovated rooms, high quality cleaning, we were entertained by two children ages 10 and 6 who enjoyed the children's club. warmly recommended.

One of the best hotels in Jerusalem! Go there immediately after Olive harvest for some of the best tasting olives and Olive oil around! Rooms and the balcony facing the old city and Done of the Rock are breathtaking.

Comfortable environment. Excellent service in all areas. It has a varied menu. Cozy suite.

It will soon be dealt with by the genuine Palestinian people, inshallah.

The hotel is indeed a Dan hotel but the building looks old on the outside and inside it. The service and the food are good.

Do not approach the hotel !!!!!!!!!! Just disgusting !!!!!!!
A service from the manager named Manny is simply repulsive !!
I travel a lot to hotels and in my life nothing like this has ever happened to me !!! I come to check out and I am told that there are more charges of 920 shekels !!!! NIS 420 Dinner (which was disgusting) The chef came to apologize! But you are still charged !! After the manager comes and tells you all Saturday I will see what I can do!)
Another 420 shekels for lunch (which we were not)
And another 50 shekels for beers !!! (Which of course we did not drink)!
He comes and claims that we were both
After checking the cameras and seeing that it is not true say simply no problem we will cancel it
But dinner I have nothing to do I oblige you regular !!!
And he claims he asked all 500 people and was told the food was delicious!
I went I asked for 50 people! Without exaggerating and everyone told me disgusting or reasonable !! Beyond that people are complaining about the rooms they are sleeping in! And also hear everything through the door !!
And let's not talk to the spa! Just not clean!
To finish I'm alive but I'll never go back to this hotel!

Hotel Makeover ... pool down and the lobby up weird and different! There are almost no sockets in the rooms. The rooms are a little dark. There is no exit to the balcony but a common space. The distance between the rooms and the elevator is multi-circular. However, the rooms are clean and spacious. The food is delicious and the staff are courteous.

The Hotel is good.
I was a member at the Gym, not anymore.
But really good clean and quite, a lot of tourists stay there, i tried the food once my experience for that its fresh and delicious.

A wonderful city a great chaos of religions but impressive of extraordinary culture to visit.

Hotel to renovate and improve, room cleaning does not meet the standard

I do not like this hotel. It is much older than it looks in the pictures. While we were in Israel we stayed in two other hotels, this one was our least favorite. The staff is incredibly rude and each time we asked a question we were supplied incorrect information. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. The check in process was horrible and they even sent our luggage to the wrong room. I cannot express how mean and rude the Front desk is and the concierge if you can call it that was not helpful!! Do not stay here!!

Good hotel, plentiful food, large rooms.
Points for improvement:
There are no power points for charging the cell phones in the rooms and one power manipulation needs to be done to locate one power point.
Old and noisy air conditioner.
Carpets are too tattered.

Came in yesterday with my family booked 2 rooms THE MANAGER BARUCH TOOK CARE OF US AND LETS NOT FORGET EVERYONE ONE ELSE THAT WAS SUPER NICE SPECIAL FEELING FROM THE MANGERS AT THE FRONT DESK THEY TRY EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE THAT THE MIZRAHI FAMILY MEMBERS Were satisfied ,and i stay at the king david and the waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem

The service and food aren't as great as other Dan Hotels for example Dan Panorama. The standard of the room we stayed in wasn't what one expects from a 2/3 star hotel. There was exposed electric wire inside the bedside locker!!! Photo attached.

A modern place with good services. Buffet service is very good and the rooms and pool also. It is a well located hotel. To abstain from the Shabbat of him there is a lot of gale of children that run around the corridors.

This was a wonderful hotel - beautiful decor and views overlooking Jerusalem. I loved the indoor/outdoor feel. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The thing that made my stay truly spectacular was the guest services. The staff in the hotel were absolutely wonderful, anticipating my every need and truly going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as pleasant as possible! I was especially impressed with Jeremy Weiss (Assistant Guest Relations Manager) who went out of his way to ensure that I was well adjusted and taken care of. Such a spectacular staff at a wonderful hotel!

29 October 3017: Nice hotel, but very over price. The Leonardo hotel is just as nice and better deal .

The Dan hotel does Not offer any free long distance calls to America, but the Leo hotel does. The Dan charges $12.00 American dollars to wash 1 clothes item.

I give the Dan 4 stars and Leo 5 stars.

The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are run down. Ok for large groups. We were a party of 2 couples and the service is deficient. We changed hotel.

The food is not tasty. Hotel Schadweber. There is no curtain in the bathroom and everything is wet. The gym and swimming pool are considered extra and cost money.

A good hotel, close to the center of Jerusalem, clean and tidy rooms, staff always polite and well prepared, our trip included a buffet dinner, however good and plentiful, as well as breakfast, was to be satisfied. .. Just a little note, .... drinks not included in the holiday package maybe a little expensive. However I am happy to have stayed in this structure of excellent quality. A good reason to recommend it and to come back. Thank you!
