By and large, a charming and cozy hotel, we visited it as part of a family Shabbat.
Parking is a bit problematic when the hotel is fully occupied. There are many construction works in the area so walking around the hotel and finding parking is inconvenient and problematic.
The hotel is very large, it has a lot of different levels, wings and elevators depending on how well-orientated it is necessary to tour ...
Child-friendly hotel, there is a playground, kids club and even hours allotted for kids to swim in the indoor pool at the spa.
Shabbat observers, an excellent place in terms of all Shabbat needs, have a gesture of Shabbat spirit and the staff is very attentive to the subject, knowledgeable and caring.
The gym is small and stuffy.
The food in the dining room is of a high standard, there is a great supply for all eating habits (I mostly enjoyed the sumptuous and fresh salad bar).
Room and customer service is very slow (however it is very courteous), in my opinion there was no sufficient staff present to give a response in a reasonable time.
